No, the way they said it made it clear that it was a peice of software to help either find bots, or to deal with them. All this does is hurt the profits the bots make. I'm almost certain that this new Jagex 'tool' for combatting bots was stat wiping. It was the only noticable thing Jagex did differently around the time they said it which is a joke. Especially with GP making bots, all stat wiping does is make them gain resources a couple % slower. Oh noes! My mining is now 50 instead of 90, I'll get 20 less iron ore per hour!!! I'm saying with this update, the price of raw materials crashed like a piece of rock. Making botting no longer a viable method to gain money? A lot of the botters just want a high skill level. If they bot in their desire for money they'll just figure out something else.

Aaaand I'm out of top 100. :mellow: You really have to be on constantly to climb that list. With the return of free trade/old wild all of my real life friends have started playing again.. Not sure if I want to join them in P2P or continue doing nothing in F2P.

"Pure f2per" like the 1 defence guys thinking they are THE BEST or the people that always are F2P? :P Anyway, merchanting/flipping is the only decent money maker for free players imo.

Can someone explain me how you get the scorpion to kill the bot? Even if the bot has Auto Retaliate turned on, they run away after taking one or two hits. (Having Stiles noting your fish only takes 2 clicks and you don't have to go through any chat screens)

Tried the Karamja lure with a friend. Though we did get two kills and about 1K raw lobs of it, I still feel it's a huge waste of time. Most of the bots just run away with over half of their health left. Jagex should increase the scorpion's wander range (maybe make some of them always be near Stiles) and increase the damage they deal.

So I guess F2P combat still is an awful money maker. ;)
