I like ranks where you work with new members or help make decisions for the clan. Something like warlord requires too much work :P

I like option two because it makes people leap higher in TWR rankings and get better clans/teams to war, eventually improving their performance. Option one is also good :).

Hi. I have a question about raising the combat requirements for a clan. Let's say Clan A wanted to raise the requirements from 100+ to 105+. So, they give all members lower than 105+ a couple months to meet the standard. Now, let's say the clan is small and wants to keep all members who can war decently to war. How would you suggest ranking such members who aren't yet 105+ after the 2 month period but can war satisfactorily? How about 105+ members who can't war well enough to meet standard? And then there are new members who aren't yet full members. In my mind they all fall under the more-or-less similar group of needs improvement. But it's necessary to keep those who can war and weed out those who can't. Can anyone please suggest rankings, whether from current or previous clans/teams, that would fulfill these needs?
