Some guy at the gym today tried correcting my squat form today saying I had my knees too forward, then he told me to practice my form with a smith machine, it felt so unnatural. I actually see now why it's bad for you. I wouldn't have tried it, if the guy wasn't continuously "coaching" me after each set.. I only tried two sets of his method with only 50lbs before moving on..

Spent the weekend in San Francisco. Saw Sleigh Bells Thursday night and then saw a friend of a friend's band Friday night in Oakland, and then on Saturday night we went out to an irish bar. Spent the days hanging around Golden Gate Park. A pretty fun weekend if I do say. Could have done without the drive between SF & LA though.

:thumbup: I'm glad I don't have to deal with her stupidity anymore. There is so much more that she should be focused on, but she'll rather waste her time putting unconstitutional laws into effect.

those aren't even Spoilers! :D loved this premiere. for anyone who haven't read the books, do you have trouble following the plotline? i might be biased but i like the way they approached the story. No, I don't find it hard. The show moves at such a pace, that you really have to not be paying attention to understand what's happening. The premiere was good, did a nice job of reintroducing us to the show, and where it's headed this season. It also reminded me, I need to touch up on some of their name. Could someone quickly remind me of the boy at very ends riding away on the carts role? All I remember is that he's with the Stark girl.

So many people dislike clubbing, I'm surprised. I usually really enjoy myself. A good group can make or break your experience though. You get stuck with people who aren't that outgoing, you end up having to drag people out to dance and stuff. That's never fun. And not that many sports fan. Another shocker. My life would be very boring without sports.

Start off small, aim for all skills to lvl 60. You're pretty close already, so that's what I'd go for. Then maybe all combat skills to 85. 99 fletching, 85 cooking. Mining & smith to 80. Slayer to 85. That's roughly 150 levels, right there.

I usually do seated calf presses every time I go to the gym. I usually do 4x15 at max weight (450 pounds/200kg).

I forget to pick up some tickets today. Oh well. Apparently, people spent around $1.5 billion dollars on tickets trying to win the jackpot.

Kind of mad I stopped watching the Lakers-Thunder game after the half to watch Mad Men altering seeing the final score, but it was some sloppy ball the first half.. Ended up buying a vintage Shawn Kemp Seattle Sonics jersey off ebay for $40. I'm pretty excited, I'm considering it the start of my retro/Sonic collection and seeing as Kemp's 95-96 youth jersey were the first jerseys I've ever owned, I found it fitting.

Even without Rose, the Bulls are a hell of a team. I don't know when he went out, but their last 10 games they are 8 and 2. That's impressive since he has been out for at least 4 games right? 8 games now, but yeah their back ups have really stepped up especially John Lucas. I was literally yelling profanity at my TV about Lucas during the Bulls-Heat game.

Yeah I'm really hoping they pull it together tonight.. I've been avoiding watching their games of late because of how much they've been pissing me off especially when OKC blew them out. Bull's play OKC this coming Sunday too. That should be epic too if Rose plays that game.
