"Loafing" in Minigames
minigames are meant to be played. If you're not actually playing them, I think you should GTFO off of them. Just the way I feel. You being on a CW team and doing nothing is basically preventing one extra person who could have potentially helped the team I'm on win. What if you were the reason that one ancient mage playing tonight got on the other team? Either play the game, or log out.

Nah, it was always anything below thunderous floors. Most people specify when they're doing Flesh though.

I totally agree with this post :( I raged because some complete n00b sniped my hex about a week back. Not only did he not kill the soulgazer (he couldn't), but he couldn't even wield the bow. And he bound it instead of giving like I asked! Which wouldn't be so bad if he was 100 dung, but he wasn't, and he unbound his weapon for it. The worst thing is that he's probably long since destroyed it by now. ...And that is why I learned to not dung on 117. THAT, I agree with....however, it isn't the same situation as the hex shown a page or two ago...so your dashing tale is irrelevant. At freestyler If you're interested at all in Offensive binds, a Promethieum rapier works well with a 2h. Or a celestial Cata staff (need to get those last 2 mage levels) as well. The staff can be more geared for keyers since it gives an Ok magic defense, especially considering the good offensive bonus it gives. If you ever find one, a Blood neck is always nice. Since you key, a platebody is worth a mention.

I see alot more things wrong with the pic other than him having a bind he can't use... Well aren't you special then? Grats on the hood, have fun with getting def levels :P

why can't people just say Grats on the hex instead of "have fun being useless for X levels"? <_< To answer Kool, Primal plate is a good bind for keyers, but it's only really good to bind if you honestly only key.

Unforgivable, lol. He didn't steal the Hex or anything :P I like how everyone makes a big deal over binding a hex early, when honestly, who wouldn't? Considering how rare they are. This is assuming you didn't steal it from someone of course.

random...considering you were talking about soloing necrolord...and no mention of binds was ever made in that conversation....

Repeating floors dung question
about abandoned, I don't think doing Abnd 2 (fls 30-35) can count for doing abnd 1 (Fl 12-17) Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Combat brace teles to ranging guild, which is closer. they're almost identical, if not the fishing guild being slightly better. Does the range guild tele you inside the guild, or just outside the doors?

Haven't gotten necro that often, plus i'm rarely the only hex on the team (did like 5m xp with Jdelacroix and there were almost always 3+ hexes on the team), and also we've often found boss as one of the very last doors. I used ggs tele since my gate was at an alt, and I probably would have run out of cosmics teleing to it and the the ggs each time, but yeah I know about the soaking thing, very useful for geomancer when you run out of food. Tanking the binds and curses wasn't really a problem since i had food, and you don't actually lose any attack turns if you just re-click on necro as he casts it. And yeah I should have had enouh arrows but that was only like my 5th floor after not dging for nearly a month so I wasn't used to conserving them. I usually do 45-47 4 times, or sometimes I do 42-44(flesh spoiler) as well. Why stand still and use food when you don't have to, especially when you weren't re-clicking fast enough to not lose attack turns. People should just take advice without trying to defend themselves. You are right, but I just find it annoying you usually are =p (and it didn't actually make a difference THAT floor since R Y A N didn't get to end for a bit after boss was dead anyway, which was why I defended myself as you put it I guess, plus alkan was blocking for some of it so running would have messed up the block, but there I go again...), though I still partially disagree with you on binds but I don't want to argue about it. The issue on the binds wouldn't matter as much, if you actually clicked fast enough to not loose a combat turn when he does it, but you didn't in your video.

the prayers known as deflect range/mage When they're active, they recoil 10% of what a monster would have hit on you with the respective style. So if jad uses a range attack, and it would have hit 500, but you deflect it, it hits a 50 back on him. No bug in any way.

Best Attack Method
It gives +3, just like accurate stance gives +3 atk, and defensive gives +3 def The information was gotten from Jagex themselves, and a lot of testing done by players in the early years of this game.

He did...? Did he? I could've sworn he didn't. I'll watch again. EDIT: Ah, he did in later rounds. Also, I just saw that he had 10 arrows left near the end. Overusing his hex or not picking up arrows? Hm. Also, he should be shooting arrows immediately upon entering the room. He took the time to run to his spot before he started firing, and the binds kept delaying his attack turns. I don't know how many arrows is overusing, but he started with about 75 for the boss fight. Agree on the entering room and shooting though.

It was impossible to know for sure before these tests. I've just always assumed it, because all other defense lowering specs (darklight, bgs) only do anything when they actually hit. I've also assumed it worked that way because when my rager misses, I notice I don't hit any more accurate, but the second a rager actually lands the hit, I start hitting nonstop.

I thought we already knew a rager had to hit to lower def

rapier
it's still better on slash weak monsters

kiting/running away makes blazer better, because it's still dealing damage when you aren't casting. It's honestly the only place I use it over blitzer, and it's barely better...if not the same, depending on how often he comes after you.

Get blazer now for that awesome Dreadnaught niche use.

That still applies, wade looked at his stats (or knew his combat stats), and was responding to that person in specific.

dat subjectivity My tip. Screw prices, buy an item because you're going to use it, then ignore any price changes that occur. (flipping and such is fine, I'm more talking about people who go buy a fury....then when they catch wind of the smallest price drop.."OMFGZORS, I'm loosing monneieszz, SELSELLSELLS!!@!!!@)

Third Bind Guide and/or Discussion.
It's barely more accurate on zombies, considering their near non-existent slash defense. Being more accurate doesn't mean better DPS. B axe has better DPS on zombies. Agree with skeletons (melee ones only though), when they're level 120+
