My lvl 16 is currently at 38 defence and 28 hitpoints. I want him to be lvl 17 with 40 defence, but the hitpoints are raising too fast. So lvl 17 won't be possible this way. Now my question is how to get genies fast? Is there any way to improve the odds of getting one?

My lvl 3 skiller is a member since yesterday. And i once heard the possibility of training slayer, without gaining combat lvls. I do have the rubber chicken and i can easly buy ring of recoils. So how does it work again?
