... To hell with you. YOUR RACE IS MADE FOR COMBAT. I swear, "War Malus" or not, if you come within striking distance I'll kick your ass.

Psionic propulsion would take quite a bit longer for anyone else, but feel free I suppose. *Sigh* It sucks that I'm not supposed to go to war. There are a lot of races I'm tempted to try and blow up.

Well, according to Archi tech research times are divided by ten when the game starts. Thus, I shall have a new psionic propulsion hyperdrive merely five days after we begin!
  7. Wow. This is not only fun, but also an honest-to-god roleplay. Dungeonal, you might be the god of the Tavern.

I point in the direction of the intruder, signaling for the soldiers to shoot. I make sure to continue pointing in it's direction with my left hand and go into an alert ready stance if it disappears from view. I attempt to discern the creature's race.
  9. I inquire with the patrons if any of them were familiar with the odd lady and gent having just left the bar, and go back behind the counter to try and pick up a parchment to try sketching the two of them. I pat Jacques on the head and hand him my blackjack to play with, careful to keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't eat it.

I draw back and crouch, stealthed, out of the guard's line of fire but also in a position giving me a view of the skylight and door. I warn the guards to cover the windows, staying a bit back so as to avoid being struck. I suggest someone set up some sort of spikes or a upended blade under the skylight and keep it's position in mind.
  11. Well said, good sir. Well said. It's a Lichtabbit!
  12. Ooh! Ooh! Earth! You should start in my bar! I could sooo be the town quest-giver! :D

Well, if the thermal was messed up by the fog then I switch it off, if not I leave it on. I grab a knife with my left hand and back up to give me a good view of the door and windows. I crouch down and try to cloak myself in the dark and fog.
  14. I easily slip out from behind the bar, preferably after slapping down the customary "Back when I will be, go jump off the dock" sign and start cleaning a table within ear's length of the feathered lass.
  15. As far as I know, Retech has no... girlfriend. Unless that's what you're calling Lidyaaa! :D Honestly, I find that adorable to no end! Not only do we suddenly find out Techy is capable of emotion, but that Lidya is undoubtedly an evil mastermind behind her happy-go-lucky personality!
  16. Someone has their priorities messed up :P What's "time with Bunny" anyways?
  17. YOU'RE JUST THAT AWESOME.

I draw one katana with my right hand, sheathing the other weapons, and hold it at arms length. I switch back and forth from thermal vision to see which makes it easier to see and whether the fog disrupts heat signatures. I then get into a low ready stance a bit back from the entrance, stealthing. Is there more than one entrance to the building?
  19. Awesome as hell! James Flint (huzzah generic names!) A bit quiet, gruff, seemingly patriotic and dedicated to honest work. Mildly tan, about 6ft, brown hair and eyes, of average looks and weight. Owns his own bar in some town or another, he's never bothered learning what either is called. He always carries his favourite well-worn oak blackjack and is often accompanied by his pet penguin Jacques. He hopes to someday control EVERY BAR IN THE WOOORLD! Not to mention get rid of all those pesky parrots.

D'aaaww, but Aaaarchiiii. I like cluttering pages.
  21. Hell, German and Norwegian here! I don't intend to drink much if at all when I'm older, but I'm actually quite good at mixing drinks so I might end up as a bartender at some point. Of course, then I would have to taste some of my concoctions to see whether or not they were worth serving.

So, Archi, how is this for the center of one of my Fracture ships? Hrm, taking advantage of the free ships to prevent paying for developments serving the purpose of refineries or mines ICU?
  23. Sooo... ideal weapons for a zombie apocalypse everyone? Mine are, as previosly mentioned, an unspiked morningstar, a high power hunting slingshot, a crossbow, and a couple of molotov cocktails.
  24. Well, in weapon fighting a left-handed fighter is significantly more rare than a right-handed one and makes things difficult for their opponents. Obviously either a fluke or false, judging by personal experience.
  25. The only time I've comfortably shot a bow was using a left-handed bow with my right hand.
