Hi, this is me. Working out / Weights
I think that's it's you want to contribute, but I think most of the advice here is reasonably sound. You can correct when you feel the need to, but I don't think you need to claim to be some expert. Also, you don't look that big, or that cut in your pictures. I mean, you are to an extent, but your chest doesn't look that big, and you do't have abs. Which you should, if you goal is low body fat %.

I'm ready to get fit!
No, no, and no. Quite a bit of wrong information. Once again, no. Let me explain it to you guys... Calories are energy. Your body only uses what it needs, if you give it more calories than it needs it will store it away as fat. If you don't burn off that fat (by exercising/cardio), it will stay as such in your body. Once again, excess calories (not used by the body) is stored away as fat. Everyone stores their fat in different places. The way muscle works is very simple. When you work out in the gym, you are tearing your muscle apart. Protein rebuilds that muscle that you tore apart. Hence, you need to supply your body with protein. Now comes in the tricky part, the ratio of protein to calories (and how many of those calories are fat). That is why eating canned tuna is much better than a McDonalds double hamburger - tuna has very little calories and a lot of protien. Where as McDonald has tons of calories and some protein. If your nutrition is whatever, you will have a high bodyfat percent which is not good. Your weight is NOT an indicator of your progress. Why? because muscle weighs more than fat. Thus, you can be burning off fat and adding on muscle (fat does not turn into muscle), and staying (or dropping) weight. Instead, you should take off your shirt and look yourself in a mirror. Remember to take periodic pictures throughout the months so you can compare your progress. You know, you're not really adding much. If this kid is 110 pounds, he's not going to have much fat at 5'7, so weight would actually be quite helpful. Also, he's stated he's skinny, and as a teenager chances are he has a very high metabolism anyway. So he's going to need these extra calories, and myweps wasn't telling to eat crap food... Myweponsg00d: "When you lift heavy weights, your muscles get millions of little tears in them" 123puref2p: "When you work out in the gym, you are tearing your muscle apart" You're just repeating what has already been said.

What are your flaws?
Sometimes you have to place your trust in others, you can't always assume the worst of people.

Favorite thing about the opposite sex?
I hug my guy friends all the time Actually come to think of it, I don't do that so much anymore.. Yeah, and not in the same fashion. It's kind of they they hug you like they're not going to see you for ages, even if you'll see them the next day.

The worst thing you've ever tasted?
Haha. I don't mid the hairs, lots of people just don't eat the skin, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

The worst thing you've ever tasted?
You don't like Bananas as well? I like them when they're still firm, and sourish.

The worst thing you've ever tasted?
Wait, what? Having too much popcorn made me through up last night. I could feel it getting clogged up inside of me. Eh, probably referring to the bird, not the fruit. At least I hope so  The bird is a [bleep]ing endangered species within New Zealand. Kiwifruit (Chinese Gooseberry) is meh. Kiwifruit are good man! I eat heaps of them, they're really cheap when they're in season. I east the whole, skin and all, so good.

Favorite thing about the opposite sex?
I like how girls are good at hugging, when they hug you, they don't hold back. Unlike guys, who don't normally hug each much anyway.

What are your flaws?
I think that's smart, not a flaw. That's true to a certain extent, but you can't always be so...self reliant all the time, sometimes you just have to trust people.

And recorded an album with her. It's hardly surprising news, Led Zeppelin were hugely influenced by many folk/country and blues musicians. In fact, they've been accused of stealing a whole of their music from other musicians... But don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan.

I swear we had this argument last time you asked for advice... But trust everyone, even you you go nuts, you're arms really aren't going to get that big...

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Nah, and IRL. When I was walking back from town the other day, towards uni, you see tons of them going into town for lunch...

Food
I do, but I'd have to think about them a bit first. My fave atm is Kumara and Chickpea Soup. 2-3 large Kumara, peeled and diced 2-3 cans of chickpeas 2 cans of chopped/diced/whole peeled tomatoes Moroccan seasoning (I use Masterfoods stuff) 2L of Chicken Stock Pretty much stir fry the diced Kumara for about 5 minutes in a large pot, and add a few teaspoons of Moroccan Seasoning. Then just add everything else, and bring to the boil. Then simmer for about 25 minutes, and add some more seasoning to taste. From there you can use a potato masher to mash the ingredients, if you don't want a chunky soup (it's what I do). Or blend them, I guess, if you're lazy. Yeah, I'm pretty lazy with my times and ingredient quantities, I just freestyle it tbh. It's pretty [bleep]ing mean, and cheap, and really easy to make. Goes down a treat with the flatmates.
