Superheating gold ore with gauntlets is around 130 k smith and 130 k magic exp/hr at ~5.3 gp/exp. The next most common methods are plate bodies which at the moment are 18.18 for steel, 17.02 for mith, and 15.63 for addy (which you can't do atm). with exp rates at 129 k for steel, 172 k for mith, and 215 k for addy. Your other option would be ceremonial swords with mithril being 8.67 on average (expect to get worse than this at first until you get the hang of it) at 175 k exp/hr and addy at 14.46 and 220 k exp/hr. By those numbers superheating is your best bet if you value magic exp still, even more so if you're 80 mining and can superheat while mining conc gold.

64 torstols + 2 seeds back in my first run of the day. Be more jelly. I just put in the order for 90 crafting (64 k coifs and 1.28 mil red feathers rofl) with headdresses for while I work on RC. They should all be in by the time I finish 90 rc and then I'll be able to craft all ports armors. Wewt

I have TD's unlocked and am currently trying to get the hang of them. I keep hitting the wrong key (switching prayer when I mean to switch weapons) and I've been doing it with momentum for now until I get a better feel for them. I have all but one of the seasingers scrolls but I only have 42 chi and 83 runecrafting so I'm aways off. I've got ~200 overloads sitting and waiting to use. I'm assuming you use virtus wand/book? And yes I've boosted and have ~200 overloads sitting in the bank. I'm willing to switch to do TD's it's just frustrating that I've taken as much time as I have at them and not seen much improvement. The video guides out there that I've found all presuppose pre EoC experience at them which I did not have.

As promised... And my 5 plate voyage came back successful so now I have this : 65/150 mil for drygore maces again but I'm considering breaking my bank for DL top and bottom so I can solo arma again.

Last time I went I was more than fine in a mix of t7 and t8 gear and a royal crossbow with just soul split, overloads, prayer renewals and demon horn necklace. I've heard that since the accuracy/defense update it's no longer possible to do it like that in less than t8 gear? I have the cash for 90 crafting and the lacquer for DL plate and chest and I'm just wondering if it's worth breaking my bank for the sake of being able to solo Arma effectively again as my primary money maker.

What set up do you use for frosts? Also I rolled 5 plate just now so with good luck I will have full tetsu by this time tomorrow. 8-)

I'll just have to keep practicing, I'm sure it's more that I suck at maintaining high APM (which is frustrating because I used to be able to in WoW). Dreadnips seem worth using for sure down there so I'm going to start using them as well. I'll upload them tomorrow but I got 83 rc and 85 farming tonight so woo hoo for being able to do bloody skulls and torstols with no pies. Between doing TD's, herb farming, MTK, and dailies I should have more than enough for Drygores and Ascension xbows by the time I get 90 runecrafting.

Tried it again, did the luring in the video to a T and I still ended up with 2 demons on me several times. Having a unicorn wasn't enough to keep up with hp. How are you supposed to know when they're changing attacks?

I've decided to go for both the Quest Cape and Task Master. I'm pretty close for both (317/343 qp and besides desert I've gone through all the hard achievements).

They don't seem to work. I always have 2 demons on me. I've always sucked at TD's before EoC, apparently it isn't any better now.

Glaccors and TDs are your best bet for a mix between blue and crimson charms. If you don't like that you can always range exhiled kalphite's with a cannon.

I'll have to finally learn them and do them. I'll probably spend tonight learning them and hopefully have a 20 mil limbs drop before the end of the evening. Should I make/sell a tetsu helm for the cash or should I just wait for the extra 2 plate and have my superior version? Get Tetsu for yourself. TDs aren't hard, just gotta learn to lure but after that they are easy. I just use momentum so I can pay attention to prayer switch and Darklight use. Do you have any good guides for luring? Momentum seems like a good idea in my book.

5 plate came back a success along with my 10 lacquer and 3 lacquer. Also my first 30 spice voyage came back successful. Send out another 5 lacquer and now to wait for rerolls. Also I'm gathering the last of my other resources I need to max port buildings (I need like 3 k more jade for the workshop and 5 k more cherrywood) and then it's just getting my ideal totems. Also I'll be keeping track of my cash pile on my way back to dual drygores. I'm hoping they crash again soon. Last I owned them I sold them to fund my skilling at 89 mil and 28 mil for both maces. Literally the next week they announced Verago and prices went up to 110 and 41 mil. FML. Current cash stack is at 56 / 151 mil. Should take me a month or two to get it.

Tested using what? I just tried it out for myself using Soul Split + Turmoil, and with 9 Prayer bonus, it took ~111 seconds for my prayer to run out starting from 990. With 0 Prayer bonus, it took 99 seconds. That's 12 seconds difference. I believe that prayer bonus still has diminishing returns (the 0-10 bonus will provide better prayer drain improvements than 11-20 bonus). So if you have best gear already you should have 10ish prayer bonus for 12 seconds saved, the next 10 ish prayer bonus should only save 5 seconds. But seeing as you'll get the same dps with the other drygores you might as well spend the cash for the extra prayer saved.

So I've been gathering standard voyage data and right now it looks as though jade statues have no bearing on trade goods appearing as standard voyages. I've got 600ish points of data with no jade totems and weathermatt has 300ish points with 4 totems and currently we are almost dead even (~9% chance of rolling any trade good). This means it probably only affects trade good occurance of special voyages if it does anything at all. On a personal note I've made my first superior pieces, tetsu top and bottom, after grinding 80-90 smithing in 4 days. I'm 8 plate short of the helm but I've got a 5 plate voyage out as we speak and I just hit 90 fishing for the whaler so it shouldn't be more than a day or two before I have it. :)
