All songs, All quests, All ach diaries
Congrats man, getting all songs unlocked in P2P (609) is MUCH harder than getting all songs unlocked in F2P (150). 10/10.

Yew trees.
The yew is chopped down, yet the shadow of it is still there. This sort of reminds me of something... but I kinda forgot.

What is it you need most in Runescape?
All F2P 99 Stats. And probably 1 billion cash.

Great Orb Project: The Attract Wand
As I read in the guide, doesn't the new angles make attracting into the altar easier? Since you only have to click once for the orbs to go in... And, at the very least, add a barrier section. I find that inbetween the pillars and right in front of spawn points the best place to put these.

Within the Light - 13 October 2009
Since I'm F2P I won't be able to enjoy the quest, as always. Seeing that "K" and "M" can be now used to withdraw items in "X", and the clan channel thing, I think it's pretty good, even though I won't be using it much.

Why can't F2P have...?
If F2P really were a demo, then this is a really good one, since it is an unlimited trial, and it has pretty good stuff. It lacks in quests, achievement diaries, areas, real bosses (not revs), and a plethora of other stuff, but that's why there is P2P. Jagex is trying to "lure" people to go P2P, while at the same time, making a F2P game to please people that cannot go P2P, for whatever reasons. They care about updating F2P as well as their main priority, P2P. If Jagex only sees F2P as a demo, then after RS2, F2P won't ever get updated. Ever.

Top 250 F2P Skill Total List
I totally agree. I like runecrafting as well because it sort of keeps you engaged in the game, what with all the clicking and all, and with earth gloves you get twice as much xp, meaning you finish your goal twice as fast. Not to mention I love Fist of Guthix. :) I have no problems with f2p skills other than Prayer. From my current level to 99, it'll cost me over 400m in big bones if I try to buy it. I doubt I'm ever going to mine enough runite or merch for a long enough period of time to cover such a hefty expense. Since I'm saving melee as my last set of 99s, I'm probably just going to train it manually by killing Ice Giants...if I hit 99, then great; if I don't, then I don't. Buying it just doesn't seem feasible to me. I know a really slow, but free method to train Prayer to 99. Go to the Chaos Temple in the Wilderness, the one with all the bone respawns. Pick up those bones, and bury. That's how I hit 45 Prayer. 99 Prayer will take too much for me though. Oh dear that's slow. :( I remember back when the Bone Yard existed, I used to bury the bones there. There were also a couple of big bones in the area. But as far as your suggestion is concerned: wouldn't you run the risk of getting attacked by revs? Technically, killing Ice Giants is also a free method. ;) I trained there for 2 hours, and no revenants appeared. ;) And I just kill Moss Giants for big bones, but that is slower. [/hide] You wouldn't happen to remember how much xp you got there, would you? I was also considering killing mossies (Varrock sewers) once I got to a high enough level so that I could guarantee getting the drops (after doing the most damage). Each bone gives 4.5 exp each, and there are 11 spawns inside the temple. This leads to 49.5 exp per pickup. The bones respawn roughly about 30 seconds in a populated world, so 49.5 x 2 = 99 exp per minute. In an hour, it is 99 x 60 = 5940 exp/hour. This is an extremely slow method of training, but hey, the bones are free. :)

More GE fun
The shop update benefited me, actually. Since I usually gather my own materials, or only buy a part of the materials, I can profit more in non-buyable skills. :D And I'm glad to see that willow logs are still 8gp each. That way, I can get very cheap Firemaking experience without spending much money.

how does runescape help you in life?
Runescape... it doesn't help me in life that much, but I'll go ahead and post the things that it benefits me. -My typing speed increased. -I learned how to type in correct grammar. Before it I was an absolute troll. -Certain things in RS taught me about ancient and medieval times. For example, Mining and Smithing. -It also taught me about a little bit of the economy. Like, supply and demand. -It gives me more patience. Certain skills have this grind to them, and I have learned to deal with it. -Last but not least, it's a fun game. :) If, and only if, I max out F2P, then I will have something awesome to brag about.

The Most Profitable Skill?
In F2P, it's indisputably Runite Mining. Since the personalized shop update though, Water Runes at 95 RC comes close.

Weird graphics glitches
That's a pretty strange glitch. It's amazing how the outside of your house suddenly turned into a piece of blackness.

New Ore?
I don't think Jagex will make Dragon Ore. There are only 7 Runite rocks in the entire game that respawn every 15 minutes or so, with each ore costing 15k each. Each Runite bar uses up 8 coal. I bet in the future, there will only be 1 Dragon rock in the entire game that only respawn once an hour, with each ore costing 200k each. Each Dragon bar will use up 10 coal. Still, highly unlikely, due to 99 Smithing already containing Rune. All Dragon items must be made at 99 Smithing then.

world 2 spammers.
Why did the reply double post... :wall:

world 2 spammers.
I know. I'm not a member and not playing much at the moment, but I hate free worlds for that very reason/. Hang on, don't stereotype all the free worlds and players in general! I'm talking about the people in the Grand Exchange, and Lumbridge. Those two places are the prime spots for idiotic players. Whenever I go skilling, the people that I meet are all really nice, and don't behave like idiots. I do overhear the occasional "stupid conversation" though, but I usually don't care.

Why can't F2P have...?
But didn't Jagex said in one of the Updates (the Mod MMG one) that F2P is not a demo, rather, a part of the complete game? I don't really think Jagex intended F2P to be something that lures people to play P2P. If they did think that, then gnomecopters would still be here.

Using Dscimi over SaraSword
If you can use the Saradomin sword, use it. It is completely superior to the Dragon Scimitar. Though, if you can, use an abyssal whip.
-
Best Weapons For Strength/Attack/Defence
Use a Saradomin Sword for Strength, and training on Waterfiends. Use an Abyssal Whip for Attack and Defence.

Merching Clans are they acceptible?
Price Manipulators =/= Merchanting Clans. But yeah, you're right. Refer to my earlier post in this thread.

How Rich are you?
About 1M, the value of my coins and items combined, and I'm only a F2Per.

If you had 200 BILLION Coins...
I would get 99 Smithing, 99 Firemaking, 99 Runecrafting, 99 Crafting, 99 Magic, 99 Cooking, 99 Ranged, and 99 Prayer with that money. I would also buy myself a Saradomin-trimmed rune set and gold-trimmed Green Dragonhide set. I would also put 2 billion in the party room, just for the fun of it.

Unjustified censorship!
Errrm, think of Timmy who got himself on national news because he RWT'ed and got hacked by a clan. Kids will do anything for attention - including whining to their parents. I think censors are good, there's no need to have to hear any swearing or inappropriate language. They don't get in the way very much any more and while I have nothing against the use of swear words when I'm angry, I'm all for them being censored too. Unfortunately the use of swears is seen far more common in insulting people - which is definitely not appropriate. I just don't want to see gay being thrown around as an insult. RWTing is one thing. Swear words and censorship is another. I do realize that swear words are sometimes used for insulting people. But then again, there's the ignore list, and if you get offended just by some random someone typing an insult, then you're gonna have a hard time dealing with this stuff. By the way, almost no one that I have met on Runescape has made insults to me using swears, so it is actually not that big of a problem. Then, there's the person that accidentally makes a typo which got the word censored. A WBM (Wanna-Be Mod) sees this, and reports that person. That person who made the typo just got muted for 48 hours. That's yet another example of why the censor hurts more than helps. [/hide]It's true there's the ignore list, but some people are sensitive and will still be hurt if someone calls them a bleeping bleep bleep. Not many people use swears as insults but they still do - and more would if the censor would allow it. If a word is censored then there's no foul language is there? You can't report someone under obscene language if the censor has caught it. I do realize that some people are more sensitive than others. However, the best solution is to just take more of it and use comebacks, so that you can learn to deal with it. That's how I learned to deal with most mean people that I have met. Just because the censor would allow swears does not mean that more people will use swears as insults. Since swearing is possible in that circumstance, reporting them for foul language is actually easier, so in the long run, less people will use swears as insults. By the way, I have heard people get muted just because they made typos. Like this example: Person (no typo): "Let's go cut yews." Person (typo): "Let's go cut jews." Were you around when the censor got changed and you had half a dozen people seemingly everywhere spouting out the newly uncensored words? It'll be the exact same thing if they were to change the censor again, the community is not mature enough to handle big words like gay. It is a sad thing when something like that happens, but I doubt people get permanently muted and from what everyone says you can appeal things easy as it is. Yes, I was around when the censor got changed. I didn't really see anyone spamming those uncensored words. Even I myself use them very rarely. I'm only a measly 13 year old, and I know when to talk swear words and when you shouldn't. Keep in mind, I never relate my words to sexual intercourse. I said "screwed up" as in "messed up" or "ruined it" - it's just that I find that "screw" sounds better than "mess". It's just what sounds better to me. If I replaced it, it would be: "Darn, that revenant messed up/ruined my wildy mining." I never intended it to add a sexual reference. I never mention anything of sexual intercourse in it. I did not replace the word to be another that has to do with sexual intercourse.

Why can't F2P have...?
Some people like to play F2P more than P2P. It's their decision, they shouldn't get pressured into playing the members' game. This was the reason of why gnomecopters were removed - it persuades F2Pers to go P2P even though circumstances prevent them from doing so. Also, maxing out F2P is a very difficult accomplishment. Only 8 players have done it so far, although #9 is coming close. I think Jagex should also add something for maxing out F2P respectively, because of their dedication towards the free game. Just because giving F2P a goal to reach does not mean that it gives less incentive for them to subscribe. There are more quests, achievement diaries, areas, monsters, and so on and on in P2P. When they completed that F2P goal, maybe then they will get members to experience those things. P2P is clearly superior to F2P in terms of content. By the way, I personally do not really care for a skillcape. However, F2Pers should still get it as it shows that they got a 99 there. Quick chat is an okay indication... but I rather just wear the cape so I don't have to say it.

Great Orb Project: The Attract Wand
Very nice guide! This taught me the 4 directional spots in GOP, and has helped me improve my attracting skills. I'm using this method to get my goal of 6 talisman staffs (air obtained, 5 more to go!). I'm using 50/50, due to my fail internet lagging me out when playing GOP. <_< Will you also add information about the Repel wand later?

im 98 smith, do i need 99?
Yes. If you do that, then you just got another 99. Another skill that's been maxed out, and brings you closer to the road to maxing out your total level.
