  1. Fight Caves just got even easier for pures
  2. New prayer pot sounds unimpressive. From what they've said, at 95 prayer it'll restore 50 prayer points (w/o wrench)... over the course of 5 minutes. Meaning, only +1 prayer point every 6 seconds. Things might different if you can "stack" the potions though... like drink 2 doses and get +2 prayer every 6 seconds.
  3. share pls I'm sure that's from staking though. So make it your goal to become like this guy: He should get 200M con w/ demonic thrones.
  4. Opeth isn't really prog
  5. I'm glad I haven't collected from MTK since early May :)
  6. I think that was mostly because he was on some sort of mind-altering substance(s) :P
  7. That's mostly because playing in 4/4 becomes more boring/mundane the more talented you become Though bands that play technical for the sake of being technical can be boring to listen to. Though I can't say anything about specific time signatures, it ends up sounding like the band is trying to show off in the middle of an otherwise good song. For a Dream Theater example, I love the song "Ministry of Lost Souls", but the solo sounds like they just threw it in because there wasn't anywhere else to put it. A solo or instrumental section like the one in 'Hollow Years" or "Learning to Live" would have probably suited the song better. My problem with Dream Theater, especially later DT (Systematic Chaos and BC&SL era) is that it seems like nearly every songs has a guitar solo and keyboard solo, or a solo battle, and for no real purpose other than to have it there. We get it, you can play your instruments. It's fine w/ me as long as the solo is melodic. The Best of Times from BC&SL has become my favorite song since I first heard it in 2009, mostly because of its beautiful, climactic solo
  8. The reason this game sucks is because it's BORING. Grinding can only be considered "relaxing" for so long. There really isn't much skill involved in RS. It's a very grind- and luck-based game. When you say the game is becoming easier, you mean it's becoming more tolerable.

  11. Women like it men when play hard to get, so it's natural that they think men will like it if they play hard to get. WRONG. Not worth my time jumping through hoops for some girl playing hard to get when I could talk to an equally-attractive girl who's easy to talk to and get along with.
  12. It's the name of the demon from The Exorcist A lot of people also know it as the gargoyle in a Futurama episode. Yup, that too As per Wikipedia: In Assyrian and Babylonian mythology, Pazuzu (Sometimes Fazuzu or Pazuza) was the king of the demons of the wind, and son of the god Hanbi. He also represented the southwestern wind, the bearer of storms and drought. That's where The Exorcist got it from :P

  15. Lol I've done the Link foot-tapping too occasionally. There was a time where, after playing so many RPGs, whenever I thought of poison in rl, I thought it was just an annoying inconvenience-- nothing life-threatening!
  16. How long does it take until your MTK resource rewards are maxed out? Does it max after X amount of days, regardless of approval? I haven't collected in months; wondering how long until I reach the limit.
  17. That'd be funny if at 1:54 his equipment switched to the traditional botter's equipment :P
  18. Too me that's more due to the stage of life you're at than your overall philosophy, if you will. I remember feeling the exact same way for quite some time, but as I've gotten older (not that I'm really old) my priorities have slowly started changing. How have your priorities changed? Do you mean you used to highly prioritize happiness/friendships and they are now less of a priority?
  19. By these days, yes I mean this present day and age. I "love" all of my close friends and family in the way mentioned in that quote. It's not the "duty" (responsibility) that bothers me, it's the rules imposed upon each other once a relationship forms which hinder my freedom. Asking me to do a favor for you isn't imposing on my freedom. Telling me I'm not allowed to do this, this, and that because you said so imposes on my freedom.
  20. Ideally, I'll just have a rotation of girls that I'd see about once a week. Getting married these days would be like shooting myself in the foot. I don't see any worthy benefits to be had from marriage. I don't have anything against living with friends, family, girlfriends, etc., but I'd much rather just live alone. Even now, I enjoy myself more when my roommate isn't home, despite the fact that he's a very close friend of mine. I'm an extroverted introvert-- I can be constantly social for about half a week and then I get "burnt out" and need to be alone for a day or two to "recharge." That's another reason why having an exclusive relationship or spending a ton of my free time with a girl would take its toll on me pretty quickly :P I'd like to be a father someday, but not until I'm in my late 30s probably, or at least until I have enough financial resources and free time to raise a child. Again, you don't need to be married or monogamous to raise a child. Happiness is my top priority in life, along with maintaining close relationships with my friends and family. My freedom is a large contributing factor to why I'm so happy all the time. I can do just about anything I want to do, whenever I want to do it, without having to answer to anyone. I don't have a wife/girlfriend who I have to consult every time I want to go out and do something. I don't live with my parents so I don't have a curfew or house rules to abide by. I don't have kids that I am responsible for. This is pretty much just the tip of the iceberg of my philosophy of happiness and relationships... if you've got any more questions or anything, let me know. Otherwise, my beliefs will probably fall upon deaf ears around here :P
  21. That's nice to read. I'm still in favor of the polyamorous lifestyle though. 100% odds of perpetual happiness beats 13% odds :P
  22. Well, I'm more concerned of getting rid of my 'neediness' than attracting her at this point. Even so, should I lie about the stuff I did during the day? Or just not really mention what I did at all? Never lie. Only cowards lie. If you can't tell the truth, just don't say anything at all.
  23. That'd be cool if they updated MA so it wasn't just a test to see how much suffering people will tolerate to get the best rings in the game. Or if they made the best rings obtainable through more fun minigames. Or if they just removed MA completely. That'd be cool too.
