The only way a level 3 could beat a level 100 is if the 100 had nothing and the level 3 had iron. Even if the 100 had bronze he would still kick the crap out of the 3 in bronze since even with bronze people can hit 12's. There is no way it is as high as 99% luck. If that was the case a 138 (in Statius's) vs a 3 (in nothing) would still have a chance of winning? He wouldn't if them 2 fought 1 million battles the 138 would always win, even if the 3 used a super set he would still get pwnd every time. Find a level 100 in f2p with a level 3 find some were to fight and see how many times you win.

Use the ogre dude (some body will know his name and were he is lol) to get some shards back from those granite crabs to help keep costs down.

Not every update as to improve members aswell as f2p also jagex have a habit of updating more than 1 thing at a time (last week MA was released aswell as zaniks bow becoming better, among other things). F2p may get 5-10 updates a year but what is stopping them getting 11 updates in 1 year? The whole concept of defence is runescape is wrong, another word for defence is protect but in runescape defence means dodge. So It should either be renamed or the meaning changed to the classic style of armour lowers hits. How much does full rune weigh? 50kg? How does wearing that kind weight make it easier to dodge attack? Thats backwards to me. If you wear the lightest armour on the game which I assume is magic gear since it is only cloth, that makes you easier to hit which kind of makes sense, (with lighter armour you can move out of the way easier) but if you do get hit cloth isn't going to stop a sword. On every game you can think were armour is available defence lowers hits (think diablo, oblivion, fallout 3, baldurs gate etc) I can not think of a single game were it is to dodge. It defies logic. To add to the bizzare logic when you carry heavy equipment (weapons, armour etc) it makes your run energy go down quicker but that same weight helps you dodge attacks? I know runescape is fantasy but come on! The only possibility I can think of is if the armour has "magical" propities that make you able to dodge for a stealth character, perhaps?

As I said all stereotypes, how often do people actually end up in hospital because of Alcohol abuse? I've been drinking the last 2 years weekly, I'm 16 now so it's safe to say I've seen quite a popular age group in term of hospitalization due to alcohol abuse. In 2 years, roughly 74 weeks, roughly 730 days etc, I've only had 1 friend who has been hospitalized, he had to have his stomach pumped. The fact is, alcohol tax and cigarette tax take in a lot more money than the health costs add up to, creating an overall profit for the government. And as you said earlier on about George Best, I've always said and held the view, Alcohol doesn't ruin people, break families apart etc, a person's lack of control over Alcohol does. Ah, yes the "guns don't kill people, people kill people" argument. If alcohol wasn't there do you think person would still be ruined? Yes, he would. Theres plenty of ways to ruin yourself, drugs abuse for example. Instead of hitting the bottle this weekend pop down to the local hospital on friday or saturday night and see the who turns up in A&E. I have watched a few programmes (granted these are edited to look really bad) on binge drinking on these programmes I have seen things from girls taking a whizz on the streets infront of a butt load of people and a film crew to girls drinking stuff that they say they hate the taste of but they drink it to get drunk to people getting in cars and killing themselvs and people walking down the road. Like I said my math is awful but wouldn't it be 10 times as much if it was 1 ltr for a bottle of coke not 2ltr. Wouldn't it depend on why you bought it? if you bought it for yourself then yes, it would last a long time (I assume) but if you bought it to take to a party then I doubt it would last the night.

Well admittedly I guessed but 1 ltr bottle of smirnoff = £12 2 ltr bottle of coke = 1.24 I think I was pretty close (remember the smirnoff is 1 ltr and the coke is 2 ltr) I could get 3ltr of coke for £1.69 but that makes it harder to guess :lol: Btw my maths is awful so I could be wrong :oops:

People drink for many reasons, to find an escape from abuse, to escape from stress caused by a rocky marriage or work, because their friends do, are at a social event, to get drunk, they enjoy the taste and other reasons. Just because you don't see anything in excessive drinking, other people clearly do. A few of the reasons I gave above explain why. There is no point in trying to argue against alcohol, saying that it is completely useless and has no place using bias. We can see that your father was a [bleep] and drank too much, that doesn't make alcohol an awful substance. Yeah, I think excessive drinking is going to negatively affect people, it doesn't mean I go around tell people it is awful and that they have no to drink alcohol. Nope, there is a minimum wage in the Uk for each working age group. Under 18's, 18-21 then 22+ all have different minimum wages. However it doesn't mean anyone aged 18 can only be paid the minimum, this just means that whoever you work for can't pay you less than that. I'm 18 and working and getting well above the minimum wage for my age group. And i spent a fair amount of that cash on alcohol and nights out. Drinking is a social activity and helps people relax, there's nothing better than sitting in a bar with a few friends and catching up over a few drinks. Not everyone goes out specifically just to get wasted. It is possible to enjoy alcohol without ending up drunk. And just because you think alcoholic drinks taste like crap doesn't mean everyone does. There are plenty drinks which taste like normal soft drinks but have an alcoholic content. If you have personal reasons for not drinking, then fair enough but in a debate like this, actual statistics and figures, along with the link to where you got them gives your argument a lot more weight. So why would you pay extra to have a drink that tastes like a soft drink but with alcoholic content rather than a plain soft drink? I think there isn't a better thing than sitting around with friends and have a drink but why alcohol? It either tastes like crap or tastes like a normal drink, there is an exception though, guinness from ireland. In order to enjoy alcohol you need to get drunk to an extent were it effects the front part of your brain, which gives you that happy feeling when you drink. A WKD or 2 its a waste of time since you wont feel the effect and you will have just wasted however much they cost. I am not going to look up stats about how many teens drink, how many people drink at certian times etc its called estimating. If you want to know actual numbers wither look them up yourself or ask as many people as you can and I'd happily bet £10 that most of them will have drunk more then 3 pints in a week. It may not revolve around it but it is a big part of it. I think there is a time and place for alcohol such as weddings, funeral's, parties etc but drinking for the sake of drinking I think is unnecessary. I don't get the whole concept of drinking anyway, why do you get drunk? If you drink and not get drunk why choose alcohol? It tastes like crap! I hate training it, get your shards, then get a pouch, get a charm, then finally get the last thing. How many things do you want to collect just to train a skill! Then you have to run to an obby to infuse the pouches and run back to a bank multiple times. Way to much effort for 1 skill. EDIT: I see all the awesome things you can do with the skill and how the familiers can help you in every other skill.

You said godswords are better then claws on a slayer task. Whips are cheaper, better, and faster so I mentioned them. So comparing bronze daggers to longswords you say the longs are better so does that mean its better to use them on a slayer task? If the author had said "Dragon Claws vs GodSwords vs Whip", I would have said whip. Tell me, supposing you compare Karil leatherbody with Armadyl chestplate on one of the Tip.It comparison calcs, does a message pop up saying "3rd age is better you nub!"? Stay within context. OOO I do love to have an argument and be controversial. Even if I am not very good at it. But people's lives do revolve around alcohol, what do 99% (maybe an exaggeration) of teenagers do at most weekends? What do most (if not all) people do when ever there is a game of football on? What do alot of people drink with dinner or tea most of the time? What do alot of people do to relax most of the time? What do alot of people cook there food with most of the time? The answer is alcohol. My family is the only family I know that if they drink 10 times a year thats alot. Seriously. Something I genuinely want to know, why are all pubs made out of wood? from floors, stools, benches tables to the walls is made out of wood, why? :? If some body says to you "I am going out this weekend" what do you automaticaly think? There going out to drink. I don't think people crave it, or spend there lives in the endless pursuit of it, or do it constantly. Simply they do it more than I think is necessary and there is no need to do it till your drunk. Neitzot, dragon boots, and rune defender Why would you bother using bandos boots, dragon full helm, and dragon square/dfs when there are better alternatives? Your argument is redundant. Your argument is going further off topic than it already is. It started off asking about god swords and it got turned into a str debate, now its about the best set up ... for whatever reason. What next the best runecrafting methods? :lol: I said out of full bandos and full dragon plate, dragon plate has better defensive stats and is about 3 times cheaper. Bandos is only so expensive cos of the str bonus, I bet if you took that away from it, it would be about 15/20 mill. That is only my opinoin though.
