Temporary Dungeoneering
Lovely! I think peopel have just been distracted by some of the planning.

Maybe you couldn't Earthsage, and I couldn't, but the kid and his mom worked on it together as a project. And many kids ingest much more sugar daily than the amount present in quite a few of those candies.

So... Tyrian 2000 type sprites? Sweet. If only I knew how to make one... And Retech, you're... Retech... Even if you wanted to look like that, do you really think you could get your hair to stand up?

A hair away from Mr. T? Figures that you can't pull off the mohawk.

I actually appreciate her Grammar Naziism, I just think she would kill half this forum outright for their spelling. She's like... an intelligent-discussion antibody. And we're a cold. Technically, mine is an animal.

Dwarf fortress
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahaha... I haven't laughed like that in a while. ROSS! YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO LOOK UP HOW TO COPY THE RAWS SO OTHER PEOPLE CAN IMPORT THAT DWARF! They did that with the Elven King of Dwarfs, and he practically killed a dragon with his bare hands in the Arena outside of his first game. It's not just luck alot of the time, some guys are just inexplicably good. Case in point? Tholtig Cryptbrain.

It WASN'T at our school. You don't remember because we didn't know each other yet! The person who did it doesn't matter in the first place, no one else on the forum asks about things like that even when they know each other! THIS is why you bug me. Don't be a Hex, just because it annoys people doesn't mean it's funny.

Egads! Someone made an Mollenkamp bot!

Survival, Edel? It depends on the circumstance. In space? Ross's AI. They don't need to breathe. In a ground war? Orkz or Kademi. In both cases you'd likely need to destroy the planet for a complete rout.

We wouldn't have this problem in the first place if you hadn't already exasperated everyone with your Stargate tech. Some of it isn't inherently bad, but honestly you're obsessed to the degree of a Twilight-crazed tween. I AM NOT THE DAEKA! My race are the Kademi, or "Achilles."

One: Why do you always assume I'm addressing you? Two: So long as your grammar doesn't discourage them. ;)

The entire world has been given reasons to attack America at one point or another, but most world leaders are much less volatile than Tavernites. That's a surprisingly appropriate analogy.

I say we let him pull a Scathe. See how he does as the antagonist, facing off against all the rest of us. When he's destroyed he can rejoin as another race as Archi has stated.

Erm, he handed them out to several people who were his better friends, and he's not exactly that gross of a person.

Isn't that...everything? Not Psionics. I foresee amusing results...

A classmate of mine once made candy from lemon extract and pure sugar. He never told anyone the exact recipe, but it was sweeter than concentrated honey (though somehow the lemon completely balances it out so that the extreme sweet is actually good with a nice lemon taste but no bitterness) and stickier than anything else I've seen. Seriously, if that stuff got on your skin and it was almost as hard to get off as whiteout (which takes days with intense washing) and could temporarily adhere your tongue to parts of your mouth with hilarious effect.

Forum Reshuffle
Meh. Glad it was implemented, almost thought you guys forgot! I don't think the Library threads should ever be moved into the Tavern. If necessary, I support the Library and possibly Rusco being deleted with a sticky thread here explaining their concept should there someday be a substantial audience for such games.

A bullet would destroy the nanites it came in contact with, no more, no less, shockwaves do not form. What "host?" I do not recall that being specified when you mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of Replicators. Also, you did not answer the question of how they "eat."

2025
Are they regarded as suitable for a 14-year-old? And not a modern 14-year-old, a sheltered-by-paranoid-parents 14-year-old?

Huzzah? I'm starting to like my race more and more, whereas Mather's is just annoying me again thanks to this arguing. Ross, theoretically your race and mine could function as symbiotes of a sort... It would increase both your durability and my firepower if mechanical components like weapons could be built into the exoshell...

I'm saying pressure in place of gravity. Basically, both refer to the amount of weight pushing against the resident species. I would assume physical strength and resilience, I'm not sure what other benefits high pressure would have.
-
Delta V
Well, I can't find one that's specifically aquatic Retech. It's best if you tell me the approximate desired pressure, temperature (in Kelvins would be nice), resource quantity, and atmosphere. Higher pressure = better troops and worse trade, and vice versa. Higher temp affects development costs and maybe certain kinds of construction. Higher resources = good. Atmosphere comes in Fluorine, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Trace (ordered from rarest to most common). Fluorine increases industrial output, Oxygen decreases development costs I think, Carbon Dioxide makes the planet immune to EWB (energy weapon bombardment), and Trace benefits trade. ___________ Archi, what habitat would Retech's race inhabit the easiest?
