Erm wouldn't you have to first locate the oil?

Would the harsher colonial laws count as an infrastructure project? I would assume that the subsidies would count as one, correct?

A Time For Glory
Project goal: Subsidized industry Result: Industry increased, greater production of goods +.02 industry/year. Yeah, I think we all would like to know the strength of our starting armies.

I was, but I'm trying to keep the game mildly balanced (as to who is on which side of each alliance). That and France has more colonies which will prove... useful for certain plans that I have.

France, if you will. EDIT: Time to play as the Imperial guard for a bit to... refresh my memory.

Honestly, I'm not sure if giving an open wilderness would be such a good idea. In that it would cause the price of dragon bones to skyrocket (or at the very least crowd blue dragons out of the ass), that and with extreme potions/ the new curses higher leveled wilderness would be insanely deadly. Also I'm not sure if I want to go back to peddling my wares at world 2 (or on forum topics) again, but hey it could be worth it for the chance to screw with abyssal pkers.

Well then, I guess I'll take France in this (and hope that arch joins my side). If dusty shows up and takes russia as he said he would I may switch back to Austria Hungary though.

Is anyone but me willing to switch to an allied power from an axis one? Because I'm willing to do so but I'd rather not be piled 2:1. Oh and Nex, battle walkers (unless you could get them to run) would be less mobile and slower than your average WWI tank (trust me on this one).

As I said before, I'll take Austria-Hungary. Long live the House of Habsburg!

Dungeoneering Again
Well what I proposed would be how it was viewed, magic could be used for a black or white application but would still use the same skill (the difference would just be in the perception by others not in any crunch).
-
Dungeoneering Again
Well we could define it as different sub types of each magic with white (constructive) and black (destructive) applications to them. For instance white fire magic would be used to create steel/items while wholly black fire magic would be something along the lines of hellfire. Another example would be healing magic, White healing magic would be used to heal injuries while black healing magic would be used to warp the flesh of enemies/cause mutations. But, then again neither of those applications are wholly evil or wholly good; so, yeah magic is basically a tool with which to achieve your ends.

Well you probably have me beat in square inches/ centimeters (Mine is widescreen to all hell).

Holy crap, I've finally got my non crappy desktop working again (And let me tell you, it looks [bleep]ing amazing). Now to get an external harddrive and transfer some data from my laptop and then... play dwarf fortress on a 40" monitor.

Also you do know that you can simply take a 2.5 xp loss (spread out throughout your skills) and come back kicking on the same character?

Moderators are chosen by the admins from the community in question. There is no real "application" to become one and in general if you ask to become a mod, you probably won't become one. On a note that may be interested to you, we may have a hegemony starting up tomorrow (if I can get a fire started under it's creator).

Erm, call me crazy (pun unintended) but I'm fairly sure that rapid mood changes are not just the symptoms of Bipolar disorder. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mood_swing As the article states it could be ADHD or a mood disorder to the tune of being manic depressive or an admitted possibility of one type of bipolar disorder. But, then again you are self diagnosing so any conclusions you come to may very well be unreliable. Just my two cents on the matter though.

The Back Room
Perhaps it was meant only to be a decorative piece or as a stage prop? It seems kind of... awkward to me (a bit too long to be effective at throwing, a bit too short to be useful as a full on sword and as it's made of stainless steel a bit to hard to keep an edge on in general). Just my two cents on it though. EDIT: I could be wrong about the stainless steel part, I just checked a few online stores and they seem to only sell stainless steel throwing knives.

It looks rather interesting. May I ask how many non aligned countries there are (or did mexico/brazil gobble up all of central/south america?) and if you plan to do troop upkeep in this game or not?
