Nope. Looks like their issue was with completing the miniquests. Unless there is another miniquest I do not know of and have not completed for this reward, Sliske should appear.

I am unsuccessful in having Sliske appear at the Empyrean Citadel and grant the ability to see the Shadow Realm without the Ring of Visibility. I have done the Ghostly Robes and General's Sword (Shadow Sword) miniquests. Is there any trick to making him appear? I have attempted to log out and log back in.

I think bonus/double xp weekends are still good. People who don't choose to participate in treasure hunter by buying rewards do not see "massive" bonus exp on a daily basis, so the extra weekend is still good. Granted, if you stored up all you bonus exp from treasure hunter until each xp weekend, you could see good gains, but good luck with that if you are playing regularly. We all know Jagex is bigger now than its original creators. It is a business. Yes, they are going to plug their product whenever they have an opportunity. Make your choice. Is the enjoyment of the game with a community lessened just by hanging out with someone who bought keys for treasure hunter? You wouldn't know unless they say something.

How do I shift the central focus of the camera to a different location on the screen? Right now, it is in the center. I want to shift it to the left and put my inventory, abilities, info, etc. on the right.

Whew. I thought this was across the board changes. That would be crazy for an almost 100% price hike from $5 to $9.49. I can do that for Amazon Prime, but that would be lame for RS.

I wonder how legacy mode will affect certain quests, specifically one with boss battles utilizing abilities. I am all for it because I don't much care for abilities, but tweaks would need to be made I assume.

RS Tech Support has been unhelpful. I keep getting a box popping up saying "Error Connecting to Server", but is occuring on every world. I usually use the client, but I have tried online to with no success. I have also re-downloaded the client and it didn't work. I will post a pic if I have to, but I don't have an account at any photoshare website. I know some people have said they have problems with having a more up-to-date version of Java. I downloaded a new Java a week or two ago and haven't experienced issues until now. Any suggestions?

As for getting more, I assume there is a certain amount he sells and that is it. Obviously they don't want you being able to make the best ales/brews every time so there is a limited supply. You could try world-hopping. Dunno if his inventory is player specific to where it will be the same on all worlds.

I must say that this is really the first time I've taken a large plot line in a quest seriously and I am glad I did. Looking forward to everything it is setting up. On the performance side, I must say there were seemingly many bugs. Did anyone else have a problem clicking certain action items (doors/ledges/etc)? I thought it was hit or miss sometimes. Also, releasing you know who took me forever. I could not figure out the path haha.

As somone who has been playing RS since 2002, I say that in terms of gameplay, RS is at its best right now. Sure there are things that the players don't like in terms of money making goals by Jagex, but I love the development of RS over the years. I don't miss a tiny screen with limited ability to get things done. I am working towards 95 prayer at the moment and I could not imagine burying the amount of bones it would require. Thank you RS for developing and evolving.

Ok, thanks. In terms of upgrading crew, that is based on recruiting. I didn't miss something that allows you to improve current crew stats did I?

I cannot find any information on this armour. Can someone explain it to me? I haven't heard of it before. Sorry if this hijacks the thread

So I just started using PoP, and what I gather from reading some of the thread is this: 1) Upgrade to more ships first 2) Discover different isles when available 3) Everything Else Any comments?

Landed on Sous Chef Trousers on squel of fortune today. I have 99 Cooking, and I will never be going for 200m exp, so I would rather just take 100k, but it only gives me the option to discard the item instead of convert to coin. Anyone experiencing same thing?
