I ran out of the room and thought that I survived, but then prayer runs out and the range attack hits me. Lost d boots, obsidian shield and cape, which were worth over a million as one back then.

In other words, your mind rejects the fact that it is now faster. I can kill tzhaar slightly faster now since the poison does 69 damage and normal attacks do slightly more damage than usual.

You cant use ectofuntus or house altar for prayer with the bonus xp. I`d say do herblore, summoning and farming.
