Upcoming Runescape Movie?
Guys, don't be stupid, of course they could come up with a story. The Mahjarrat story could translate really well, like show when they arrived in RuneScape perhaps? And the original ritual?

Well, that could be because the metal you smith the armor from is called adamantite. Its the smithing tab after all, not the meele armour section in the combat guide.

06-Aug-09 RuneScape Q&A Mark Gerhard
How on earth did noone discuss this?: ---------------------- "13) J 36 asks; I have seen many people ask about a film or cartoon version of RuneScape but not seen any answers, is this something that you have thought of. Yes, indeed, we are talking to a number of people about doing a film of some of our games. I expect this would be a full feature film rather than some sort of cartoon." ---------------------- Its a friggin confirmation of the fact that Jagex is thinking seriously about making a film off one of their products! Why do you intend on discussing friggin name changing and cheap copies of RSC when we have THIS? :)

Worst Slayer Tasks
The fact that people have the nerve to say Scabarites scare me  My four blocked ones are: Gargoyles, Warped turtles, steel drags and Wyverns.

Lamistrad has been captured by Zamourguel, so it's mor elikely he will be sacrificed, considering Zamourguel is one of the most powerful and Lamistrad of average power. Lamistard was sacrificed in the 16th Ritual, and we're now at the 18th I believe.

Sliske? More likely Kharshai or Wahiesietel, but I wouldn't rule it out. On another note I don't think the balance symbol on the note is for Guthix. I think, judging by the triangle which could be taken as an alchemical(elemental) symbol that it could be a symbol for the balance elemental. I do think it could be a clue to the sequel to while guthix sleeps though. Wahisietel is more or less confirmed to be Ali The Wise (anagram). The Mahjarrat that is in danger of being sacrificed, thus the disguise, based on Zemouregal's notes, are: Jhallan, but he is locked away beneath the ritual site and is too low on power to break free, until after the ritual. Kharshai, who hasn't been seen for a very long time, will be in danger if he decides to turn up at the Ritual now, and a possible shape he could have taken to hide himself is Nomad. Sliske, Zemouregal said he would love to catch him, and he's a master of disguise. ------ Based on that, I would agree that Kharshai is a likely candidate, if Nomad is indeed a mahjarrat.

New icons
I cringe at the ungratefulness of some people. Atleast it looks better than before (the longsword), and all the others look amazing.

New icons
Awesome :o Guess they decided to update the icons prior to the animation update ^^

Who said Zamorak was ever human?

[hide=] I don't think that would work... the Ritual is a rejuvination ritual for the Mahjarrat, it doesn't give you excessive amounts of power (I think) and it wouldn't work for humans (I think, otherwise humans would have been attending these for centuries, or tried to). About Crux Equal, I don't think any Mahjarrat would want to ally with humans, remember how sceptic he was of us helping him hibernate. I'm curious about what happens when only one Mahjarrat remains. How will they continue to exist? And though they may not view humans as equals, we do make good servants. We're intelligent, dexterous, and have needs and wants they can fulfill. I mean, we've freed Azzandras, aided Lucien, may have revived Hazeel, hid Jhallen, and defeated General Khazard. Obviously, we are of some use. Note how in every case we have either been their only choice, or been the one that happened to come along to revive/free them. And Mahjarrat can reproduce I think. It mentions Khazards mother in the notes, Pakirra or something. I assume humans didn't produce a Mahjarrat. Enakhra is the only remaining female Mahjarrat (see her note). But Enakhra has no intentions of reproducing- ergo, the species will die out due to the rituals. Yes she does, she just wants Zamorak... Remember that he was a Mahjarrat once. [/hide] They would have to *sexually abuse* her then... darn this is not the innocent RS we once knew :o Ahh, the images!

I knew it! That name sounds too forced to not be an anagram! Zemouregal's notes about Wahisietel: "A mahjarrat of average power. Keeps himself to himself mostly. Rumours are that he may have Zarosian sympathies. That would be a fun rumour to further spread. The more the other have reasons to distrust eachother, the better. Ali the Wise from the Nardah KB page: "Ali the Wise is a curious figure in the desert: his skin is paler than you might expect, and he knows a curious amount about the history of not only the desert, but also of the secret races whose existence is a mystery. If you need some information about these things, though, he's the man to talk to." =D> Well done to that guy, Jagex get pretty sneaky with these quests. Makes you wonder what else has been put into the game on the sly that we havnt noticed. (I was surprised at how pale he was when I talked to him for this quest....) You realise what this meens though? We told that guy everything we know, including the fact that Jhallan is hidden beneath the Ritual site. Unless he reveals this fact to the other Mahjarrat, he is likely to be the one to be sacrificed. In other words, Jhallan is the most likely victim of the next Ritual. Shame, after all the trouble we went through hiding him -.-

Very Intersting Find...
Im completely confused and not familiar with the Wizard of Oz at all, but the Penguin general was behind the curtain in The hunt for Red Raktuber.

MechScape music piece released
Jagex have provided MechscapeWorld with a piece of music from MechScape, entitled "New Beginnings". Listen to it on YouTube by following this link: Opinions on this? Do you think the music is better or worse than RuneScape? In what setting will this music be played? (obvious answer is the tutorial or similar, but discuss nonetheless) What images do you see when you hear this music? (have you just landed by spacecraft, do you see a moon-like landscape etc.) EDIT: I see this has already been posted, but seems to be hidden under the "MechScape Media", so I'll keep this thread up for discussion, unless a Moderator says otherwise.

Am I correct saying that Wahiesetel is a new Mahjarrat? Can't seem to remember him from anywhere... Zemouregal: This is me. I am amazing. xD EDIT: Bilrach also sounds new...

New runescape skill/concept
I don't think it was MA. I doubt they planned MA to be a seperate MMO.... a strategy game isn't really an MMO, and how could you really see MA as a skill, helping out with general gameplay in RS, like all other skill do. Certainly not game changing.

The "Source" (and HAM)
yea hes been looking at the runecrafting tower for a year or so now, its kinda annoying how some things move so slow. More like 2 yrs+ More like 4 years, actually. When I talked to the HAM member with Ring of Charos and chose the negative responses to his plans I would say I'm going to turn him in. He goes on to say they'll never believe a mere cadet. Maybe when we reach higher ranks?

Little point in posting working siege worlds anymore, they put up a message saying "Mobilising Armies is experiencing some technical difficulties. We aim to fix this as soon as possible." which will appear if you try entering siege.
