  1. No that is not true, you cannot have one single key do different tasks. Example of what is not allowed: Press A, move cursor to right, Press A, Left Click, Press A, Right Click, Press A, move cursor down. However, it is allowed to do it like this: Press A, move cursor to right, Press B, Left Click, Press X, Right Click, Press Y, move cursor down. he'd be using the same key for the actions regardless He clicks onnce to click on spell, then once to click on the fish. It'd be the same as clicking the mouse.
  2. To add to the blazer vs blitzer debate: I've seen blazer "speccing" when the normal hit splashed: so it seems that blazer can spec independedly from magic accuracy (where blitzer is affected by accuracy) Of course Blazer is still speccing, it's an over time effect. At T10 blazer, every other hit will deal 50% more damage, over time though. So if you hit a 200, and blazer kicks in, it'll hit 5 individual 20's after that, regardless of future hits. Blazer specs can also stack, as in, you can get it to spec on the 200, and then it also specs on your next hit, which is say, 150. You will see both 20's, and 15's going off together. Blitzer suffers if you are not in optimal maging situations, the only situation like that though is NecroLord, because all other situations, if you're still maging....something is wrong with you. As far as bosses go, Blazer is better for NecroLord, Blitzer is better for Hope I'd rate them even on Dread. I don't find myself running around as much as most people on dread, even when I do run, i still try to maintain my Blitzer speed, because I know he'll soon switch anyways, so you really don't need to run that far. But I know not everyone can judge when to click, to even have Blitzer going at it's optimal speed.
  3. This is actually the first one I've seen as a drop, at level 109 dung A lot of people say they've seen a few...at 90 and below
  4. Who's this hiem crabs character you went with on the dungeon in row 20?
  5. No. Summoning is fine the way it is.
  6. Assuming you're against other high levels with good gear (bandos+ defense wise), then you're actually correct. I can't believe I just said that.... Although, the second you find a person under 120 cb (assuming average stats, and not some tank account), rapier is better for taking them down.
  7. I wouldn't consider hope worth the risk to melee, you have to pray if you melee him (which then means you actually have to watch for his Prayer eating attack), and he has that multi-target ram attack. It's just easier, and much quicker to setup maging him. For dread, it's more annoying then hard, due to those things he leaves on the ground, and his prayer disable. Melee is very barely faster anyways, I feel like you're underestimating the power of an emp fire and magic potions (which should get done before a boss is even found) Magic has DPS that rivals the Primal 2h in many situations (like ghosts (169), fire giants (201+), melee skele (154). The real disadvantage of mage, is it takes longer to set it up to be good. Especially when you have t10 blitzer. Having at least one surge box is FAR more valuable, then having one hex bow.
  8. Has a blood neck, notices NO difference in death counts since I unbound my plate. Avoiding death is stupidly easy assuming you have a competent team (and don't get spammed Ramo's and Mercs) If anything, my blood neck saves me deaths. If I'm low on hp, with no food in a hood safe GD (VERY COMMON), I just gather any meleer around, usually gain around 3 salves worth before the room is done, and then there's even food drops to add to that. Armor really doesn't make all that much difference, unless you get a lot of it on. A plate isn't going to stop that saggitarian forgotten ranger from hitting 80+% of the time on you, it isn't going to stop that 143 brute from hitting a 400-500 on you before your prayer is on. And, with all the mages, shades and ghosts running around, your plate is even more crippling as with you, it's almost a REQUIREMENT to pray against them. As for making armor losselessly, what losslessly means, is that when you're doing it, you're able to do other things, as mentioned earlier, making leather armor WHILE doing a GD. The time spent using ores on a furnace and pounding them into bars, would be better spent buying an herb seed or two, cutting ent/grave and making staffs, clearing any gds that may be around, locating and looting chests, making an altar. Preping herblore pots (making UNFs + buying seconds.) The only time I can see making armor as being fine, is if there's no GDs, you've found access ore (you need over 7 to be considered access ore btw), there's already an altar, enough herbs/seconds for 2 of every pot (5 range/melee for gd clearing), empowered fire staffs are made, an altar is made, and all gated keys are run. In other words....making metal armor isn't a waste of time...about... <1% of the time. Also, the goal of DGS is to TEACH people how to DG well, and this includes TEACHING them how to effectively use what ever third bind they have. We know some people will die more at first without a plate, the idea is to learn how to avoid it, while also being a benefit to your team. People need to learn what and how to use the binds on, whether it be a rapier, hex hunter, cele staff, or bloodneck. The point of the CC is to watch, and teach people how to use them. I have no comments on 3BO, I haven't experienced much issue with them, other then the one time someone was hording food, and wouldn't drop any for the keyer.
  9. Unless you're talking about safe pvp, that is not possible.
  10. Ok, here we go. I got 99 WallWoodcutting, horray!!!! I bought the cape, put it on, did the emote for the first, and most likely last time. It is now in my house. I kept all the nests from 83~ woodcutting, to 99, and here is the results. I also decided to check my kingdom in light of my new 99. I haven't checked my Kingdom since 2 weeks prior to the latest Bonus XP weekend. So about 2 months worth. Lots of fun.
  11. I.... umm...what... ...... I don't know if I like this or not... #-o
  12. Absolutely not. Having more than three hexes on a team is absurd. Two is ideal. Hexes are not necessities like surgeboxes are. DGS currently has eight hexhunters and our warped floors are negatively affected by it. I'll be keeping my surge box then, no hex for me
  13. sooo...how's that trivia replacing the current horrible method of finding out if people have read the guidelines or not going?
  14. You won't...... Why not be one of those? Try keying furnished yourself in the cc, and see if people join, I think you'd be surprised. quit making assumptions, DGS is NOT as hard assed as you're making it sound.
  15. I already joined DGS, but the attitude should not be that these are the rules and if you cant pay 100% attention and might make small mistakes that you will be kicked. The group was meant to help people, but I hear that it is all about effciency and rules, and you have to be a certain level and have so many binds. That doesnt sound very helpful, more of a dictatorship to me. I am more then happy to learn, but this doesnt sound helpful, it sounds like a dictatorship that says it is my way or the highway, which is contradictory to the reason it was created. until you actually start doing dungeons with them...kindly shut up. You really don't know what you're talking about. There is NO level requirement for the clan, the only thing being higher level does is help you get into more floors. Very few people in the CC will do furnished and under larges, simply because it's a waste of time for them to do it at their levels. But Abandoned floors are done very often. "Have so many binds" - If you're level 50+ dungoeneering, you better have 2 binds lol. There's no "clan rule" about that, it's just common sense. The only thing DGS does is tell you WHAT to bind, and for good reason...because what they tell you to bind is efficient to bind (shock, horror!!!@!@) Yes the clan is about efficiency....their mission statement is, directly quoted. what did you think that meant? "Join here and not pay attention in dungeons!!!"? No, it doesn't. If you aren't going to DGS to learn how to do it efficiently, then they don't want you there, because that isn't why they're there. You won't get kicked for making simple mistakes, you will get told you are making them, and if they continue, without you showing signs of at least trying to improve, you get banned from the CC. They don't random say "Hey look, he's in a gd killing that shade!!!!!!, KICKCK@#@@@#@#@#" no.... You should probably actually TRY doing dungeons there, instead of making assumptions, based on inexperience.
  16. Chaotic is good for dagannoth kings Eagle eye is good for armadyl, and nex (though many say unholy book for the offense) Farseer is more of a Pvp thing, since mageable bosses don't really exist.
  17. yes. The blazer effect always rounds down. If you hit a 309, your blazer hits will do 30 234 = 23 etc.
  18. the only time blazer effect hits 0s is if you hit under 10, since it rounds down.
  19. You never post here because you refuse to read information already there? I already tried answering your question, it's YOUR fault for not responding.
