Just read through your blog. I just started my DIY account too :) I'm only around 700 total, but I'll add you. I'm leveling up fast! Very nice stats, Qp (especially), drops and things. Quick question though, how did you get ~ 50 mage without rcing? I'm having a big trouble with runes, especially laws.

Been a great morning so far. I started off by getting 25 thieving, for no specific reason. I have a nice supply of cakes now though! After that, I finished the Tree Gnome Village quest, maging the boss. With the attack xp that got me, I was lvl 38 attack. Then, I wanted the Ceriliann armor, so I did the Hazeel Cult quest, which got me 27 thieving. I killed a couple dogs for my slayer task, getting 39 attac, 39 combat, 27 hp, and 19 slayer. Then, I wanted to get 40 atttack for rune. My good friend Dingo Dave told me I should do The Grand Tree to get it. Doing it would unlock the grant tree spirit tree and gnome gliders, so I decided to give it a go. It was easy until the boss. I could safespot it, but I had no runes so I had to wind strike it :rolleyes: It took 37 minutes! After I was done, I got 5 agility levels, to 33, 4 attack levels, to 43, and 33 magic. Also, I CAN FINALLY WIELD RUNE! Great day. After getting 40+ attack, I wanted 40+ str and def. Like I noted last night, I wanted to finish Dragon Slayer. So, I set off to do that. I figured I'd make some runes first though, in case I needed to mage the lesser demon. So, I'm currently mining some ess. After that, I'll craft runes and finish the quest!

Pretty good start to the morning here. I went to go get my thieving up, at cake stalls. It help with combat too, cause i had to kill the guards. I got 31 str, and 30 def! Addy armor ftw! Which was awesome, because then I got a lvl 2 clue! I'm pretty excited, it worked out perfectly. But there my day got even better when I got a law talisman! Can't use it yet, but you have no idea how hard it is to get talismans at low lvl diy. I ended up with 23 thieving, and now I gotta go to work. If nobody posts after this, ill edit this post with the rest of my day in 12ish hours after work.

So today I couldn't play much cause I had to work 8 hours. I have to tomorrow too. I started off by getting 30 firemaking for lumby medim, which also got me 33 wc :) Then, I started doing all the tasks I could. I had to get one more qp to start dragon slayer and get an antifire shield, and since I was in draynor I thought I'd do vampire slayer. While in the manor, I thought I would do Ernest the Chicken, which gave me 4 qp :^_^: When I finished vampire slayer, I also got 33 attack!! Then, I finally finished lumby medium diary and got my ring! The teleport and 1k free mage xp per day will help a ton! I had to use the lamps on smithing, as it was my only skill over 35 besides mining. After, I went to Explorer Jack to collect my task cash. HE GAVE ME 105k!!! \:D/ Now I can buy either a Rune pick, rune legs, rune chain, and/or rune longsword for when I get lvl 40. Awesome! I was wondering if I can finish Dragon Slayer at 33 att 30 str 28 def and 25 hp, since I had to start it for the diary. I hate leaving quests yellow. After, I needed to finish my clue scroll. I got 20 range at the Blood Crypt so I could finish my mask of dragith nurn, and the range lvl was to wear a coif. Then I went to al kharid to buy a steel skirt. I needed a sapphire necklace, so I ran to lvl 47 wild to get the sapphire spawn and made that. With the 3 emote clue items, I went off to finish my clue. Here is my first clue reward on this account... :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Congrats! That was really fast, just as your mining was :P what's next?

Do you use kuradal's ring in the dungeon?

Did a TON of stuff today. big achievement was rcing a lot of airs and minds to cast fire strike, getting me 29 mage and 17 slayer. I also got up to 35 mining on iron, making 600 knives to train range and slayer on. While I was running to the abyss mage to unluck the abyss, there was a crashed star! I mined it, getting *4* mining levels, 50k cash, 152 astrals, 50 cosmics, 20 gold and 50k!!! That will help a ton with buying a rune pick. I also trained range up a bit. Did a bit of fletching and crafting too. I want to get lumby ring 3 to make teleing easier, and I need 35 smithing 40 cooking, and 30 firemaking. I went ahead and got 40 fishing and cooking, which got me a lot of food for fighting. I also have a lvl 1 clue, which I can't do. I need to wear a coif, which I need to train crafting and range up to do. I'll work on that. I got 500 total also (logging off for the night at 508). Here's the pic...

I saw you at the cooking guild, I was the guy with the 80s cape. I had no idea you were a tiffer! Anyways, hyt and grats on the milestone!

Crafting protoleather bodies in dg is pretty good too, you get about 20k per c6 at my combat level which is 30 on my DIY. Proto leather is only 400gp each.

Levels at end of the day - I did a ton of quests today, tourist trap, imp catcher, gunnars ground, goblin diplomancy, imp catcher, wolf whistle, fishing contest, rfd swarf, witches potion, lost tribe, and I think that's it. Picture of after tourist trap, 1-27 agility

Thanks for the help guys! I'll probably just go for an addy longsword until rune - a shop sells it. I might camp some guards for level 2 clues too.

Right now I'm working on quests. So far, I've done a couple easy ones like Blood Pact and Restless Ghost. I've also done a couple harder ones like Waterfall Quest, which got me 30 attack and strength (58 levels at once!) and the knight's sword. Currently working on Tourist Trap to get ~30 agility so I don't have to do the gnome course. Also, if people could suggest where to get these things DIY, it would help a lot. Mithril and Adamant axe Adamant Scimitar Any Mithril/Adamant Armor Keep in mind, I'm still 10 hp right now, but going to start slayer after 3 quests. Also, best weapons for 30, 40, 50 attack that I can get DIY? Thanks.
