  1. Title pretty much says it. Where is the best place to mine and bank iron ore. If there is a furnace close, then all the better
  2. Technically, its only slower if you over click after clicking the right time, so if you can somehow spam, then stop right as you get the correct timing, then its the same, but if you can do that, then why spam?
  3. Im conservative when it comes to using prayer, im too lazy to tele to house to recharge :wall:
  4. Well i didnt think i would be risking any of it. I thought i would just do some claw rushes for kicks, and maybe i would get lucky. But after i had an epic spec fail x2 on some guy, i lagged just as i was clicking the insta-prayer for protect item, so someone (not sure who) got the kill on me, and i didnt have protect item up >.<
  5. Ya...im not a big fan of quests, therefore i dont even have 200 qp
  6. So, after a rather untimely lag in the wilderness, im out 26m from the claws i had. After taking stock, im left with ~3m in cash (2m is in MTK at the moment) all my combat gear except of course claws, and some other random things in my bank. Any ideas as to what i should do now?
  7. If you are looking for a bit of profit then cannoning abby specs is decent. You can almost always profit, though the range xp isnt the greatest in the game
  8. I think you missed where i said non-void. As in I have NO pieces of void.
  9. Since i finally got the chins i need at the price i wanted, im gonna go try and get 99 range. Ill chin it, but i want to use my hati gloves to nock off ~1m xp. So whats the best non-void set up for chinning. and please dont tell me to go look at a guide unless it it current.
  10. Hmmm, this makes it sound even more exciting now. Can you still access the altar?
  11. So, with the release of the wildy, im thinking AZ's arent the best place to go anytime soon, so where else can i get some pretty good defence xp?
  12. Also, right now with the hati gloves, you could do bursting, chinning (my plan) or cannon at daggs for some pretty amazing xp
  13. Hadnt really thought about it that way...
  14. So, i know that way back in the day there were specific "areas" to buy certain things. Even after they first took out free trade, there were different ares around the GE to buy stuff like barrows, god armour, rares. Does anyone have a map like that now?
  15. Just range em. Gear should be a mix of payer boosting and range boosting stuff. Pray range, and stand far enough away so that they can only attack you with the range attack. Stay in the same area so the go unaggresive eventually. Banking the bones is up to you and how much you need the cash, but i usually forgo banking them as its a hassle without a yak. If you arent banking them, use a bunyip to cover mistakes made or from collecting drops. Top that off with say...10-15 ppots and a few pieces of food, and your task should be done.
  16. Would a cannon be a good way to speed up my wyvern tasks?
  17. Unless you dont need the lp xp, i suggest chinning. You gain twice the xp per damage, and you still gain lp xp too.
  18. Thanks for the fast and accurate reply! now i can stop questioning its worth
  19. So, i am really just asking how much a bunyip heals you over its lifetime? assuming it heals its 20lp at every opportunity.
  20. Quest wise, at the very least you want to do smokin kills? to gain access to slayer rewards and the slayer helm.
  21. This is generally how i buy, but the potential from this one update is large enough for me to consider it.
  22. Well, right now my play time is limited because of school and sports. Then the free time i do have gets divided between friends, xbox, and rs. Plus, all my high level items are combat related, and I like to range, so i dont get around to my whip and melee gear too much lately, but i do use it some.
  23. So, with the reintroduction of the old wildy and free trade, im speculating that the economy is going to tank. I have done my research, and given an example of such an economy to my economy teacher, and thats how it looks. So, since cash is king in a declining market, wouldnt it be best to sell the more expensive items from my bank now, and then buy them again once the prices have dropped? Or atleast just sell them for cash and buy them back when and if i actually need them again?
  24. Maybe i missed this skimming the replies, but wouldnt it be wise to train mage to raise your base mage def? It wont affect you combat level for a while, if at all, and at the very least, you gain access to the teleports. If you get an air staff you can train with the air-rune only spell for a while to keep cost down.
  25. Im finding hunter kit is pretty good, i just dumped 1m into astrals because i need the mage xp
