  1. Many thanks, I've planned on getting 65 for a while for the purpose of summoning - I wondered if there was a better option. ~S~
  2. Thanks, I'm flexible with cash, because I can raise it, but ideally I want to know what to kill for the charms that I need.
  3. And lose your money. Didn't the thread imply that money wasn't much of an object, or am I misreading?
  4. Hi all, I'm currently 61 summoning, and I'd like 68 to allow for easier training. Could anyone recommend a plan for me of where to obtain charms, what pouches to make and how to do this for under 2m or so? Many thanks, Search.
  5. Source. lol thx for the correction. I was only responding to rumors I heard. and is which why I also least know about. It was only wat liitle I've done. Any how, Maybe then it's such a small change it's difficult to notice over 300 log intervals. Another thing I said is this is a open debate. Not all things are fact. Or proven so, only because we do not have access to the source code. Hang on.... you're trying to give rumours and guesswork as empirical evidence and directly contradict the few people who know for certain exactly how the Dragon Hatchet is programmed (i.e. JaGEx)? I don't think that, taking 300 as your test sample, you have any basis for making the suggestions that you've made. I deliberately avoid putting smileys into my posts, but imagine 'frustrated'. You just can't test *anything* on that small a sample size, and assuming that you can is arrogant.
  6. The cape is a problem - tone it down to +4 on all defensive stats? I believe that is higher than anything f2p have at present. A f2p boss is a problem. Possibly give them something at about 90 cb with rare rune platebody drops. The other suggestions weren't great , but the ring is fine. Yes, let's give them a ring. but offer 10 teleports per day to the Champions' Guild and unlimited to the cabbage patch.
  7. So that's where I've been going wrong....
  8. A lot of these posts run along the line of 'if money were no object'....... frankly, it is, so I say that the BGS has a lot of merit.
  9. For me it depends on where there are bones being left by other people, as I use BtP tabs. But the Eyrie has higher level aviantese, which can cause a few problems if you're particularly badly equipped.
  10. Agreed, but not all quets do this, so there must be another reason.
  11. For me, there has to be some kind of motivation beyone questpoints or a small amount of xp. Something like... knowledge. That's why I did Missing My Mummy recently, and that's also the reason that I returned to do Tale of the Muspah. Doing this got me in a questy mood, so I did What Lies Below and An Enlightened Journey. Quests are essentially fun.
  12. Far to the north of RuneScape.... an icy area.... Is anyone thinking that this could refer to the Godwars dungeon? While there are certainly very few things that would prove this, it could have come meaning.
  13. The only armour that I have a problem with is Verac's. The skirt on a male character looks simply ugly; I changed to a girl to save my eyes. Clearly, Verac's Platelegs is not an option here. In fact, all armour on boys looks a bit... I'm not entirely sure, but not really right.
  14. I love the RSOF. Edit: a few more nice ones taken from 30 seconds of browsing. And my favourite: Someone really should look into the evils of trees.... Jagex's solution, as usual, is to let the players hunt them down in a minigame! =D>
  15. I agree, the idea of the Vampires being created by Marimbo, whose mind is concerned with a small island far to the south-east, is laughable.
  16. Excellent guide. I'm thinking of going for 99 hunter myself, despite the low level at present.
  17. Agreed. Don't the Vampires have a problem with collecting Blood Tithes? Could this not be the answer?
  18. guys can wear plateskirt's but there just tranny's platelegs are more expensive as they look good on both genders but skirts only look good on chicks and i prefer the legs anyway more red  You cannot state that males who wear plateskirts are just trannies. Since you have no idea what a player is or is not. By your words, I could assume you're a belligerent, unintelligent, assuming, facist, who has no sense of right or wrong, as you see it fit to attempt to pass your false philosophy on through the supposed opinion you posted. It's a total fail pally, try posting an opinion and not an insult the next time you type something. Agreed, what does it matter if you wear a skirt or some legs? To correct your speling, it's 'trannies'.
  19. The biggest problem here is that a lot of our information is somewhat speculative. We get little tidbits in quests and such things, and people start rumors about what they mean, until eventually people don't realize it wasn't true. Then we end up with different sites having conflicting information, and yadda yadda yadda. It would be nice if Jagex set up the Knowledge base so that new sections unlock as you complete quests, miniquests, etc. That way we would have info directly from the source, rather than just what we've managed to piece together for ourselves. I would argue also that it's fun to speculate.
  20. The mahjaraat can't die anyway. Hence the age of the Strange Old Man. And the one near the Kalphite Dungeon.... whyever not, we have a desert pantheon anyway. Also, my comprehensive list is *not* meant to be only Gods- if it were, I'd not have listed the Maharajaat.
  21. Scrolling backwards, my eyes are hurting.
  22. Why must you use a word that is both annoying, and at this point has little or no meaning because its so overused. Well, while I can see where you're coming from, I guess it's simply down to irritation, too much testosterone and a hatred of a certain class of players..... who aren't developmentally delayed, but just idiots.
  23. Try this: The Non-Desert Pantheon- living Saradomin- God of Order. Potential links to Law- the Law Runecrafting altar is on Entrana. Commands the Iceyene race. Guthix- God of Balance. First God to be worshipped in Northern RuneScape, according to Meeting History. Created/enslaved guardians to serve him. Ended(?) the Godwars. A calm god- his statue in the Mage Arena looks like representations of the Buddha during his fast. Zamorak- God of Chaos. Potentially took this title from his former patron, Zaros. Was once a Mahjaraat, but shed this title when he usurped Zaros. Commonly thought to be, and closest associated with, evil. Marimbo- God of (Monkies?)- worshipped on Ape Attoll. Very little known about him, though I'd like to see something in the future. The Non-Desert Pantheon- fled Armadyl- God of Flight. (Father?) to the Aviantese. Left RuneScape after he believed that they were destroyed. Bandos- God of Strength. Patron of all kinds of beasts that worship him for his aggression. Believed to have fled, certainly no evidence for his continued existence. Despite this, the Ogres still worship him- think the Pool of Bandos. The Non-Desert Pantheon- location uncertain Seren- Elflish Goddess of Crystal. Likely to play a large part in the earth, as with the ancient Gaia. The Mahjaraat The Order of Maharajaat have uncertain origins. They are potentially human, but are more likely to be demigods. Zaros (deceased)- Former ruler of Mahjaraat. Azzandra- entombed in the desert. One of the many Desert Mahjaraat. Bob the cat?- certainly not a God, according to the KB. Enakhra- weak enough to be entombed in the Desert. Certainly a Maharajaat. The Strange Old Man at The Barrows- no evidence, but a friend of mine reports that he reacts oddly to Jennica's Ring. Hazeel- nothing amazingly clear, but he is nearly ressurected/is resurrected in the Fifth Age. Implies that he fell. General Khazard- I've seen too much of him. Still lives, if with a face that is simply a skull. Akthanakos- sworn enemy of Enakhra. Lives in the Desert. Zemouregal- ally of Zamorak. Fought firstly by Arrav, then later on in his second attack on the city of Varrock. Lucien- asipres to godhood. Chief antagonist responsible for the deaths of many powerful fighters: the greatest Sayer Master, Duradel; the strongest man in RuneScape, Sloane; the Slayer master Turael; the Gnome Prophet Hazelmere; the brutal guardian of the Warriors' Guild, Ghommal and Cyrisus, the Lunar Isle's strongest fighter and most wel-rounded character. Various others are mentioned by Azzandra at the end of Desert Treasure. The Desert Pantheon Amascut- decietful. Uses people in her war on Sophanem. Elidinis- Guardian of Nardah. A River Goddess. Very little known about her. Ichthalrin- God of the Dead. Scabaras- God of the Scarabs. Creator of the Kaphites. Tukenem: God fo the Desert. A father-figure. The Dragonkin Thought to create Dragon Weapons, they come from Freneskrae, the same place as the Mahajaraat.
  24. Completely agreed. Wouldn't it be nice to get a potato's perspective on life? He/she/it would be the embodiment of calm. That'd be far nicer to read/listen to than 'r0fl', '0mg' and assorted marks of the most extreme stupidity.
  25. Why? Jagex could easily make it Duel Arena only. Because all the other Combat Based Mini-Games like Castle Wars, Clan Wars, Pest Control, Soul Wars, Bounty Hunter etc would want them, because they have to use their own money for those and would still. BH isn't a worthy one but safe ones like Castle/Soul Wars would make it unfair for Duel Arena to have them. Why shouldn't clan wars get free pots as well? Soul wars shouldn't as you get rewards. But Duel Arena and Clan Wars are just for fun. Obviously I'm not including staking. Because like I sad before, the Duel Arena is structured like no other minigame. And yeah, there should be range and magic potions too :P It''s an interesting idea. Doesn't that make a case for the creation of Super Mage and Super Ranged potions anyway?
