Traded in my useless 2m Attack bonus exp and finally got Silverhawk boots. Best update of 2014 so far.

There's so many things wrong with this post that I can't help but think it's a troll. 1. Asking all gay male players to wear pink and female to wear blue is already a huge stereotype in itself. Not all gay people like to associate themselves with connotations. 2. Why are you advocating self-imposed segregation? If I were gay, the last thing I'd want to do is play on a world populated only by gay people. Not only is it backward-thinking, it's also hypocritical. If a straight person were to ask for heterosexual only worlds, the gay community would go apeshit. 3. You insult people by assuming they're all ignorant homophobes. Every person with more than a single brain cell knows that being gay isn't a choice. Don't act like they don't.

I'd say the collector's insignia is worth it. It's a pocket slot item that acts as a ring of wealth with added benefits. It also frees up your ring slot for something more useful.

Not a fair comparison. Those games have more responsive and intuitive controls and mechanics. :twss:Yeah, that's like comparing apples and oranges. I've completed all the Souls games, yet I've never even attempted Vorago/RotS/KK/Araxxor. Not because I don't think I could do them, but I just cbf to learn a bunch of alternating mechanics and then try to put them into practice in a point and click MMO.

I don't give a shit about who's entitled or whiny or whatever other buzzwords we're required to have in our posts here, I'm just suggesting that Jagex isn't helping. If they want bossing to count toward completionism, that's their right, but don't tell us that it was our idea when the players it affects the most are up in arms about it.Because every comp caper hates the idea of bossing, right? Don't just assume that just because a group of players doesn't want to learn how to kill some bosses that nobody wants to.

Can someone explain to me why it's bad that killing every boss is a comp req?

So just so I'm clear on this, do you still get Reaper points for killing bosses even if they're not a task and Death's assignments are just a bonus, or am I wrong?

I know, and this is the problem with those people: Then they go and complain that the final release is too crappy even though all they've been doing was sit there and "selling seismic wand 2b shards!" all day just for it to all disappear once the beta ends. There's one other issue that isn't covered, I see. :wall: Back when EOC was in Beta, Jagex had the utter stupidity to test for P2P-only for most of the time. Worse, when they let it be tested by F2P, they totally didn't give enough time on it. I was one of the ones who tried to check out the beta, but being Pure-F2P, I couldn't get enough time to properly go through even the mere tutorial for combat. Jagex had the stupidity to only give like a week or two, where nothing less than two months was necessary for F2P to have a chance to help Jagex work out bugs and get it right! Even worse, I fell afoul of tutorial-breaking bugs that prevented completion, and even though I submitted bug reports on it, Jagex didn't keep it in beta long enough to push testable fixes so I could see if they got it right. So finally, they deck it off with pushing EOC to production, instead of taking the time to get it right first? I can very much see why there were people dissing it, and I'm NOT talking about the ones who weren't even involved in the beta. :ugeek: As you can imagine, their following it up with crashing my character's setup on my last logout prior to EOC's release, added to a ton of other things, was simply the last straw. It took quite a lot to cause me to give up RuneScape, and I'll be glad I never start playing again. Glad they opted out of having Jas and Mah as options as they would have undoubtedly been the top two. I'll probably vote for Bik or Wen to be honest, as they're the two we know the least about. Ful could be interesting though, and I do like the Tzhaar.

If they're going to add a Nex drop to the Nihils and make it that rare, I fail to see the point or reasoning behind it other than to reinforce the connection between Nex and the Nihil. May aswell add Seismic Wand and Orb to Goblin drop tables and make it a 1/10000000000000000000000000000000 chance.

If they did that, they may aswell just remove altars altogether and rename Runecrafting to Runespanning.

I don't keep up with what's best and all that, but I'm assuming Dragon Throwing Knives are going to already be far outclassed by what we already have?
