99 all skills?
I started 07 with my only goal being getting 200m Agility. I halted that to try to become the first player to max instead. I was the first to 99 Agility which meant that I'd inevitably gain additional post-99 Agility Xp from Fishing and Runecrafting. I did about 800k past 99 at first and then obtained over time an additional 1.3m+ Xp from the above mentioned skills.

Jagex 2012 Financial Report (Sort of)
This is weird because I'd say if you polled people with access to HLF, you'd get a majority are European. Most of the Americans are total noobs or botters it seems.

I've been wondering about this too. The other day, I was trying to explain to a friend the much more casual gaming attitude the general rs population had before the 99 capes came out, but he couldn't really grasp the difference with the current attitude. The simple fact of the matter is that the 07 players are coming into it with years of rs knowledge and years of changed attitude to the game as well. They were bound to just transpose it to 07. Hell, I'm guilty too, in just a few months I've built an account on 07 that took me like a year back in 2006. I think it's too bad we didn't get a version of RS from before the 99 capes were introduced. Then again, maybe the 99 and 200m "disease" is so embedded in the players' minds that the absence of capes wouldn't have mattered at this point anyway. /OT ruminations I believe that when originally 99s were more sparse, they were more stigmatized as signs of being a nerd - and that may have been well-founded in the then period of youthful accounts. But with the coupling of accounts aging, and skilling becoming gradually easier, the stigma for the most part alleviated. When skillcapes came along they were the final step, by making it easily observable that the people we look up to have 99s, and are actually cool, alongside providing a replicable way to emulate their coolness. I think a similar process occured with 200Ms, and in a game where showing off and impressing others is paramount, 99s & 200Ms are now just appreciated as being an efficient means to that end. I think everyone was in middle school and that they weren't allowed to be on for longer than a short period at a time so they always remained low stats. That and nobody had any sense of efficiency. And everyone pked.

No need to "appease", I do not really care to be appeased. It's just a personal value of mine to be accurate, exact, and understand things fully. If you don't share it that's fine. take note of the timestamps lol I saw, you did respond to my post with it though, so... This has become a bit petty/personal, happy to take it to pm if you want. Maybe you guys should clarify if "inflated" means the site says more hours remaining til maxed than reality or less. I think that's where the confusion is. Undervalued and overvalued may be better terms in this case.

as he often said, it wasn't just because of rs. why do everyone thinks high lvl players are just a group of dumb people which all quit school for rs?... stupid noobs lol they're maybe more intelligent then all of you "haters" I dropped out a second time and this time it was for RS, although technically I was already planning on dropping out in 6 months anyways to focus on developing my game. I was out of school for 3 years just doing RS, so it's not like it's an unfamiliar lifestyle for me. I prefer it this way.

he seemed to be very informative about the wrong xp rates when wasn't 1st though :? but im sure he made up for those 200 hours he will lose by being so much more efficient fishing/agi than anybody else could Slayer is off by 180 hours you say? That may be true on the first release of the time to max page, but I have made many revisions to XP rates and the algorithm as a whole since then. After he was first, I made a major change to how the time is calculated. Besides, Jebrim's complaints were that the slayer xp rate was too low and that people like Razzeh and Dark Lust were higher up on the list than they should have been. Your logic just doesn't make sense. If you want to attack Jebrim on something, talk about how he dropped out of college to get rank 1, has like 90 quest points, and has never even powerslayed. Ya my complaints was that tracker was underestimating actual Slayer Xp rates, not overestimating them. For one hour in-game, people gained more than an hour on the site, not less. Anyways, Foot fixed that and now it's far more accurate.
