  1. Divine and ely beat it out, I think it's in third place? Not sure. Better off getting chaotic long/rapier, that's for sure.
  2. At higher levels you can get a nice wad of slayer exp per hour...but I'm not maxed.
  3. It did...:( I do herb runs and stuff. Not worried about that, more worried about selling up ;) any other opinions?
  4. Warped torts and greaters. Gonna dung while I wait for an answer...I like GWD more then Slayer, and slayer more then grinding out levels at random places. I'd like to sell out for herb/prayer, and if i stopped slaying i could do that then camp greens for a while.
  5. I don't afk, I pot when my stats reach 10 levels below max, always use my spec bar fairly quickly after it finishes and piety flash after kills.
  6. So under the advice of a friend, I chose slayer because i find it more fun then armoured zombies and monkey skeles, plus it gains cash. It's quite slow...been slaying for 5 hours fairly optimally, only recieved about 45-55k slayer exp. Continue on with slayer, or switch to boring grinding then gwd? Also, if I continued with slayer, when should I expect the charms/cash/exp to get epic?
  7. Fine then, if nobody's interested in a team situation that's not 70+ dung/99 everything, then go ahead >_> Let it die.
  8. I haven't really come to a conclusion yet...>_> I'm going to check grimy's spreadsheets and find the gp/exp for different bones. Then i'll get prayer up. Prayer seems to be the consensus, and a high prayer level would help (especially with me pietying all tasks), but while i'm slaying my bankworth up is it worth just sitting on like 85 prayer when i could have extremes? EDIT: My 42m will get me to 83 prayer and 81 herblore.
  9. So for money making, overloads are worth it over extreme sets? Also, Chao long > Rapier > Whip on bosses? Is the 200k/hour really worth it?
  10. What about the "I pray all tasks slayer"? That's me :( Can get a screen if you so wish.
  11. Are chaotic weps and overloads worth using considering the higher cost? Will you make more back in the time? :S
  12. Super attacks/prayer/energy pots to 81, brews to 84, spec restores to 88.
  13. I'm considering setting up a grimy-style organization for dung, but for amateurs (people with less then 30 dung, not high combats, eg people around the same stats as me). Anyone interested? Anyone want to help settig it up or do it for me? Ideas?
  14. Epic bumpage, i've been away >_> So the general consensus is that I should save for prayer? I could get to 81/2 herb with my current cash and stew for super antifires... I do currently piety all tasks, I realise how much of a difference that turmoil would make, but is it worth losing oppertunity cost waiting for it?
  15. Super restores allowed me to pray mage protect and eagle eye thoughout the whole kill, meaning that I felt safer if nothing else.
  16. I'm melee slaying, hoping to make a profit while i level up, if that makes a difference. Got 42m to spend, unsure of what's the next thing I should spend it on/aim for. Could someone rank these in which I should aim for? -Super Antifires -Extremes -Overloads -80 prayer -Soul Split -Turmoil -Claws -Bandos/Dfs -99 range (for arma, presumably)
  17. Combat mage, or String Ammy. :D Best bets until 86.
  18. I'd have to save for it all at once, though...>_> I'm also thinking that Overloads > turm > extremes, but since overloads are hard to get, priorities should be Turm > Extremes > Overloads? Or Extremes first? Basically, how should I spend my cash i've got now? (42m pure $$ atm)
  19. Any other advice on finding teams? D:
  20. Your defence level does contribute towards your mage defence, but it's like 30% or something like that. Not worth the invent space, imo at least.
  21. I always see you posting on threads like this, and your stats always make me want to prove you wrong (as you have low summon/herb/pray). Anyways, I did CT with wolper 92-95 for 120 crims per trip (1 hour) WITHOUT piety or even extremes! There wasn't that much difference when I got to iron titan, maybe 5-10 crims per trip difference. The only problem with waterfiends is the boredom factor - they get very repetitive. But so do lobs I guess. Slayer does too. Basically grinding on runescape is horrible. Rock lobs are around 150-180 crims/hour with an additional 80 golds, 60 greens and a handful of blues. But the cost is huge. I can only recycle what higher level people have said. I've seen alot of posts saying that CT fiends arn't worth it unless you've got iron titan, but if you've got personal experience, go ahead. If you've got a personal problem, pm me.
  22. Whoops, misunderstood. Better to buy supers. The Gp/exp is lower then if you'd made them for yourself (except for strengths) Plus, it's quicker and cheaper, if you're just looking for extremes. Overloads are much more time consuming then extremes, especially if you're stewing. Make as many extreme sets into overloads as you can, then just make more extremes as you need them.
  23. He can't use Kura, his slayer level is too low.
  24. Standard answer applies. (Check Grimy's spreadsheets for prices) Do whatever you feel like to 88, Ext attacks to 89, Ext strs to 90, Ext defence to 91, Ext mage to 92, Ext range to whenever you feel like you've got enough of em. As many overloads as you want.
  25. I'm not maxed though...far from it, my stats suck. How would I go about finding a team that doesn't suck and fits my regime?
