They could have done more perhaps. The previous time we fought them, with similar rules, they outnumbered us by 25 people and we still managed to keep up with them. We felt like we lost that fight purely on options though, so that was another reason for us to have a good pull and perform well today.

About a week ago our officials set up a PKRI with The Rising with the following rules: All stylesNo corrupt/dung7 snipersSpiders - Gds RockKeep flaming to a minimumRush on sightNo Corr2h30 cap Since TR and TRWF got a healthy rivalry going on, everyone was very excited about this fight. We heard stories of TR pulling 90+ people to the fights, tons of their old members coming, ... The thing is, you never know how much of those rumours are true. We were confident in our own ability, our sign ups looked good as well so we just went in hoping for a good fight. Then on Sunday it was finally time to fight. We had a good 75 people on audio at the start, TR had about 67 people. Since it was rush on sight we initially didn't know what TR's real numbers were, according to our PK leaders they had 110 but that motivated us even more to have a topnotch performance. When the fight started it soon became clear TR didn't have those 110 people our PK leaders mentioned, they just said that so we would have a solid performance :P TRWF Starting: The Rising Starting : 67 on Vent We dominated the fight from start to finish, hitting TR regroup after regroup until they called it off after ~90 minutes of fighting. Since they recently cleared their memberlist and we now have similar memberlists, we accepted the fight. Rules: All stylesNo corrupt/dung7 snipersSpiders - GdsLDK attackNo Fog TRWF Starting : LDK Starting : 130 LDK rushed us and the fight started. We took control of the fight early and kept it for about 20 minutes, then LDK started to gain numbers and the fight became more even. During that time the fight went back and forth, but in the final half hour we pushed through and we finished strong with 150 options ending to their 99. TRWF Ending : LDK Ending: Thanks for the fight LDK, it was very entertaining.

1. Why is there such a distinct lack of GMT clans in the top 10? The clanworld focusses on EST clans. 2. Do you think that a GMT clan is ever going to make it into the top 3/5? Not with the current idea of ranking clans no. GMT clans however can compete with the top clans in their timezone, but they will end up being outlasted. 3. Is there any one reason why EST clans seem to flourish so much more than their GMT counter parts? Even though they're getting wrecked by a GMT clan, they know that if they keep it up long enough they can 'win' and outlast all GMT clans. 4. Why aren't the majority of clans GMT based, and as such why are most wars not fought at a time that is more suitable to GMTers? Never really had a problem with this in TRWF. We got plenty of action.

For VB.net from Microsoft GUI is the way to go, but for Java I think most people still just code everything.
