I'm afraid the game is really dying, I don't want to be a doomsayer, but I started playing somewhere around 2002 and it has gone downhill since (except the good old 2006). This games reputation is really bad. I haven't told any of my friends I play because they would laugh at me. The games metagame has changed a lot and I see completitionist capes every single day. Nothing feels like anything anymore. In 2002, it was worth pm'ing a friend "OMG I SAW A GUY IN FULL BLACK!". Now nothing really matters anymore, the only parts with player interaction are Dung and effigies. I hope the game recovers back to what it used to be. This game is good.

But most clues were kinda just trial and error. I disliked the fact that 80% of the time went on searching for that one clue somewhere around or finding out whom you missed a chat option from.

Oh well. 30k/day is still ok.

If I assist someone for 25k and the someone else for 30k, do I only get 5k for the last assist or am I rewarded that extra 25k after I can assist again?

THIS IS SPARTAAAAA! Liked the quest, but I didn't like the voiceacting. Just doesn't fit for this game imo.

There goes my qc again. Tiem to claim it back. I was hoping for some grinding to reach the level reqs first though =/

And how long does it usually take to find someone to assist? And it's not cool with 30 players competing to give that assists...

How exactly do you find people who need assists? I just can't find any and I would love that 30k per day :(

I always use this whenever I don't need specific gear like obv combat stuff. Somehow how I like it and it feels kinda unique since it's not so common to see these clothes :)

No reason to leave pouches anymore when you can fill pouches while banking.

Yeah I tried the playlist. Made me sleepy. Runescape music is not for me, but I am sure many others share my opinion. It's great to have it there and it's fun to collect songs even when I never heard half of them :D But some of them have to be listened sometimes to drop a few tears of nostalgia.

They really should require a task to kill. Keeps the rare stuff rarer and prevents people from overfarming the stuff they drop.

I didn't know anyone really had music on. The problem is that is grows old really fast when you hang out on a certain area for more than 5 minutes :(

Just walk away and don't attack them while it's active or you are kinda dead. Then just get back when it's over. It's a counter attack.

You could do fishing or something and alch the fish. It makes loss, but not much and you get faster fish experience.

Alching really needs a change. It's way too easy for anyone to cheat with an autoclicker. Many don't even consider it cheating when it's such a simple thing to do. I know many who got high mage levels doing that. I find it pretty dumb really. And if it was fixed, there would be less people alching so it would be less inflation too.

I think I have seen a couple of bots today. Saw one with 99 fish and pretty much everything else 1 and he also didn't speak at all.

Which is why MK will be officially banned as of April 2012. It was deemed that, metaphorically speaking, mage and ranged couldn't compete with "melee", so they banned him (about bloody time too). The analogy is true here also, but I'd hate PvP to basically become: 1) See a warrior 2) Put on mage gear 3) WIN It'd be horrible. At least give something to counter it slightly so an upset might be caused if the player is clever enough to use it. He will be banned after APEX yeah, but Finland banned him on September already, because we are awesome. But yeah, I would hate if it became that too.

SSBB is a fighting game with almost 40 character. Of course there will be different matchups. RS only has about 3 matchups, where Melee is Meta Knight, good player can challenge Melee with Mage and Range, but Melee still beats them :D

I see it as a good thing as well. Though, it's less like 'becoming wow-like' and more 'evolving into the average rpg in 2011' It seems for the next decade, they're really set on making RuneScape almost unrecognizable from it's previous versions to grab another generation to milk. My thoughts exactly.
