Doom, would you ever consider merging the hegemony v2 and v1 together so that their is more space on the sticky area? You could edit the first page to include rules from both and give a bit of information about what the two hegemonys because all it is now is a showcase of events, merging the two together would be great. And do we still need for your information?

what about changing the setting to real life, everyones middle aged and has a job but they choose to go on an adventure, there would be drug dealer and murderers and police it would overall be a lot of fun however I also like the idea of a victorian version so that we can play around with the realism a bit. the idea of having consistent police would be great, better than random brain eating.

I completly agree with Rocco, as Archi said it would cause outrage to all the people that wanted an advanced roleplaying section and merging would just cause confusion.

I made the wrong descision because Dusty said the rules would change next year in nine years but i'll know for next time anyone. Now, Rocco will get money next update anyway so he can use that to spend on me as I don't think he currently has any outstanding debts apart from to me. Rocco can give it back if he chooses to but I can't. If he chooses not to pay it back he's just defied the HRE which will allow me to raise european armys that will probably cost him more then 2.4m, and I'll be better off because I can keep that military. if someone chooses not to pay I will respond with full military force just to prove a point.

I'd like the ability to come back but as a better human. I don't like the idea of being trapped in eternal pleasure for all eternity, I would much much rather be reincarnated but with memory of my past life and one wish so that I would basically be able to have a fun time on life. I mean, although the idea of a free floating is nice for a while when you have to live for long periods of time without anyone to talk to you will begin to feel pertty lonely. I would also like the idea of being reborn in a different time period in the past or the future. immortality would be nice so long as I would be able to omnipotent or something of that sort. Has anyone played the 'its non existant lolollololol' card, seriously its not that great. What has always confused me is the difference between a mind and a soul but I'm going to try and explain the difference. A mind is a collection of memorys and experiances and skills, while the soul decides what to do the mind is that niggling voice at the back of our head that tells us not to but it also tells us how we could do things, it gives us the logic that if I wanted to turn on a computer I press the big button or if I want to smash a window I need to hit it very hard with a hammer. The memorys are also detached from a soul so if we travel to a different body we forget our psat experiences and skills but we are still that same person. What I find really hard to comprehend is intellegence (basically would you retain it) because I just can't imagine being less or more intellegent than I am today so I think I will settle for the fact that because we don't remember everyithing we can't get used to our intellegence. A soul is what thells the mind what to do, as if the mind was a vegatated person and needs something in the steering wheel to actually function, physically it doesn't exist it just magically tells us what to do. its inside the persons body so it acts as the nerves as well. If I were to describe its shape I would describe it as being the same as a person but monochrome and glowing slightly with a translucent body. This doesn't work either because assuming people are reincarnated they would have a different body. So a soul has no shape, its just a metaphysical thing that doesn't exist but does it is the driiving force inside of us that can manipulate our brain. The simpsons version of selling the soul isn't realistic, it should be a much more powerful thing, if you managed to leave the body alive with the mind gone than i can certify that the soul has travelled away but if you just get a piece of paper saying you are their soul than you should be able to legally do whatever you want with the person and if they want to stop you can say that they are not allowed to have an opinion and I can hurt their soul however they could claim that their body is being harmed which is a bit of a loophole. So next time you need to ask for their body, their soul. I didn't list mind because its useless to another person.

Surely you could just not pay it back, their bankers and your a powerful country. You could just walk into the bank, give the bankers the finger and kill them all. If you create a new bank their will be no danger of a recession. why six? why not five? Regardless I think it is a bit silly to have ten days because in those ten days most people can't really do anything in that time. I definately know what I'm going to be funding my money into but its a secret weapon so I can't tell you lot :P.
