My thougts: Copy paste alot of last year, management part was interesting. Like the reward. Seems like trolls are getting graphically updated, which is about friggin time. Jagex seems to be trying really hard to be politically correct this time, teaching kids about easter in different cultures. All in all, a decent event for easter, seeing how I've come to expect it to suck ^^

While on the subject, the author once said that he believed the second part would be ready for around october or something 2009.... what happened?

A screenshot doesn't meen its up and operational in the context of millions of players though, does it? I don't really think it's been put back, just speculating.

If its true that Jagex nerfed the bonus xp intentionally, then I say BRAVO, JAGEX, BRAVO! You realised this was the stupidest idea you've ever had, and atleast dampened the damage that it caused. Still, I cannot forgive you for making this mistake, and I sincerely hope you do not repeat it. It is not only insanely unfair to those who can't be around, it's also cheapening to those who CAN be around. Seeing everyone achieving high summoning lvls left and right deeply saddens me tbh.

I was watching Mod Fetzki's iCould on "thejagexchannel" on YouTube today, and at 42 seconds was a rather nice surprise =) From 0:42 to 0:46 runs an ingame look at the new Zanaris, looking complete. Looks pretty nice imo, anyone see some bloom? Thoughts?

Well, look at the bright side, if it actually takes 7 months to rebuild the statue in your POH, then they'll have plenty of time to MAKE a reward for it, even if there isn't one now =) Shattered Heart could possibly be meant to encourage us to raise all our skills in preparation for the new skill, which they've said will involve all current skills. They have also mentioned the bonus xp weekend being to let people do some training in preparation for the new skill.

RAAGE!! -_- And great summary ;) You basically misinterpreted everything =) They already have high requirements, and will keep getting higher. They didn't say they wont be high for a while... And they said they ARE going to be special. Epic length and storyline doesnt equal special.

Well that statement can be given to any skill update, specially the recent changes. Its not really going to do much to the gameplay (part from overcrowding), but its certainly going to effect the flow of resources as well as costs. Unless you buy items now, your not really going to be gaining anything later when prices are twice their previous values. Well the only reason I think those updates are good, is if they are ment to fill gaps in skill lvls where the xp rate doesn't increase as you get higher lvls in the skill. For example updates like the Living Rock caverns, which ment that people no longer mined coal or granite all the way to 99 anymore.
