WOAH I'M ABOUT TO ASK A QUESTION... WOAH. I've lurked this thread for about a hundred pages, but never thought I'd post! So I'm a customer at a local grocery store. I go in there weekly, and I've happened to develop a crush (I think! This is new for me! First time I've ever felt this way and I'm 21...) on one of the cashiers. She's nice, etc, all nine yards--so on so forth... I'm talkative with her (though the topic is usually something derp like what I'm making for dinner... or how she is doing... etc... oh and there's a cheese meme in there somewhere), but she's only been in the slot when I visit for the past 6 weeks or so (I'm there every week like clockwork). So, would asking her for her Facebook be strange? How would I go about asking? So lost! So confused!

Rocktail soup buy limit has been relaxed, for the record. Bought 200 yesterday instantly. It's probably like 1,000 or something.

I've fought Jad quite a few times and never found him hard (pre-EoC). Tormented demons were harder, in my opinion, pre-EoC than Jad ever was. Though I do agree that there's more staying power for the most part, but I like that and think that's a good thing. I couldn't stand grinding KC and then killing the boss a handful of times. Spending half the time getting there doesn't fit my play style. I only play an hour max, and spending half that just to get to a boss/prepare for a boss is absurd (hence why I've never gone to Nex, KK, or Vorago).

Why would you use snapshot over bombard? Doesn't bombard do 219% damage vs 200% damage (or does snap shot do more than weapon damage per shot)?

I think Sony is the only one with an open enough environment to allow RuneScape on a console, sadly (see: Dust 514). Maybe Nintendo. They would have to choose between the two most likely, because of contracts, though. And Microsoft is out of the question. Wii U would be a decent choice, though, because of the GamePad. Meh.

Look at technology now vs 100 years ago. In 1913, technology was (relatively speaking) in its infancy. Even 80 years ago, the modern computer still hadn't been invented. LoK isn't that far fetched at all.

I can't seem to equip armor via the action bar, or at least Nex armor. When I press 123456 to equip Virtus, I get 6 messages telling me it's at 100% charge. What gives? Is there a way to fix this? Or is my idea of bringing Pernix/Virtus as switches been ruined? (I swear Stev did/does it at TDs, maybe that was before NIS though).

Today I fixed my SVG importer for my game. It still doesn't work on some extremely complex paths, but I'll just make sure I don't use paths with all kinds of unnecessary features! So I heard you like pictures of resolution independent graphics. I do too... [spoiler=I really do...]

Watering plants... I do the same. I'm like "Oh, I need to water them--but let me finish this first." Then it never gets done. Luckily they haven't died; at most, they wilted a bit. And it rains enough to keep the soil somewhat moist, even if they aren't getting the water directly. We don't get much in the way of produce from them though :@. A tomato or green pepper a week isn't good enough! I blame the squirrels. It's always the squirrels...

One of my biggest projects. Nearly 10,000 lines of code, all carefully written to serve one purpose, and one purpose only. To render the most realistic cube ever. And today, my fellow mortals, today is the day that cube breathed its first breath. Today is the day the most realistic cube was ever rendered on a personal computer: This beauty renders at 60 FPS in debug mode. That's an amazing technological achievement.

So, if I enjoy playing with legos 10 hours a day from age 13 -> 23, it is not a waste of time/life? How could it be? LEGO bricks are awesome! And imagine the amount you'd have collected in those 10 years... drool...

Then we get a level 90 trollbow--oh, I mean shieldbow.

I expect mutiny soon enough.

I know you don't need KC :P I just don't want to walk in and die in 2 hits. Last time I was at Nex was pre-EOC. Thanks for the help so far!

I'm itching to try it one day*, but I have a couple quick questions about Nex (and solo Nex) in general... 1. What is generally expected for solo and tank gear? E.g., is seasinger much better than Virtus, or slightly better, or really not that much better? I have nearly enough chi for full superior (but not 90 RC), so if seasinger is much better, I'll grind out RC. I have full virtus (plus wand and book), if that's any help. 2. Would an arcane spirit shield substitute a farseer kiteshield? Even if only for a little bit as I try and figure out time to dungeoneer? 3. Soloing, do you need an armor switch for the mages? Or is a royal crossbow accurate enough in virtus? 4. Lastly, does armor still make the KC monsters not as aggressive? What's a decent combo to quickly run through, put on ancient ceremonial, and get to the bank? Thanks for any help! *: I doubt I'll ever try it, but the itch is annoying. :(

I slayed some of Lucien's fine buddies while everyone else took care of Zamorak/Saradomin: #3 today, #10 since I started Thursday. Not bad, if I do say so myself... Bought drygore mace set. Woot. Time to train slayer and get a DIY ascension set (yea right).

If you can't see abilities or whatever, you have to wait for the cache to fully load or force it to load interface elements. I just idled in lobby for a few minutes. Alt + ` to then displayfps to see the cache load.

Why not holy water when maging/ranging hybrid? You can use an ability for your first strike so it's not wasted. I'm guessing 'cause it's group (but I'd think the same applies there?

Uh, these are what I got after that drop: Have never gotten a dragon armour lump... Even pre-EOC where I got one claw drop (15m). [spoiler=The tears...]They are delicious :P.

Want. So. Much. Just got the Blu-Ray and have been rewatching it, on top of listening to the soundtrack (over and over and over...). Blaaaaaaagh. September seems so far away...

#2. :o Between this and my Glacor loot, I've got 115m in gear (full Armadyl, Bandos, and subjugation) over the past few weeks. Now time to get drygores so I can get 95 slayer... At this rate with TDs, I should have them by the end of the week. In reality, I'll prepare an elegy for myself. My mind shall be numb and my fingers sore as I surpass Battosai's dry streak.
