It is only one colour, I play with everything turned to max in the graphics, so if it is the same in low and high then it is only one colour.

I am not sure if it has been done but the opposite of a skiller, a 138 with level 1 on all skills.

How is it? They could get 9 of the capes out of 15 f2p skills. It would is just be a lottery that was played ages ago as to which capes they could get with this idea, for example they couldn't get attack or strength but they could defence. You probably just wanted to sit on the fence and make every body happy but it is either all of the members and f2p capes or none of them.

a pack of 20 Velociraptor's would overwhelm you. But unfortunately i'd probably do the same thing. If you are in a basement you would not really be able to get attacked, unless you had a large opening to it. they could claw through the door? Also you have to reload and sleep sometime. There the size of a chicken! If you can get in, they certainly can. You can also use a .50 cal which is belt fed aslong as you have bullets you never have to reload the it. Shooting a chicken with a .50 cal is overkill though. :lol:

That's absolute rubbish, low level ozone never makes it into the upper atmosphere, thus it will never help to replenish the ozone layer. It is in fact responsible for aggravating respiratory diseases/conditions. Yes global warming is part of a natural cycle, but you're missing the point!!! Natural global warming happens on a cycle of hundreds of thousands to millions of years, and the resulting climate change is a gradual process, giving most life a chance to adapt. Right now, humans are exponentially adding CO2 to the atmosphere and pressing the fast forward button on the system, some species are already struggling to adapt, amphibians as a group, as well as mammals... a hotter climate favours reptilian and insect life... and we're mammals :ugeek: I said that fumes out of the back of a car makes ozone, which is true, it making it's way up to the ozone layer was a light hearted comment. humans do create a vast amount of co2 but it isn't effecting he planet as much as you think, if you really want to cut down on co2 then plant LOADS of alge and kill millions of termites. the capes are not weapons and hardly give any special bonus to give anyone any real advantage on both p2p or f2p. tbh i dont understand where you're going with this idea. people are getting much more than just the ability to purchase skillcapes when they buy a membership. They CAN swim. Although the distances may vary depending on things such as currents, or even water predators. They cannot swim out into the middle of the ocean, as even raptors get tired. But a stream, or lake, or maybe just off the coast, they can manage. Remember, if you're going out to sea. There are other water dinosaurs to worry about. Have you got any proof cos I know some birds can kind of swim and I know alot of lizards and snakes can swim but it doesn't mean that raptors can. I mentioned birds cos raptors have wings incase any body thought I was being a little wierd. No one has any proof, because, in case you didn't notice, raptors are extinct. Say jagex released a new weapon in the game, it was better for training than the whip but jagex said you can only have this new item if you pay us a one off payment of £3.50 for it, that would be RWT. Your comparision with members being RWT is silly cos you don't just pay once you pay every month for aslong as you want membership then when you stop paying you don't get members stuff, this idea is pay once and you get the cape forever.

No, it is saying if you want the cape to be f2p, pay us and you can use it in f2p, if you don't pay you can't have the cape. JAGEX will never do this cos 1) it is RWT and 2) it is about making f2p skill capes, something that MMG said will never be f2p. :wall:

I think they do, they just don't care; I mean I know the harm but if my friend smokes I'm not gonna leave him outside by himself whilst he has a smoke, I'll come out and if I breathe his second hand smoke then so be it. A small defense bonus isn't that significant, and who would waste 99k for that bonus? Besides, the defense bonus don't have to be included when they are in F2P. That is there choice, if they want to spend the cash on just 1 small thing to do with runescape then it is there choice but making it so the only way they can have the cape in f2p is to buy a months membership is RWT cos thats the only thing stopping you from having the cape. You might aswell get to level 98 then buy membership for the cape and get the 99 in that month. It is just a bad idea. Erm a meteor wouldn't exactly curb global warming : Some Physics: CO2 whilst being a small percentage of the atmosphere, is a well mixed gas. This means you can find it permeating the whole atmosphere, unlike for example Ozone which is found almost only in a layer at the top of the atmosphere. And just because its a small percentage, it doesn't mean it produces a small effect. Everything adds up. A flask of CO2 absorbs more infra-red light (heat) which is then re-released to the surroundings than a flask of ordinary air would. Its not just CO2 that contributes, Methane is highly warming, and water vapour is also a very powerful greenhouse gas. Take for example one day, the extra amount of heat absorbed by the extra CO2 will be tiny, but not enough will escape into space at night (when the half the earth faces away from the sun) before the next day arrives, so a slightly warmer atmosphere then absorbs slightly more heat, adding and adding, more warming then creates more evaporation, adding to the effect. Rain would normally wash CO2 out of the atmosphere given enough time, but we aren't allowing enough time for that to happen. What no one seems to realize is global warming happens naturally. It will eventually happen and there IS NOTHING you can do to stop it. I know global warming happens then it cools down then it heats up, it is just a massive cycle that the goverment and newspapers forget to mention. This is offtopic, not Forum Games. Realistic answers please. Anyways, back ontopic, I think most methods would kill too quickly or destroy the nerve preventing feeling of pain. Just a quick question - Does very very very high pitched sounds kill? That would be torture in my book, :ohnoes:. Loads of other ways to die - Beaten to death, Whipped to death, Surviving major injuries and dying after days of utter hell, Being roasted alive, Electricution etc.. Yes, a high pitched noise you could, if you have seen "house" there is an episode that they need to use ultra sonics to break up a kidney stone so they test the equipment by putting an egg in a glass container and filling it with water then blast it with ultra sonic waves which shatters the glass so I am sure if it was pointed at your head or stomach it would kill you. Bein electrocuted depends on weather they slowly do it or turn it to full power instantly, the latter would be quick then first would hurt like holy hell mainly cos your muscles would go tight like you were trying to like 50 tonne wieght.

Unless something out of our control happens like a massive meteor hits the earth and wipes out the human race or a new virus forms with no cure then we will all survive for millenia to come. Global warming ISN'T a problem, the air is made up of about 0.03% of co2 so all this crap about recylcling every little thing and do everything to reduce the amount of co2 you produce is total crap.
