Well the thing is, when your competing against enemy miners, ping matters. I can almost always steal peoples iron if im in an australian server, and kick them out of the spot, but in an american one i almost always lose. So i generally prefer australian servers, if it werent for the crazy epic annoying LAG!!! And its not only me, others on the world are getting it as well.

Thing is the skill was (apperantly) made for pures of all sorts, including combat and skiller pures. Skillers producing runes/arrows/armor/weps is probably convenient for mid leveled players. That would make sense if you actually needed those runes/arrows/food/etc. Which you generally dont, 1 bound weapon and the food you find off the ground is more than enough in most cases. Kinda sad

I'm an australian player, and ive noticed recently that i lag far, far more in australian servers than american/UK ones. Its near constant spikes, constant lag, and im not exaggerating, its at least once every minute or so, it just doesnt make sense unless these servers suck somehow. By comparison, i go to an american server. and its all well and dandy (aside from bag ping, but that comes with the territory).

Meh, i like it better just mining the iron. Better money and better XP than wasting time with mith/coal/silver.

Here is the post in which you claim that it is "not that hard to cut down on botters" Yes, its not hard to cut down on botters. As in, reduce there number, not "catch them", even if jagex didnt catch them any more effectively, the very fact of permanent bans would discourage many botters, and those that continue to bot will actually get banned instead of a half assed 14 day thing. So yes, you need to stop putting words in my mouth. I wasent aware that people who do gathering skills arent "legit" players.

I never said catching botters was easy, i even said in my post its not a one off solution, i said reinstating permanent bans is an easy solution which could be done without too much trouble and would severely discourage your average botter. And a bandaid solution is much better than no solution.

Yea i get this lots, its worse when you look at the screen, say you were doing something like browsing the forums, and then they continue to accuse you of botting. That being said, if someone doesnt talk and is doing other suspicous things, i am going to assume hes a botter, and i am going to report him. Why? Because i dont like botters.

Reset. Do 1-25ish with small, c1, piss easy settings, you can solo this, keep in mind you will get almost NO xp from this, but the dungeons clear incredibly fast. 25+ Do larges 5:5 Reset Rinse repeat (Assuming 50+, at your level, maybe just do 1-15 piss easy settings, than do 5:5 smalls to the highest you can go)

Yes, ive chosen a rather subpar way of making money, but as i also said, an already crap way of making money should not be further devalued by an overabundance of bots. Botters hurt lots of legitimate players, thats all there is too it. This is really going around in circles so i guess we are just going to have to agree to disagree. What resources? Its really not that hard to cut down on botters. Personally, i think something as simple as reinstating permanent bans for botters would go a long way. Its not a one off solution, but its simple, can be easily done without hurting the company in any way, while at the same time makes botting much less appealing, everyones happy! (except botters, and those people who like having cheap resources)

Actually, atm on w7 there is no one to compete with and they spawn FAST, im timimg how long it takes per load at 62.5k per load I smell a limp crash. Yea, sometimes its free, sometimes its not, im getting a good 300K an hour without too much trouble. Though its definately catching on, and limps just crashed by 100+ GP, 2 days in a row. I'm glad i managed to liquidate my limps before it went downhill :D Heres hoping strength pots crash, hard.
