  1. Since limbs are up a bit at the moment, I went killin' some TDs. Got 3 limb drops today (20m for the first one, 18m for the second two). Total collection since June: GP/hr and crap is not accurate... It's closer to 8.5m gp/hr with limbs at 15m.

Haha, speaking of noxious, I bought the staff + longbow for some TD killing, made 30m after I sold them back (aka I bought for something like 700m combined sold for 730m). Alright, thanks a bunch. To clarify, this is in order of worst-to-best (proportionate to wealth)? Personally, I wouldn't agree completely with that order in worst-to-best. Ooops, I meant to say 'is this in order of worst-beast (proportionate to wealth)?' rather than 'this is in'... What would you suggest as a general guide, if I may ask?

I've found a few guides, tried them, meager success. I have 1 billion gp to use to flip. Lower end materials don't seem to work (1-2% every four hours [on the items, not on my total wealth] is a royal PITA to manage and doesn't seem worth it to me). To cut to the chase, how do people with a lot of wealth flip? What items in particular? Do they use alts? ...?
  5. I did not obtain the name of perfection, the name of the best Pokemon in the entirety of reality. I did not manage to fetch 'Ditto.'
  6. Finally. FINALLY. I AM FREE. FREE OF THE BURDEN OF MY IDIOCY. FREEDOM. Sold for 355m.
  7. I'm more worried about the bones in his inventory than the cropping or melee prayer. I do hope they are returned to their rightful owner. It's hard performing physical activities without a spinal structure.
  8. I lured all the highly acidic spiders on me and Araxxi still became enraged (Araxxor didn't absorb any of them). Did I do something wrong? Oh well, got a 9:06 kill (record for me right now).
  9. Path 3 so easy compared to path 2 (I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO THERE... I get OHKOed like an angry Articuno with Mind Reader + Sheer Cold randomly IDK is going on). You've got to do a sort of quick time event at the end to dodge Araxxor's attack. If you succeed and do the proper QTE, Araxxor will deal 50% damage to wall. If you fail, Araxxor will do 25% or so (and deal 2500 damage to you). If you totally screw it up (don't do anything), then Araxxor will do no damage to the wall (and 5000 damage to you). While waiting on Araxxor to charge the wall, stand in the light beams (I think HTML5 would be better here, but too bad I don't trust it/FPS sucks). Araxxor will do the spawn-egg-thingy as well, so take care of those. The "stay in light beam" mechanic carries over for the rest of the battle as a 10 sec special attack Araxxor performs randomly (like the cleave attack, etc). I managed a 9:27 with about 15 soups left in Yak + whatever is in the screeny 3rd kill after reset: (I rolled a pet upon seeing such a crappy drop. Didn't get it.)
  10. I almost killed it ._. Got it to 8k hp last phase and then I just couldn't keep up with the orb thing that jumps around...
  11. I'm so glad I got lucky during that promotion. I think I bought the feathers though. Grats! I'm using mine now at Barbarian advanced, and they're so awesome. Makes agility that much faster. edit: Just in time for Araxxor.
  12. 96 to 99 cost me about 50m with Enlightenment aura, so it seems about right (made something like 750 each extreme before hand, but I also had like 1000 of each extreme from prior herb training leftover). Numbers may be off, but all I know is I have 2400 doses of overload because of it (and I use them for any combat, slayer/bossing/etc).

I have my bar set up like this: Piercing Shot (1), Needle Strike (2), Fragmentation Shot (3), Ricochet (4), Rapid Fire, Snapshot, Bombardment, Shadow Tendrils, Death's Swiftness I start with 0% adrenaline (can't be bothered saving it between kills, inefficient but w/e). I use basics in order 12131214 (repeat) to 100% adrenaline. By this point, you should be on the second stage. I then use Death's Swiftness and drink an adrenaline potion. Immediately build up adrenaline (1213... that thing) and use the proper thresholds (unsure which this is, trying to figure it out; I generally use Snapshot and finish the stage with basics). Run to second artefact, disable it, run back to Death's Swiftness bubble, use Rapid Fire. Rapid Fire should end after Death's Swiftness. The rest of the battle is just building adrenaline and using basics (I prioritize them as so: Snap Shot > Rapid Fire > Bombardment). My record kill so far is something like 1:50. Generally I get 2:00 to 2:15 kills using Ascensions + Dragonbane bolts. I know the bolts are near 100% accurate regardless of weapon, but Needle Strike is better than Dazing Shot and I don't have chaotic crossbows. Woe is me.
  14. Tormented demons bested QBD considerably (they were upwards of 8m gp/hr) until Legacy. Now they're on par, and since QBD is more consistent, I'd suggest QBD over TDs now. I manage 2 kills/overload with void + ascension and my nooby ability rotation (I'm so used to TDs, honestly).
  15. Since I'm tired of clogging up the screenshot thread, I'll post on the more relevant thread: Well, I tried to like Legacy, even though I voted no in the power to the player vote. I really did, thinking it would add more players, or bring back the wilderness, whatever. But it ruined my favorite activity in the game. Now, with much less skill, players can achieve the same rewards I managed. I thought Legacy wouldn't impact EoC like this? It would be on par with revolution? Sure. Whatever. Legacy has the up front DPS boost that EoC doesn't have--that immediately makes it better for weaker monsters and other activities that involve switching gear (e.g., tormented demons). I understand this sounds kind of elitist but it's annoying. I refined my strategy and ability usage at tormented demons. It took lots of research and investigation. Now some 'noob' (for lack of a better word) can rival my DPS/KPH in a fraction of the time. That's not right. Now tormented demons are worthless moneymakers for me. Even if I manage to keep up (or even improve) my rates, dragon limbs have hit the lowest they ever have (sub-10m). This means I only make 5-5.5m gp/hr at 120 KPH. "Well, find a different moneymaker!" OK, sure. I can't play RS without being interrupted every 30 mins or so. How am I supposed to manage Vorago, or Rise of the Six, when I may have to leave the team mid-battle? Tormented Demons were the perfect boss for me. I didn't depend on anyone else. I could log off easily every 5 minutes. And they were rewarding. I like big drops, where the golden beam pops up--not this QBD crap. The challenge was worth the reward, and it fit my play style perfectly--but now it's not. I hope Araxxor is worth it. I really do.
  16. Level 90 2H weapons are built from pieces (I think that was already known, though, and it sounds familiar to me). The tier 90 range weapon is a bow (or so it seems, at the end of the video).
  17. Here's the first 5 minutes of my latest TD trip (I managed 122 kills in 1 hour 8 secs, 10 in the condensed 5 minutes shown below):
  18. That's not a good example. It's a very biased example, in fact. He hits 1.5x above average each hit. For example, with a royal crossbow in Legacy, my average is half my max, which is expected with no ability usage and a roll where each possible hit has an equal chance of occurring. That means I averaged 240 damage per attack, at 3.6 seconds per attack. In EoC, with proper threshold and stacking, I manage 4000+ damage before each prayer switch on average. That's a difference of 2000 on average. And this was pre-nerf. I'm going to record me doing an hour trip (and condense it into 5 mins or so via technology-of-fastforwarding) and post it (hopefully this weekend) to show what I mean.
  19. No unspam, but legacy is (probably much) slower than full manual at TDs. I maintain almost 120 KPH with dual-wield weapons (Virtus and ascension) in EoC. I.e., in my last trip I managed 117 kills in an hour. I've yet to see someone come close to this KPH with proof, so whatever. Anyway, to answer your question, mine I got about an hour ago didn't sell instantly at 12m (it's still sitting in there). edit: Just sold it at 1gp for the heck of it and it sold for 10.3m. Really?
  20. I do agree that for most non-boss monsters, EoC is ability spamming. There's a rotation you follow to maximize DPS/adrenaline gain, yes, but that's the same for all monsters you fight as one class. Bosses are a different story, and so are players--but most PVM is via normal training and slayer amongst most RuneScapers, which means there's just one strategy. However, you can't ability spam at the more complex bosses (I can speak from experience for Tormented Demons, and I'm sure Vorago/Rise of the Six/spider boss are similar). You'll greatly increase your damage intake and do minimal damage in return. I wish there were more options on what was worthwhile to fight. I can't stand doing normal combat because it is, indeed, revolution or a constant rotation of abilities, including mostly basics. There should be smarter monsters to fight, ones that use abilities, but make them worthwhile XP wise (not necessarily drop wise) to compensate for the (probably) slower kills. The fastest combat XP in game should not be momentum/legacy chinning/barraging on abyssal creatures. It should require attention and be rewarding, through strategy (aka fun, but that's not quantifiable so whatever), XP, or other perks.
  21. They're easier for noobs to kill, but they aren't faster than before. Before update I achieved 120 kph, after 120 kph, so there's no difference in full manual.
  22. 22,744 blue charms and 15,755 crimsons. The '200 hours' is from my stash of charms from prior to 120 summon, not overall. Haha. (Also I'm hoping to use the aura. If I don't get enough charms and money by August well my goal is kaploot until another similar promotion, but oh well).
  23. 23 hours of TDs... Limbs are selling for 14.5m-15m, so I sold the nine I had gotten + the other crap (most/all of the unique drops are above GE mid, except for materials) and here it is: ~8m gp/hr. Now we're talkin'.
  24. 20 hours (10%) of the way there..! I'm +600k more xp (when considering aura) ahead than I anticipated. If I keep this up, I'll finish in ~177 hours instead of 200... Probably just an anomaly. edit: Forgot to say my goal is 120 summon, ha.
