It's not just iron bars, they are also used for steel bars too. That's why they are so heavily in demand. The only way to fix this would be to make concentrated iron deposits.

Corpse mages are the absolute best if you are hunting for cash. On average per trip I get 50k-100k gp/hour. That's from all the runes, arrows, other stackables, and talismans that I have obtained from them. Not to mention they NEVER damage you, even in full rune gear. Here's the gear I would recommend for them (offensive stats are hugely favored here): Head: Mask of Dragith Nurn Amulet: Amulet of power Weapon: Rune scimitar Gloves: Rune Gauntlets Shield: Rune Berserker Shield Boots: Fancy/Fighting boots Ring: Explorers Ring 3 Cape: Team cape Melee armor does NOT grant you offensive/strength bonuses so don't wear those.

You can't say F2P is exactly "boring", either. There's still lots to do in F2P, it's just that members get a lot more of the fun stuff.

Opinion, clearly opinion. I personally love grindfests in MMOs. Without them I wouldn't even be playing as there's nothing to do.

Exactly. A PKer isn't that much better than a skiller. They are both hindering certain aspects of the game just to gain respect from others. Frankly, I think they shouldn't deserve the respect. YESZ. They are a fun little thing to do, and the reward is nice. :3 I do wish you can still get any holiday item you missed though. They did that with emotes and music, why not items?

I don't really calculate gp/hour, rather, I just train it over time to get LOTS OF MOONIEZ. Combat (Melee) - Corpse Mages. Runecrafting - Air/Water/Earth runes. Mining - Iron/Coal ore, often combined with superheating. Woodcutting - Willow/Yew logs. Fishing - Lobsters. Magic/Smithing - Superheat steel/mithril bars.

Except the OP did not actually even try to show that in his post. Yes, but point still stands. No matter what combat level and no matter how many kills, the drop rate is exactly the same. For the OP, yes. For the whole god damn rest of us, no.
