New penguin/sea slug quest. [hide=Quest]Larry the zookeeper has made the mistake of going on vacation, and now hes in a bit of a picklewell, more like a straitjacket than a pickle! Apparently, he spotted a giant penguin near Witchaven, and now he suspects that the other penguins may be up to something. The problem is that his superiors at the zoo dont believe him. Speak to Larry to find out what the penguins have been up to, and help him stop them before they take over the world! It wont be easy to discover what the penguins are plotting, however. Youll have to travel back to the iceberg from the Cold War quest, and don your penguin suit, to begin your espionage. Creative thinking will be needed if youre going to get any information from the penguins, but you will find friends on the iceberg to help you: Ping and Pong will be glad to see you, and you can help them finish their new song. After you've finished the Hunt for Red Raktuber, you'll still be able to put your keen Hunting skills to the test. A new area will be available near the Iceberg, where youll be able to track down new penguin recruits. Google is an American company \ Makes no difference, just because Google is American doesn't mean it has American Servers. Chances are it does, but it could equally have some in China or Japan or as Jard_Y_Dooku points out, Russia, as they are all chaper hosts. Thats the ploy and what companies fight against. But trust me, as soon as it enters America, it is protected by the 2nd (i think) amendment and so counts as free speech. There are certain cases where this doesn't count, such as leaking of national secrets which could pose a threat to the public and for secret things like weapon shipments, design and development, but a sound track to a music video hardly comes near this. Technically, YouTube could still face a Lawsuit even if the disclaimer is there. Say a music distributer didnt want any music they have rights on leaking to the internet (Because there are some programs that take YouTube sounds, turn them into standard mp3s and shove it on limewire) Anyway, this music distributer can actually force YouTube to remove the video, not just mute it, as it breaches all sorts of laws. The only way around it I think is if the video you posted is hosted on an American Server, where it is protected by the constitution somewhat.

Dungeon Map update is good. Skilling spam filter is even better. Not sure about new HP bar, I think i'd like it better if it was the same size as before. The graphic update on it is much much better though.
