Yes it will cause the graphics card to crash regardless of directx/open gl/software, and I do not have java installed on my computer. That's why I play on client and not in browser. It just hadn't been doing it at all until about a week ago and I've been playing on client for almost a year now. I'll try flat out reinstalling the client today and will edit if that works. EDIT As of yesterday this issue stopped presenting itself through no actions of my own. Thanks to all for your advice.

Because I was too busy doing this : Halfway to 92 summoning. Also I'm currently ~40 k tokens from 233 k to get my last DG ring upgrade and finish DG tasks. Started working on Temple Trekking a little for morytania elite as well as getting lumberjack. I'm sick right now though so I'm off work tomorrow. Will probably either 1.) Play a lot or 2.) watch all 6 episodes of Sherlock on netflix.

All drivers are up to date. Still having the same issue. Try running CMD in Administrator, type in the following "SFC /SCANNOW".. It is a selfcheck scan that checks the core system itself for corrupted files and whatnot. Also fixes them if possible. I had some problems myself and was told to run this, it solved my problem ="D Trying this now. Will edit later. All drivers are up to date. Still having the same issue. Just checking that you've not relied on Windows doing the drivers for you as that doesn't work on mine. I had some graphics issues so went directly to the website (asus in my case) and downloaded the drivers directly from there. Sorted my problem out. The one that windows said was the best matches the most current one on the drivers website

Every time I close the RS client it causes my graphics driver to crash and the whole computer screen to go black. I've run scans twice with AVG Free antivirus, Spybot Search and Destroy, Spywareblaster, and Malwarebytes Anti-malware and they have all turned up nothing. I also deleted my jagex cache files to no avail as well as updating windows with all of the updates except for bing desktop/toolbar. Anyone else having this issue/know of a fix? P.S. My apologies if this is the wrong forum and if it is I would appreciate any mod moving it to where it belongs :)

Then did my daily challenge for another construction level and now 6 total levels off of 80 base. All in all a pretty good day. Tomorrow I'll probably work on summoning (I've got the charms for 91) and then a little more div.

Boom 136 k from 95 dg as well so I'm almost done with tasks for daemonheim, just need another 80 k tokens, 100 more sagitarian arrows, sagas completed, cook all the fish (which I'm doing today) and the div task which I can now boost to.

Sadly being 17 with full time education makes it kind of difficult to get a job. :P I'm not sure if they have it in the UK but in the US you can sell blood plasma 2x per week for an extra $40 per session ( the company is called Biolife where I live ). It goes towards researching and curing blood diseases and also blood transfusions for people that need them as well as helping out your pocketbook. If they have it its worth looking into and its a lot easier to get into/stay in than selling sperm.

BLOG UPDATE : TASK MASTER I am going to be getting task master done as my next large goal. Here is a list of the requirements that I have left to get... Finish Fight Caves (I know I suck) Temple Trekking 91 fishing 87 Farming 95 summoning 95 dungeoneering 82 divination ( I could boost this from 76 but I want 82 for the divine herb patch anyways ) When I am bored of working on the above (summoning will be last because I don't have the charms for it yet and I haven't decided what to kill for the charms) I will be doing Livid Farm because I need exp in literally every skill it uses as well as wanting the trollheim teleport.

My one and only suggestion is to make skilling options unique to the wildy with very generous exp rewards. It used to be worth it to go mining rune in the wildy because it was a good money maker at the time but no one is going to risk it for 700 k per hour and horrible xp/hr when you can just do warbands for 10 minutes a day and then go kill the QBD 2-3 times for the same amount of cash. When I say generous I mean that even with the occasional death to offset you you should be getting close to 25% more exp than you would training elsewhere, 50% more than the next best non wildy method if you get lucky and no one kills you. And if the things you skill for are useful (introduce ways to start making extremely high level equipment) even better. For instance if you *finally* have the smithing and mining reworked so that you get materials that craft its equivalent tier of equipment (rune should be level 50 mining/smithing etc) then add in ore/bars for much higher level equipment. You could go all the way to 99. Then instead of mining an ore from each rock you can get experience for working the vein with an extremely small chance at getting an actual ore from it so that you keep the influx of high level gear being crafted low so that bossing still remains a legitimate way to get gear/money. With that you get very good exp/hr and a small chance at making bank on an ore that can be sold or saved to make high level equipment with. All of the above could be applied to the other artisan skills and I would even toy with the idea of making the higher level items optionally untradeable for slightly better/customizeable stats but at a chance of "ruining" the resource. ALSO : Add degrade costs and normalize the degrade mechanics across all equipment. It's stupid that my Death Lotus armor that's brand new will degrade and eventually become useless without repair from Kree pounding on me but my bronze armor will remain infinitely in tact. And degrading to dust is a stupid mechanic so don't make that part of the normalizing. Deaths in PvP situations should result in a 33% durability reduction for untradeable gear, a cash drop of that repair value for the PKer and NOT loss of equipment. Same goes for weapons, add degrading and give my killer coins in equivilancy to how much the 33% repair cost is going to cost me. I'm more than happy to pay money to repair my gear (even a lot of money) rather than I am to buy it back. Deaths in PvM situations (lol) should result in 16.67% durability loss as well.

Didn't finish my reset but I got this last night and this... ...from a daily challenge. I also have a runespan challenge up so I'm going to go do that now (currently 150 k from 91 rc).

Best you should be able to get to is 88-89% with the best set up and three of each booster from doing ports randoms so 75% is pretty good.

Join hyt chat (serpent eye fc) and I try to make divine box traps for anyone who needs them every day at around 7ish central standard time. Otherwise end one because its like 20 k xp in 30 seconds.

Finished DG medium tasks, got 85 wc, 94 cooking, 72 div and I'm 220 k from 94 dg. Also apparently I don't update this blog anymore.

when did GWD armor become t75? Pretty sure its still 70. You can get into Vorago teams with ports tradeable, last I checked you could not do that with GWD.

Got 93 dg tonight as well as 94 cooking. I have 7 tasks left in the dg task list and I only need to get to 95 dg and 76 div to be able to do them all (assuming that I can get 233 k tokens for my last ring upgrade by the time that I hit 95). I'll probably get 72 div tomorrow and then continue either cooking or doing DG.

Also I finally succumbed to fashionscape and bought the bonds for the full assassin override along with a drygore longsword to boot. I won't ever be selling the longsword and my cashpile is now down to like 15 mil again. Oh well. I should be back up to 100+ again by the time I finish 99 div from ports/MTK/herb farming and then I can get back to making money again on purpose.

Leaving for my second shift at work now, 17 k till 69 div and I'll be getting 70 tonight. Also had a dg challenge so I knocked off a couple more hard tasks (still need the stupid frost dragon task for medium though) and once I hit 70 div I'll be going to go get my quest cape as well as finish through the hard tasks in dg. Not true. When I got my membership back I collected resources from the whole time I was gone. I had 7500 k in my coffers when I left and when I came back I had way less.
