a SoL makes you hit more accurately AND higher, mean you use less casts per kill, as well as it's effect saving you all your runes for a cast.

I've gotten Primal Skirt solo (even got a screenshot of it) It's extremely rare to get one while on a solo, but in a 5 man team with all high level players, getting anything lower then tier 9 is actually rare.

So I just got a Dagannoth task and want to tribrid DKs. I tried looking for a guide on what to take and inventory for using a Yak, but so far I've only found guides of people using overloads. So I guess I either need a good guide, or information from you guys on what my inventory and equipment should look like without using overloads. My stats are below, I have arma, karils, bandos, verac, sol, rapier(rather not take though), arcane stream etc.

It honestly depends on the boss For TDs, if you're 100% efficient and can weapon switch very well, Rapier is better. If you're not very good at switching, the Maul is probably better since it would almost always only take one hit to switch the Demon's prayer For Bandos, since he actually has defence, but is weaker to slash, CLS is better there. For Zammy, his defence is absolute [cabbage], rapier is best there For Saradomin, you need all the accuracy you can get, so my 'guess' is on the maul for that one For KBD and Mithril dragons (if you count them as bosses), rapier since he's weakest to stab anyways For Slayer, no question, rapier is better.

without a fire cape, fire spells do 1.5X damage to them. Maging them is pretty simple, you jsut stand near a wall or obstacle so they can't dig and pray from magic. You can also use a cannon there, it would greatly speed up the tasks, Ice Strykes also have a good drop table, so it wouldn't dent your cash very much at all. Without a Unicorn and SS, don't try to tank them. If you wish to melee, use a mix of prayer and magic resistant gear, and pray melee. take some healing familiar so help heal from their magic attack.

Am I the only one who got a chuckle out of this :rolleyes: I'll probably just wait for someone to show an easy way to do the puzzle, look at the guide, and then breeze through them like the sliding puzzles we have now. I mean, considering the wide variety of ages that play this game, they can't make the puzzle TOO hard, it needs to be semi-understandable even for kids.

the lighthouse dagganoths are EXTREMELY weak, if you can use a bunyip, you could wear rune and hardly have to worry. Depending on your defence and armour, you might need some food other a stronger healing method, but overall, the lighthouse dagganoths are extreme pushovers. You'll honestly get hurt less at the lighthouse in it's multicombat then you would in the waterbirth dungeon with just one on you.

When I do Ice Strykewyrm tasks, I mage them from a distance and flash SS when I need to. Random question, if I stand right next to them in melee range, will I need to use SS less then when I stand far away.

this sorta just came into my head, and out of curiosity, what is the highest prayer bonus you can get? The highest I've found is 56 Pros helm Stole Pros Plate Pros legs White boots white gloves Soul wars cape Explorer ring crozier falador shield 3 is this the highest?

a +8 str bonus has no definitive value as to what it increases your max by, it depends on your strength level, what boosts you are using and the str bonus that your gear gives without wearing the +8 str. So no one can give you an answer without know all of that.
