Yay Out of complete innocent curiosity, how does the primal spear rank against the other mains weps (prom/primal 2h, and b axe) I'm not planning on binding it, I just wanna know how good/bad it is now.

it's defense is high enough that you're [developmentally delayed]ed to fight him without it if you have access to them. He's definitely one of the highest defense bosses in dungeoneering. As for switching to slingers, if you can come up with enough charms to support that, I see nothing wrong with doing it.

yea, forgot to add that >.> Without ragers, Gulega is hell, it has extremely high defence. With rangers, not only does it make it easier for US to hit it, but they're also like amazingly effective on it (all of the remokee are, but Ragers are the best for their spec.)

DreadNaught - Run around the room maging him, running away if he comes to you Blink - Watch the minimap to see where he is, raise a pillar in his way. Start attacking. When he says "here it comes", raise a pillar and hide behind it, or tele out. Pray mage when he's running around, and range/soulsplit when he's caught Gulega - Default protect from melee. Watch movements closesly. Mage attack = raises his tentacles in the air, then throws bright yellow balls. Range, thrusts head forward and spits. Melee, no time to switch, always switch back. If done correctly, you'll never need to move or eat. He has an attack which deals massive damage to you ALWAYS leaving you with 1lp. If you wish to avoid this, simply run 2 spaces away from your current location. The attack is 4 tentacles shooting up in the air twice, getting closer to you each time. Warp room - randomly enter portals until you reach the middle, when you reach the middle log out. When you log back in, the puzzle will be complete. Only people who do not have something gatestoned should do this puzzle, as logging out will destroy your gatestone.

My first death that floor on SF was because I had 0 prayer, and I didn't know an altar was being built...I die and the altars was there... <_< I ended up dieing again though from his range acid attack 800-0 lp, yep. Not much to say there. Edit: I'm the one that brought up the food thing btw :P I think many people just don't take it because they can't physically see it there. Food doesn't always appear on the top of a loot pile. Many times the kill looks like it's only bones, because theres like seeds on it, so people ignore it. When you right click it, there's like...8 salves under it :P

it'd be more of a waste if they made a teleport that's the same distance.. There's already two alternatives, one's free (unless you count buying the necklace), and the other is high leveld, but better. Why add another? Maybe this teleport location could be used for something else?

The cheapest way to train farming is herbs...because it makes money :rolleyes: Although being able to get a constant Xp/hr farming rate is interesting (even though it is low) It's an anti-rush at best. It doesn't work on NPCs, so it's only good in Pvp situations, and the 30 second cool down makes it anything but gamebreaking. Combat familiars are already useful. Although I am interested to see the spells effect on them, if it makes them significantly stronger. I actually agree, since buying the spells doesn't consume points, I see nothing wrong with spending the time to go for the last spell...as well as unlock ALL the other ones with it. If they lower the points, they'd make buying the spell consume points.

I somehow end up with Berserker and battle mage on most of the floors I go in. I just kill stuff is all, which is what a DPS is supposed to do, so I don't see it all that special.
