You're probably in the friend zone but regardless if you actually are or not, that's irrelevant. Unless you're 100% certain that you'll bump into her in person (i.e. you have a class with her or something), just shoot her a text and ask her if she wants to go grab drinks or coffee with you. If she says yes, cool. If she says no, cool, you move on to the next woman. But either way, regardless of whether she's into you or not, at that point you will have certainty. And by having certainty, all of your stress and anxiety about this will instantly vanish. Ask me how I know :P

Oh man, the trophies in FFX are ridiculous. I told my brother when I bought it (Soon after release) that I'd platinum it. Got into it and then realised how crazy they really are. I don't even think it's worth it. Well I've gotten all of them except those sphere grid ones. I was feeling pretty burnt out from how grindy the game felt by the time I had to kill Penance so I just Zanmoto'd him after I read that it's a 40 minute battle lol. I saved my game before I started Zanmoto'ing bosses in case I ever feel like sitting down and killing them the "legitimate" way though.

I bought a used PS3 a few weeks ago as an "upgrade" to my PS2 since the PS3 is backwards compatible. Got the HD re-releases of Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X since those were the games I played the most on PS2... and holy shit I can't believe the amount of grinding you have to do in order to get all the trophies for FFX. Fill and activate every single node on the sphere grid with every single character?! Jesus.

However the online dating part applies to everyone. I started doing online dating in August 2012 and on the first Sunday evening of every month, I'd copy and paste my opener to every girl on OKC and POF who looked hot. I ended up sending like 200 openers between August and October and only got 1 date out of it. So I had to change my pictures, rewrite my profile, and change how I pitched the date. In December 2012, I scheduled 7 dates in one week... and they all flaked on me because I didn't know how to prevent them from flaking yet, so that was another thing I had to learn. In other words, online dating has kind of a steep learning curve, but once you get it figured out, it's amazing. I can meet hot girls any time I want to without having to stay up late at the noisy bars now because of the time I invested into learning it. Sending out openers doesn't take any time at all either. I used to sit down on Sunday evenings (when there's the most traffic on those sites) and just spend about an hour sending out dozens/hundreds of openers. But these days I just copy and paste my openers via the dating sites' mobile apps on my iphone when I'm pooping or in bed (or BOTH!). If I was still in college living across the street from all the bars and I was more extroverted, though, I would have tried to master bar game or day game instead. Online just suits my personality much better

Well first things first, kudos to you for having the balls to ask out a girl you had a crush on. That alone puts you waaaaaaay ahead of most guys. If you don't believe me, go look at how many guys post in this thread about their fears of asking girls out :P With that said... :twisted: Long distance relationships are generally a bad idea. If both of you have very low sex drives and are unattractive/bad at dating, then long distance relationships aren't as bad (though I still would never recommend one to anyone). Otherwise, expect cheating and/or tension. You're young though. Since I imagine you're going to ignore my advice, just learn as much as you can about sex, relationships, and women from this girl while you can :P

Only Jad's ranged attack made a sound after it had already registered as a hit. His mage attack made a sound before it fired. So you could just pray ranged at the northeast safespot and by the time he'd attack you (regardless of which attack he'd choose) he would be within your line of sight to pray accordingly.

That's not a mental issue, that's a choice. While you can choose to max, you cannot choose to be good at pvm, you can only choose to practice which doesn't guarantee anything. They are very different. You can definitely choose to be good at PvM via practicing. Some people just require more practice than others.

I was going to bring up MOBAs yesterday but it would have been out of place at the time :-P . Dawngate has basically the same control scheme but is infinitely less clunky. Maybe it's just me, but that bit of polish makes a huge difference; you don't really feel like you're losing clicks because you hit the inner corner of the hotkey instead of the center, and when you click to move you end up exactly where you intended to go. Ye, the issues with EOC is that a hotkey based system works very poorly in a .6s tic based engine, especially without custom lag tolerance. Even with good internet on my gaming PC there were times where I'd click away on Araxxor, and the game would finish a cast before moving, or run back into melee to cast another ability even when canceled, or the like. EoC is way better, as far as adding complexity, but it really lacks in smoothness and integration for high end bossing. The difference between RS combat and a game like LoL/WoW is insane. How responsive the engine is aside, there is simply so much more depth in combat in other games. But RS shouldn't focus on depth in combat. It'll never have it with this engine. That takes away a large part of the skill aspect, but makes gear correspondingly more important. Which is better for RS IMO. Yeah EoC is basically playing LoL with only 3 champions available to you :\
