Using a program like loic is only going to cause a DOS attack, not a DDOS(unless they've got multiple people doing it, which happens in the clan world from time to time). Although most people would have auto retaliate on or already be attacking him by that time don't you think? to mike- did he in any way insist on you adding him or emailing him? otherwise I think we should just let him be and go about his business. They can't eat while they are disconnected, even though they hit, the opponent may eat for a long battle. Harddrives doesn't do that, it would serve no purpose to ruin components. Bad harddrive = Format it with windows 7 installation disc. Or connect it to another computer and format it.

Installing Ubuntu would help if you can get proper drivers and get runescape to run. But concerning the windows 7, you can download a clean .iso illegally and use your legal key. Nobody cares if you do and the version will genuinely be registered.
