considering what you do....I would actually lean towards a maul....then work towards a rapier :unsure: If you really only want one weapon, then CLS, since it's good at more things, just keep in mind that it's rarely the best for any situation.

keep going untill you unlock floors 25+, once you hit 25, you want to do large floors 5 man.

I've gotten one from Ice Strykes and one from a greater demon, I've had almost every task Kuradal assigns twice since the update

well, I enjoy slayer so honestly, the longer it takes the better (within reason of course :P), not necessarily going for speed, just want to do something fun that won't cost a lot, so I'm looking for good mage tasks

i'm not looking for slayer xp...i'm looking for magic xp..... :unsure: I also can't imagine gargoyles being very good unless I get like...3 mauls during a task.... :unsure:

you could always collect your own toads if they won't buy, you can gather around 800/hr with a Bob at the gnome stronghold.

Ok, so I recently got an Arcane Stream necklace and wish to start working on my mage mainly via slayer (since it's my favorite thing to do) Now, I have a SOL, Arcane, ahrims, infinity boots, unholy book. I plan on using Fire Surge (unless any other spells are more worth using considering time and money) My main question is, what are good tasks to mage where I would often break even or profit. Some obvious ones I've already got are Abyssal demons, blue steel and iron dragons, and ice strykes. Are there any other tasks that are good to mage where I would usually profit?

HIgher farming increases your MAX yield, however it doesn't increase the chances of getting there.

giant ent doesn't increase the xp, it just gives you more crops. So if you're looking for xp, wolpertinger. As for getting more money out of it, I'd actually like to know the answer to that.

I made a post on the forum expressing my discontent with the update, broke no rules in doing such, and then uploaded a youtube video, broke no youtube rules, but apparently broke a lot of runescape rules. too bad that shouldnt matter, considering it was on youtube, and not runescape's website. they then forum banned me without just cause, and deleted any posts i made within the last 24 hours i also got a pm from a jmod in game (right as i was logging out, didnt catch the name) saying something along the lines of "what you said in that video is untrue, and i would advise against you not making another video, or action can be taken". so of course, i made a second video lol. now going in mod mark or mod mmg's cc and saying my name gets you kicked, and mentioning my name on RSOF gets you forum banned (someone got a one year ban for saying my name)... my name is spammed everywhere on riot worlds, calling me savior, martyr, legend, hero, president, god (lol'd at them all), and you can usually find at least one thread about me in the recent updates forum, the rants forum, or the high level forum. all because jagex can't be honest with us... maybe if the majority of us stopped let them stomp all over us, this wouldnt happen. Ok...there HAS to be something that can be done about this....there is no way Jagex should be allowed to take action against you for this, just because other players say your name over and over. If Jagex banned accounts for this, why haven't accounts like Zezima or Gertjaars(don't know his new name) been banned yet? I was also unaware that making YT videos showing distaste towards Jagex were against rules either, especially considering you can find videos like that EVERYWHERE!!!! :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame: ^ To Jagex.

Training slayer gives more total xp/hr (unless your master hates you and only gives you things like dragons and assuming you're doing the fastest way possible) If you're only looking for combat xp, something like Armored Zombies or Monkey Zombies is the way to go. For money while training, Armored Zombies are ok assuming you aren't royally afking it, slayer is an option, and blue or green dragons are fairly easy kill with a 100% profit drop.

don't get dfs or bss, get a rune defender.

If you truely didn't say anything, then you should be unmuted with a day or two. Just think about it, there's hundreds of people everywhere spamming, a Pmod in the area right clicks a spammer, sees your name, and reports you by mistake. Can you really blame them for it? The people at Jagex will be able to see in the report history if you said anything or not, if they don't see anything, they should unmute you.

Still haven't decided.. I'm thinking CLS though. 75/25 CLS/C Rapier You boss a lot (or used to) So I'd lean more towards LS for you as well.
