Well look at yourself, I notice that you seem to try and put down every single rant about Runescape sucks and whatnot. I can understand where you're coming from, but honestly sometimes it's just better to let them vent. Stop assuming this is the only forums I go to for god's sake. And yeah my life would probably be better if I never played RS and played a different game, given how badly Runescape's reputation is, past and present.

Tbh I preferred it if Runescape didn't have a free version... looking back I don't even know how Runescape came to be so popular in the first place. I regret playing this game. Doesn't mean it's all bad though.

The World Ends With You is my only recommendation right now, haven't played alot of RPG's on the DS sadly :s Or you could go Pokemon, but only if you haven't played any of the other versions before.

Yea sure thing, I'm usually on every day for an hour or two on the weekdays or several during the weekend. Username in my sig. Someone needs to edit the OP and post all League of Legends players' names on TIF there, so we could form some teams or even a TIF LoL event :thumbup: And btw, Happy 2012 (aka free 450 Riot Points)! Spent part of my RP on Nasus when he was on sale, suck at using him :( any tips? Also, GANKPLANK IS [bleep]ING OP, WHY HAS HE NOT BEEN NERFED YET.

I'm glad you didn't go platebeard like just about everybody in Dg Fam :thumbup: I'm also glad you still have motivation to play Runescape. After what Jagex did to f2p I just can't find myself to come back to this game anymore... Once you get 99 mining, give League of Legends a go, it's a blast ;)

2010 is the year that Dungeoneering was released in, as are stuff like Nex and more high-level ended stuff.

More specifically... 2012 is the year when F2P dies. I find it hard to believe Runescape will have better graphics this year :/

Does this toolkit and moneypouch thing work in dungeoneering as well? If so then it would be so convenient, no need to buy tk's anymore :D

Haven't played in a long while but about the bosses thing, you're wrong on a few points Levine. Tokash is crush weak and Ballak is slash weak. I also find that Astea, Lexicus and Sagittare are also slightly weaker to slash than they are to stab. It also doesn't matter what style you use on Skeletal Horde, all of their defenses are abnormally low so just stab them if using a spear. Cursebearer is probably also crush-weak, but he's probably low defense all, like the behemoths (not Stomp, he is slash-weak). Has anything in the f2p game changed at all? I'm probably never going to come back to this game though. And I will say this again: DO NOT BIND ARMOR OF ANY TYPE THAT IS NOT FRACTITE GAUNTLETS OR BOOTS.

Seriously why do you guys keep necroing this topic. I've long since stopped caring for Runescape at all. Whether or not their playerbase is raging all day or they're consistently losing money from their economy strategies, it doesn't matter anymore. Now please let this topic rest in peace, kthx.

Probably not. Go slaying -> efficentcy [bleep] moaning about spot stealing and xp/rates. Go do RC -> oh wait its faster to kill stuff to train RC. Go GE -> People failed attemped at making a new 'dice game', People whining about no Dicing. Go Skill -> realise its pointless because faster money makers that are less boring. Go Nex -> spend an hour getting a team that will do one trip half heartedly. Repeat. Get no drop. Rage. Go Dung -> either have slow rates with the stupidest people in the world or join a clan where you have people thinking they are the best in the world pressuring you to go faster. Go pk -> realise everyone is in maxed gear and you dont want to risk max gear yourself so cant compete. -> Log Off. I suspect sarcasm. Yes? Nope, all of the above is true. The general Runescape community is still as awful as ever sadly. You've got people ragequitting over every update, troll posters all over RSOF and fansites, and anti-efficiency peeps who think metagaming is the worst idea ever. Could it get any worse? Oh yeah, the f2p base is now as broken as hell since the bot nuke update. When you look at all the servers, almost all of them are below 500 pop... so much for making money eh Jagex.

There's already a tiered membership sysstem - it's called loyalty points. Adding even more tiers to this already flawed system will just turn more players away.

Being on crew is an awesome experience, the people there are nice and there's lots to learn! Don't doubt, send an app, even if you think you might not make it :D
