If you want to get 99 fast use an SS its proven more exp and super pots boost higher = more exp. And don't go buy what you think or feel go buy exp rates that you calculate.

I'm currently going for 99 def at AZs but with the new pvp update im considering stopping and making some money. Is it bh or pvp worlds? Do i have to have a 25k partner? Could i rush? Whats is the best way to make money there? Any help would be nice...

I'm perty sure that 75k is how much you lose per day.

750k is the minimum for max material I believe.
