  1. Buy herb seeds, grow the herbs, make potions, sell for profit? Trains both farming and herblore without losing money.
  2. Depends on which dragon weapon, but I'd say that whip is generally an improvement. Also, if you're using rune armor, your whip is far more valuable and will keep over the armor. At least I think it should, check the "What you lose on death" interface to be sure.
  3. Yeah, making money through slayer is pretty much selling all your drops. Pretty decent money. As for your money problems, tried Miscellania yet? It won't make you a billionaire, but it certainly helped me on my way from 1 to 15 millions. Doesn't take much effort, just visit it every couple of days, meaning you're still able to make money through normal means (Slayer) while it keeps passively earning you more. The profit's not too bad either, takes 75k per day and gives far more - even gotten lucky enough with the seeds to earn 400k on some days. Depends on where you assign your workers mostly. Oh, and also farming herbs. Buy some seeds, plant them, check on them later, reap the profits. Gives experience and quite a bit of money.
  4. Yeah, your melee stats aren't far off from mine, and I find Chaeldar by far the best. Sumona is a bit tough, but Chaeldar is just alright.
  5. Fishing Contest, for a quick pass under the White Wolf mountain. Lost City, for access to Zanaris. Ghosts Ahoy, for Ectofuncus, good firemaking place and excellent furnace near to bank. Shilo Village, for access to the village. Creature of Fenkenstrain for a decent low/mid level training spot. The ones I personally consider the most essential.
  6. Not in Mining Guild, but outside of it. Near the mith/addy spots. In Dwarven Mine, that is. You might have some competition, but nothing as bad as in Varrock East Mine hopefully.
  7. I think the main problem might be that it's full of other people who constantly want to kill you. Might be a major hit to your xp rate. You'll probably end up killing enemy players more often than pyrefiends. Got limited experience with Soul Wars, but that's what happened when I tried to train there myself.
  8. Morrowind, definitely. From the day I got it, I spent pretty much all of my free time doing nothing but playing it for several months. No other game has ever sucked me in like that.
  9. Unlike Dragon Long, Whip and Scimmy specials don't hit harder, they're just more accurate. Means you're more likely to hit. Edit: Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how it is according to Jagex anyway.
  10. Not much has changed about updates, really, except they tend to be a bit rarer now. There's also a lot more whiners ready to criticize any update that Jagex dares to release. Can't list any really major changes since you left though, "a few months" is pretty vague.

PC, BioWare, WotC, GW/40K, I'm fairly sure I qualify for all four.
  12. Agility level? You don't have to use the climbing shortcuts, there are stairs in Slayer Tower, you know? They can also be found in Chaos Tunnels, but that place is multi-combat I think.
  13. They attack with magic, some sort of fire spell, so magic resistance is strongly recommended. Dragonhide would be perfect. Their spells don't do much damage, but I find they hit annoyingly often. Also, they seem to be weak to slashing attacks - not sure about that though, might just be me getting lucky.
  14. Not true. If you're away for a few days, and then max the approval rating right before collecting, it doesn't affect the resources that are already in the coffer at all. I've tried, your approval rating is checked around each midnight to determine how many resources appear in your coffers and you get less if it isn't maxed. But of course, as long as the rating is above 90%, the difference is pretty minor.
  15. I'm pretty sure he said he already has 30 seeds, but needs more. Anyway, unless you're really low on money, I'd suggest buying them. By far the fastest and most reliable method.
  16. After you complete 5 tasks in a row (without using the Burthorpe master, not even once), you start getting points for tasks you complete. How many points you receive depends on which master you use, with bonuses for every 10th and 50th task. If you ever use the Burthorpe master, you have to complete 5 tasks again before you start getting points again. To get the Slayer Helm, you must get 400 points, then right-click on a Slayer Master, choose rewards, and buy the ability to make them. Edit: Sorry for the bad wording, hope you understood how the points work.

Even if she is a member and can afford mystic armor, she can't even wear it at 11 magic. Mystic has 40 magic requirement. But yeah, what he said - get the normal blue wizard robes, with the hat. That's about the best you can currently use.
  19. IIRC, the problem with shifters in NWN was that the abilities didn't scale. Or if they did, I didn't notice anyway. Sure, you can turn into a dragon and look awesome around level 20 or so, but you'll still be shifting into the same dragon with the same stats at level 40, making you weaker than others. My personal favorite build is a sorceress with some minor multiclassing, losing a few caster levels, but having good melee survivability and can cast spells in heavy armor. Anyway, how's BG2? I'm fairly sure I can get a CD from the local old games store, but I'd prefer some opinions on it first.

While the graphics looked amusing enough for me to try it out (come on, you're a little cartoony dude whacking freakin' mushroom men! How awesome is that?), but by the time I got to picking a class (in that high mountain place... Warrior-thingy I think) I was just so sick of the gameplay I just quit and never returned to it.

Agreed. And yet, the interface seems distinctly familiar... Now to try and remember all the games I've played through ages. :D
  22. Pretty much same here, except I already had the vanilla and SoU, just got HotU a few days ago.

Woah, I expected it to be easy, but 7 minutes? :o Well, yeah, one of you post a screenie now. :)

Great! I knew I got it right! Anyway, this one should be really, really easy: Sorry for the lousy quality, I had to shrink the size by a lot. Should be ridiculously easy to guess nevertheless. :)

Power Piggs of the Dark Age, by any chance?
