Would it honestly be better for his argument to say he wanted to drink everyday? -.- I am saying if he only wants to do it in moderation he can wait. I know this is from quite awhile ago but I am 20, I don't need to wait. A few facts about me, I havn't even eaten anything with alcohol in since the 1st of november 2007 and I have NEVER been drunk or even close to it. I also don't take drugs or smoke. The kids we govern (I'm a UK senator) are pathetic. They want to have kids before 16 (so going by what the kids say they want to be raising kids when they can't even get a job!) In all seriousness, your post just sounds like something a 14 year old kid would say to support being able to what they want at the age they want. The reason why there are many things you can't do until 18 is because that is the age of consent. The government say at that age you are completely responsible for your actions and that your parents are no longer raising you. The reason why they allow you to drive from a younger age than drink is so that you hopefully get some driving experience before you start drinking, it would be much better then driving and drinking in the same year. I would move if drinking and driving were legal at the same age. You are defeating your own argument by talking about in moderation, what difference does it make to you if there is that wait before you can do something you only believe in doing in moderation? The laws in the uk are pathetic, the kids who have kids are just brainless. Personaly I think all alcohol and cigarettes shouldn't be sold any were but you know how the goverment loves that tax! If every body was good little boys and girls and we all followed the law to the word then the goverment would allow people to have kids as kids with no way of supporting themselvs (they can also move out when there 16) so there you already have a nice little family of kids not working =D> well done. If people would become more mature, relise theres life outside a bottle and become more responsable then we could have a driving age and a drinking age at the same level but that will never happen cos it seems people lives revolve around this annoying liquid. So if the goverment think at 18 you are totaly responsable for yourself and you don't need your perants any more why can you not get a job at 16 which is what the goverment say is an ok age for you to move out? Are you meant to live by yourself with your own kids and wife, renting a nice little flat but still asking your mum and dad for money to support you? How do you answer the fact that at 16 we can have sex all day and all night but we can only watch other people have sex at 18? Surly that should be the other way round. It causes so many problems mostly financial. How much does it cost you to get drunk? how much does it cost the NHS when fall over, get in a fight, get hit by a car or become an alcoholic? How much does it cost to put you in rehab? How much does it cost to bury you cos you got hit by a car? What about the psych problems of maybe being raped while your drunk? Theres all these things to consider but what the hell right its fun. (I know there unlikly to happen but they could).

I'm not sure sure about rarer, I did use dragon plate body which needs 3 pieces to be made by people over 90 (guess) smithing not to many of them. Although wgs brings in alot of pieces of the armour.

Its obviously not true though, if it was do you really think items such as the previously mentioned warrior and beserker rings would be polls apart? No, they would be either 2 mill or 200k each (roughly). Look at the price of bandos to dragon dragon has better defensive stats (not including boots or helm) but due to the obsessive nature some people have towards str, bandos is about 3 times as much. The whole game revolves around the persuit of str as a prime example look at what is the only potion f2p's can get .... that's right str pot.

Your telling me I killed a green drag with a mith mace, steel plate legs and iron plate body ... most will say impossable but I did. (I randomly picked it up in a pvp world and decided to run around wild wearing it then I saw green drags and thought I wonder :lol: ) I shouldn't be able to do that luck should be a factor but not to that degree.

I don't think I said I was disgusted with them, thats a bit strong. I see the usefulness of str thats why it is the level that it is, surly if I didn't see it's usefulness it would be level 1. I understand everything about str but I don't need to hit higher, I don't kill for money etc so I hitting less is actually an advantage to me (I train at ape atoll, not the skele monkey's, which heal themselvs so if I don't kill them I can stand there hitting the same monkey for ages rather than killing it then clicking on a new 1 etc). When it comes time to do a quest or whatever I can take a sip of a super str and be effective at killing it cos I already have the high accuracy. I had even levels pre 70 (I got level 5 in attack followed by str followed by def then level 10 in that order all the way till 70) and I seemed to take longer killing things than people at a lower level than me so I decided to train my attack all the way up cos I would prefer to hit consistantly low numbers than a string of zero's followed by any number that could range from 1-50

Sorry, it was +100 att (I was distracted by this crazy film on tv ... bowfinger) I agree with MA warrior and beserker rings are old news but I still prefer my warrior over a beserker any day. Of course that doesnt matter now due to the onyx ring.

Get as much melee def as possable, slap on a sara or zammy item while wearing a bow or cross bow and wait lol

I would care not a jot (in other words I couldn't care less : ) I don't want it low I just dont need to hit high think of it like this .... given a choice between an item that gave +100 str or an item that gave +100 attack, I would choose +100 every time without even thinking about. Like if some body do you want £100 no strings attached 100% real cash ... would you say no? You wouldn't even think about would you. With my current set up and str level I can hit 22, some people will think 22 is crap and really low but it's enough for me. Anyway most people pay 10 times as much for stuff that increases str the same amount that something increases att, such as the warrior and beserker ring. People are fanatical about str to such an extent they do everything to get more of it which forces the price up and the price of everything else goes down or stays the same so I am not complaining.

Why? People are already familier with the lay out of runescape so why make it bigger to introduce a skill that only seems to make travling longer? I can get from lumby to ardougnue in 5 seconds but you want to make it last over 10 mins?

How can you call that a masters cape? It seems more like a ranged, prayer and str cape to me. To me master cape is like full 99's with the quest cape and maybe even unlocked all the music tracks. It would have the better stats than the fire cape (like +15 on all def, +5 on all att and +10 on ranged, prayer and str) due to the hours and hours of time and money put into it. I think it should also have the same sparkle as a magic tree has on it. Last time I looked (which was a few months ago now) 204 people had full 99's, don't you think that that needs to be recongnised as the elite of the runescape players? EDIT: Maybe you need to have completed all diaries aswell.

By the way, if you look at the actual thread, you see a LOT more people just flaming at Mod Mat because he apologized, because he messed up, because he followed the policy of the people who pay him every month.... Not to mention, everyone screws up eventually. Mod Mat did, and he apologized for it. At least he had the guts to do that instead of return-flaming everyone else, or just banning everyone who posted on the thread. Jagex messed up with the glitch, Mod Mat messed up in calling him a liar. The elder scolls is an awesome game! I totaly agree, people will quit but the game will still survive and move on.

I was making a silly statement in a ridiculous way to make light of off-base accusations against so-called "mod wannabes". I didn't want to gloss over anything. I said it makes you look stupid cos it does, I didn't say you were stupid. I have seen many people do it, type things out properly then type like that for effect, I always come to the same conclusion .... it backfired. I assume you used it as a way to make people who were saying "you wanna be mods" to make them look stupid. I was thinking of getting a gs for high level monsters in quest and stuff thats all. I was only asking about wether it trains att and def or not is so I can set it to att or def so I don't accidently train str and level it ... the last thing I want to do is level str to 80 before I get 95 att and def.

I want to know why he decided to go to the tutorial with that amount of cash on him? Even if he thought you would have to buy things with cash why did he withdraw what must have been all of his cash pile, did he really think jagex would release a game were you need over a mill to play? It just doesn't make sense to me.
