A lot of you guys (shall we call you ... honored pkers ? I'm not good with the terminology) are under the impression that we are actually afraid of losing some gpeez. We (at least a big part of us) are disgusted by the attitude and the way of thinking of the other part of the pkers. - Y U RUNZ ? - Dunt prey n00b! - Hah I ownz ya! And when I fight back - Do not eat! (the hilarious part is that they are saying it WHILE THEY EAT (at the time of the said act) themselves) Another examples - You [cabbageing] noob. You didn't drop anything useful. F*** you you wasted my time (you'd be surprised how many times they pmed me this (with more msg-es and worse grammar) If there's one thing I hate in this game it's people like you just described.

I'm all for overloads in the wilderness, now that they have damage absobtion. One hit kills are rarer. What is damage absorption? Is it new? I haven't played in close to a year I have no clue what you're talking about lol

While I do believe in what you just said overloads might be a bit much.

With turmoil, extreme pots and super antifires using a z spear I find meleeing mithril dragons faster than mage. It's still fast but melee was definitely faster. I believe iron/steel were too last time I fought them. Really if you have super antifires melee is your best bet against dragons if you're going for max speed. I was using ahrims, staff of light, extreme mage pots and fire surge.

If he's being selfish because he wants it to go back to the original ways and have the pvp wild in every world. Then how are you not being selfish by wanting to confine pkers from the rest of runescape in a few worlds so you can use the wild for what you want to do. I don't really care if pvp goes through or not I just want free trade but really you're all acting childish saying one or the other is being selfish. Discuss like normal people not two 12 year olds fighting over something on the playground. There are positive and negatives of the wild coming back nobody is going to be happy. The pkers won't have to play on a few worlds. The skillers could have a harder time. If you want to kill green dragons there are other places if you're scared. Bringing back the wild will get rid of the statue system that's bringing cash into the game like a waterfall. The wild is supposed to be a place that you're hesitant to go in. It's not supposed to be like the rest of runescape where you can just run around with no sense of fear at all. At least that's what jagex originally made it. Seriously there is very little risk in this game why is everyone so against making runescape a little more exciting again.

It was two levels(just around 1m xp from 95) at the time of asking the question. I'm doing that now. Only have 700k xp until 95 then I'll go.

Can't use fire surge without it yet -.- Oh well I guess I'll just have to suck it up and use a different spell. I don't know which one though.... Haven't done dag kings in like a year.

I'm starting to wonder how many people who complain about the increased danger of doing clues in the wild actually have played in the old wild. It wasn't much harder. If you wear nothing nobody is going to kill you unless they're just an ass. There is nothing to gain in the old wild for killing people wearing nothing because there was no system of determining your drops based on kills and numerous other factors. It was just get what the other person was holding/wearing. If they're not wearing anything why kill them.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate of kills/hour of solo maging rex. Using staff of light, slayer helm on task, extreme mage pots and fire surge. Just a rough estimate is fine. Trying to figure out how many extreme mage pots I'll need to kill 229.

well that does suck.... I was planning on getting the 12m more it would take for 99 lol. I guess it's too late for that now.

I think they'll keep the mid price range. Just no max and minimum prices. I'm sure they have it worked out somehow to not make it pointless.

To give you an idea of the cost, it's roughly 90m(including supplies to use your own alter) for the 4m xp between 95-99(I'm halfway to 96 that's why it's only 4m xp).

I've been thinking. If free trade does come back how do you think it will impact the price of dragon bones? And the arcane and spectral spirit shields. Also with the old wild if it comes back the fact that you get the actual items the player is holding instead of some stupid system that determines the drops you get based on x factors will be much better for the cash flow of the game. Less inflation due to no statues that bring in insane amounts of cash. That's both good and bad. Personally I would like to see this happen.

It's been a long time since I've played and I forgot which ways were decent to train magic while not boring as hell at the same time. I do remember killing iron/steel dragons but I can't remember if I was murdering my bank or not. Should I kill iron/steel dragons? Or should I do something else? What should I do? This is all with fire surge and extreme mage pots by the way. With staff of light. And I don't want to kill dks, my internet sucks way too bad for that.

That's a matter of opinion. Unless you produce actual proof of that statement it can't be called fact. And no, that graph is not proof of anything but how many times people google search runescape. And I still have no idea what you're trying to say with this topic. Are you against it? For it? Or just throwing out numbers to speculate the way people feel about free trade/wild.

You can't throw up a graph of a website's traffic over the past few years and say it relates to free trade/wilderness mainly. There are limitless other factors that contribute to that graph. Almost every major update ends up having some people quit and some people coming back. Not just free trade/old wilderness. And this is how google trends works: "Google Trends analyzes a portion of Google web searches to compute how many searches have been done for the terms you enter, relative to the total number of searches done on Google over time. We then show you a graph with the results – our Search Volume Index graph. " Source That doesn't necessarily mean less or more players. It just means either less or more players are using google to go to runescape. I couldn't find a website that gave actual page views over that long of a time. The farthest I could find was only one year so that's of no help....

The ge came out in November 07 right? Free trade got removed in December... Oh sorry I didn't check the damn records for exact dates. The point is still I don't think this will effect the buy/sell limits in the ge. Only no trade limits between players.

Here's all you need to know: What does the credit bill show if I pay for runescape through paypal but the funds come from my debit card. That's all you need to know.

It's not they care how much money I spend or on what. I just don't think they like the fact that I'm playing an online game. I'm sure if they saw I paid for this they probably wouldn't do anything about it. I think if I were to blow all my money on some stupid thing(not talking about runescape at this point) they would probably just tell me to take that as a lesson..... They're really not the type of people to freak out over how I spend my money. But then again I don't know why I'm telling you this it's unrelated and not your business.

Huh? When did I say that I don't have a job. Or my own money. All of the money in my bank account is money I have made from my job. I never once said she paid for it. Let me clarify this for all those who can't read. It is my money. It is my bank account. I do have a job to make that money. My parents are not paying for it. IT IS MY MONEY. Again just in case you choose not to read, I want to know what it will appear as on my bill at the end of the month. My parents check my bill although they DO NOT pay for it and it is my money just because "I'm still under their roof so it's their rules". They just aren't too excited about me playing this game anymore.

I meant debit card. It's my bank account and my money. They will let me pay for it they just don't want me to. By the way I'm 18 years old and a senior in high school(that's why I'm at home). So really they don't need to give me a debit card. She just checks my bill at the end of the month. Don't know why but I don't really care enough to tell her not to. But that's really none of your business. I just want an answer to the question, not questions about me.
