Can i play barbarian assault on my pure with 1 defence and 1 prayer without gaining exp in it? And is the minigame worth it for a pure? Thank you.

Can i get a crystal bow without gaining prayer levels? Example: pasting the quests without getting prayer exp. My prayer lvl is 1 and i want to stay that. Thanks already.
