If your inventory is full, then it will be placed in your bank. If your bank is also full, feel free to ask Xuan for one. Do I have to be a member each day to get the Aura? No. Log in as a member any day in December and the Aura will automatically be added to your inventory. However, if you lapse out of membership, you will not be able to use the item while playing as a free player. Are there any limitations on the XP from the Aura? The Festive Aura has a few limitations. You can get your 50% XP boost for 30 minutes each time and has a daily limit of 50k XP. The recharge time is a little under 24 hours to allow you to use it at roughly the same time every day. Also, it will work for all skills including Dungeoneering. The experience will stack in the exact same way that the other auras stack - so, if any XP bonus you're getting stacks with the Corruption, Wisdom or Harmony auras, for example, it'll stack with this too. I think you can start a DG w/ elemental staves on lower complexities too.

I was exactly the same, I couldn't talk to a pretty girl without stuttering or being extremely awkward yet alone approach one! But as with everything in life it gets easier with experience, mine came from: working in customer service, having to work in groups at uni and getting my heart ripped out and stamped on by a beautiful girl. It all built up that interaction and gave me my biggest realisation: the fact that beauty is common, beautiful girls can be dull, mean and overall uninteresting. After I took them off the pedestal that I myself put them on and lowered them to my level it made life much easier. Where once alcohol was a catalyst to me relaxing and being able to hold a conversation with girl, now it's just an added extra, I drink for the taste really and it still relaxes me. Yeah-- I also got a customer service job in college which killed all of my "approach anxieties" pretty damn fast. Highly recommended.

Out of curiosity, to those of you who have a tendency to get drunk before you start talking to girls. What's your overall personality like when sober, and how does it change when you're drunk, if at all? Do you become more relaxed? More aggressive?

Quick question: I'm working towards 94 smithing and 86 construction in preparation for player-owned ports. I'm getting pretty close, and did most of my training with clay hammers-- mostly because Stealing Creation is one of my favorite minigames. Anyways, I'm starting to get kind of bored of Stealing Creation right now, so could someone please explain to me how to calculate whether or not it is efficient to train smithing/construction with clay hammers? My income is 5M/hr minimum, so I'm almost positive I'm "wasting time" by playing Stealing Creation, but I don't really care since I'd rather spend the extra hours messing around in there, rather than just grinding a skill. But for future reference, how do you determine whether or not SC is efficient? If it matters, I get ~110 SC pts/hr when I'm trying to collect hammers. I earn at least 5M gp/hr. I train smithing via addy platebodies. I'll train construction with either oak dungeon doors or mahogany tables, after I finish smithing, depending on what Grimy's spreadsheet commands me to do. :P

Is Nex easier or harder now? Can you kill her w/o top-tier gear?

You don't need any prayer pots if you have the penance aura :thumbup: I imagine you wouldn't need food either if you were a master at dodging fire walls and tormented souls

Might want to save your tokens before player owned ports come out nex month. I haven't spent my 200k tokens on a maul yet because of that.

Kiln runs are an easy 5m/hr, though they apparently made caves harder, so I haven't had time to see if they made the kiln harder too. Price of onyx is dropping, though.

Does anyone have proof that sara sword is crush? I bought one before EoC came out, and when EoC went live, it said my sara sword was slash so I sold it >_>

You levelled so much in so few kills because you get way more magic xp/hr there now. And like Cheefoo said, 300-500 glacor kills is barely anything. I had 82 shards (~820 kills) before I got my first pair of boots.

I've always been pretty bad at small talk/first impressions/talking to strangers. Chalk it up to being an introvert. Anyways, most of it just comes through experience. If you just want to be able to talk to anyone, check out How to Win Friend and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. But most of that stuff is actually counterproductive if you're actually trying to "seduce" a girl. In which case, it's more about touching than talking. Or if you're gonna talk about anything, talk about exciting topics like her hopes and dreams, her past relationships, her sex life, etc.
