  1. A sport forum could be cool because you can make threads for individual games/ series and or teams instead of having just one thread for a whole sport like soccer or american football but my only concern would be the amount of activity in said forum. Right now I only count two threads in Off-Topic 1st page that are sport related (College football and running). I'm really in-between on where I stand on the issue.. I'd love to seem more subforums added to off-topic to sort of rebrand it but with the software change and stuff I think the admins have more important matters to focus on.
  2. I love that song. First time I heard it, it was for a Gears of War teaser. I don't know what the saddest song I've ever heard. A lot of people in general call my music (indie rock) very depressing and stuff.
  3. Oh I didn't forget but considering she would be in the shower with me I think it is fair to say she would be naked. Would I kill her? No.
  4. Sig'd. What's the joke here? I'm not sure either. Someone enlighten us. Enlightenment. Add me to the list of people who don't get it. Its very random but apparently getting more then 3 hours of sleep makes people crazy? :-k Also why would you kill a girl especially a hot one? For about the past month I've been going to bed around midnight and waking up around 8am. I'm soon going to start going to bed around 11:30ish and wake up around 7am hopefully. Compare this to a year ago when I was going to bed around 1am-2am and waking up between 10am-11am (Not much of a different just a small shift in my sleeping schedule) but I'm learned that I'm more productive during the mornings then the evenings. Of course on the weekends it can be a much different story.
  5. As n_odie said, a lot of moderators use their ability to appear hidden when online. When-ever I am online, there are always other staff members around, regardless of the time. Don't all users have that ability ? Oh, and speaking of Southern Mods. Well, I don't see anyone else. :uhh: :P I didn't say all users didn't have that ability. :? And as I said, moderators frequently appear offline, so they are most likely there, but hiding. I hide myself. I know a couple others do too. Its easy to tell who does and who doesn't IMO.
  6. I used to listen to that Santana album. My mom used to play it all the time in the car. Great album.
  7. I honestly don't think I've ever played a Dreamcast. Only time I can possibly think of playing it is that Taxis game at Target.
  8. I agree with Nadril. You really did take a someone else's work and ruined it. The key thing about planetary art is to have the center focus on your planet or some sort of star that draws your attention. What you did imo was make the "space" your center focus which ruins the whole picture in general because there isn't anything that catches your eye (The planet does but it really doesn't if you know what I mean). What you could do to improve this is redo your whole "space". Change the colors to more realist ones and get rid of the fog (Possibly your top layer) you've created over the whole image that dulls all the colors. Check out DeviantART for some examples.
  9. Nothing has been wrong with any of mine, have they? I have been choosing the safe ones I think. I don't recall any of yours being inappropriate. You don't like my thing for asians? :) Asians aren't my cup of tea either.
  10. I'm a fan of a larger active community personally. I hate see threads sit still. I like to see when I first check a forum or something like a whole new page of post something to get the original thread fresh and alive and come back like 12 hours later and see the same thing.

You don't see USC winning the Pac-10 this year or the National Championship? USC is currently the only really outstanding team in the Pac-10 right now imo. I actually didn't even renew my student season tickets this year cause this season is going to be a [cabbage] show. I've gone back to rooting for my Washington Huskies this season.
  12. Ooh sounds delectably spy-like. Mission Impossible style. I don't think thats real though. I think you may be mistaking digital rentals because they have time restraints like from iTunes I believe a video will stop working after 24hrs after you hit play. I think the whole quality argument is a worthy one. So do guys think that a lot of your typical movie renters are going to want the quality of Blue-Ray or will the average consumer not care about quality when it comes to downloaded content through something like Youtube or other online services?
  13. @how2PK The first picture almost looks like you got a black eye (just without the blackness).
  14. This topic has gone to far off topic and has not improved since Meol's warning. *Locked* ~Stevepole
  15. Your probably just having an off week. It happens to all of us. Whatever the cause though its probably something really minor that your overlooking.
  16. No, if you have a legit iPhone running through AT&T updating software shouldn't delete your music from your iPhone. Somewhere around the bolded area you lost me. You've backed up your iPhone through iTunes and have installed the 3.0 software. Now you want to import your music and apps that are on your iPhone to iTunes? Your apps should automatically import to iTunes when you sync up your iPhone but iTunes' does not offer a way to import from any device thats connected to it.

   Oh well, they always suck at football. Yes they do. ;) Washington didn't do so bad against LSU, I was pretty impressed.
  18. Kid Cudi's new CD Man On The Moon: End of Day
  19. Well that's because before, to buy a movie it costed like $20-25. To rent it only cost from $1-5. It really was a bargain. But as the movie studios started to make their VHS cheaper, it started to appear in stores for "buying" rather than "renting". DVDs were easily sold through every store: Walmart, grocery stores, gas stations, that renting was coming at a loss compared to selling the movie. So to avoid loosing profit, renting sometimes may get above buying price. Renting died at the start of DVDs. I would say the old fashion way of renting has died. Going down to your local blockbuster and picking up the latest releases has been replaced with a couple mouse clicks.
  20. Do you mean greek? I don't see why so many people are unsupportive and unwilling to give Obama's speech a chance. It's only going to take about an hour out of your day to watch and listen. Lets all face the facts, our schooling system in the US sucks and it needs to be improved for future generations so why not start now?

I googled a critical mass. I don't think they have any here in phoenix but I would love to participate in one. Seems like a lot of fun.
  22. Considering I've gone out to eat the past three nights with friends I'm going to make me a sandwich. Pan roasted turkey breast on honey wheat bread, with provolone cheese with a bunch about 4 or 5 pickles and mayo with a Crush orange soda. :D
  23. iMovie is a great video editing program which comes free with every Mac computer. I also have Adobe Premiere which unless your editing professional stuff you really don't need it. I haven't use Final Cut Express but I would recommend checking it out it looks like a alternative to Final Cut Pro.
  24. Wapanese is on Urban Dictionary. Why do so many people go into topics and expect them to be locked two minutes later?
  25. Renting videos from Youtube, I imagine, would working similar to how you watch videos on youtube. Think of the service like Hulu or Netflix where you stream your content. But you can't find a feature film like Watchmen. Most people don't care about cost they just want a system that is easy to use and simple. Like Hulu for example is a huge success because it is an easy and simple way to watch television and movies online which is what a lot of people care about most. Quality isn't horrible but of course it is HD either. If online rentals continues to boom I'm sure we'll be seeing HD quality videos within the next couple of years. Why wouldn't they want to tap into the online video rental? Netflix is having huge success with it why wouldn't anyone else want a piece of action? You can rent movies through PSN. I've never done it but I'm sure it works a lot like iTunes.
