Setup I'm using is as follows: Poly Staff/Rapier + Mages' Book/D Def Gano Top + Bottom Neit + D Boots Fury/Arcane Z Ring (i) Use a Steel Titan. Been getting around 55 kills/h and i was wondering if there's anything i could do to increase this even more?

I only finished the PPL (Private Pilot). Books are for ATPL's :| Can't get a job at an Airline with a PPL :P

Got my Private Pilot's lisence yesterday :) Now i'll have a lot more free time once again and i can get back to being a bit more active on RS. Now it's time to get maxing :)

Went to school this morning to buy my stripes :) Feels good.

Hahaha. Just remember, you don't fly an Airbus. It flies you. Actually no, it flies itself. Pilot's do very little but monitor these days. Take-offs(up to about 18 000 ft) and landings (landing on short final which could be as short as 200ft from the runway) are done manually the rest is done by auto pilot. Mmm sure, but at least the Boeing doesn't interfere with your control inputs in the way that an Airbus does. Do you spend any time using small scale sims like MSFS or X-Plane? Nah i never really had a liking for Simulators. At least not on a laptop/computer. Our school has some sort of simulator (not sure which) which we will most likely start using at a later stage. I don't really know much about those kind of things (control input interference) because that's still a bit ahead of the course. Still busy finishing off my PPL at the moment (have my JAA and FAA Check Rides next week Monday and Tuesday and we only just started with ATPL Groundschool this week :P

Sounds exactly like QLD and alot of young drivers here. Almost got taken out by a red P plater typing away and just cut me off in a round about. [bleep]ing idiots. Those people should be put in jail or have their fingers cut off. I might drive like an idiot sometimes, but i have never done so when other people's lives could be endangered. People need to stop being so selfish.

So tired right now. Had to go drop a friend odd in Miami this afternoon. Was a 2 and a half hour drive there and a 3 and a half hour drive back. Got stuck on the i95 because of an accident. Moved like 5 miles in about 45 minutes (and i got a bit lost). Also, Americans have got to be the worst drivers i have ever come across, and that's saying a lot seeing as i live in the middle east. What is a turn indicator? Why should i use it when changing lanes at ~80mph? Oh herp derp let me text someone on my qwerty keyboard phone while driving ~80mph with thousands of cars around me. So smart.

rofl, you paid half of my semester's tuition in books alone. Silly freshmen, textbooks are for sleeping on. 3 semesters of college, 3.07 GPA. Only bought 2 text books so far [totaling at $83] So unnesesary. Happy birthday y'ole coot We didn't actually pay extra for the books. Was included in the $51 000 we paid for the year. I think i'll tie some rope around it and use it for weight lifting. Build some muscle.

14 Books. They pretty much cost the same as any other text book. So yeah, that's about $2 000 right there.

Not too long ago there was a similar thread, i think. If memories serves me right i said something along the lines of wanting to become a pilot. I didn't actually think i would manage to stick to it because i've never really found anything i was really passionate about. After today i can safely say that i am passionate about flying. I actually got really upset when one of my flights got canceled due to bad weather. I'm a few days away from getting both my JAA and FAA PPL (Private Pilot's License) after which ATPL groundschool will start. After a about 8 months of groundschool and 14 exams (assuming i pass them all) i'll be able to work at Qatar Airways as a 2nd Officer for a year to two years after which i'll be promoted to 1st Officer. Should be earning about $3500 - $4000 (tax free) a month with free housing (Like a 2 bedroom apartment) in a great area with a car allowance. When promoted to 1st Officer i could earn anywhere from $8000 - $10 000 a month (also tax free) with the house and car allowance as well. If i manage to work myself up to Captain i could probably earn double that. But to be quite honest the money really isn't a big issue to me. I just can't imagine getting in a Boeing or Airbus for the first time. I can't imagine it ever getting boring.

Such a shitty start to what should have been a great day. Was supposed to do my Qualifier Crosscountry flight this morning. A lovely 160 Nautical Mile flight, but thanks to Florida weather i had to cancel it. Clouds were so low i could almost touch them standing up, it was pissing down like the ocean was coming down. Ugh, woke up at 4 am for nothing....... That's aviation for ya'.

DId a 120 Nautical Mile crosscountry flight today. I got lost :( Clouds were terribly low so i had to fly at 1700' - 1900' making it really hard to navigate. All in all it didnt go to bad though. Only went 10 minutes over the time i planned. Tomorrow i have an even longer flight :|

Did my crosscountry today. Was pretty gooood. Managed to stay on track and on time the whole way. Was good. Have another one tomorrow, which is going to be almost 3 times as long. Pretty excited.

Tomorrow i'm gonna have my first Solo Navigation Cross Country flights. 1st one is going to be about a total trip of 56 nautical miles, the second one probably about 80 nautical miles. It's going to be pretty fun. Going to be in the airplane all by myself for a few hours so this is going to be my first real test.

Personally i've killed about 5k Glacors and i've had 4x Glaiven and 5x Steadfast, 2x Ragefire. So that's ~450. I was on a 2.6k drystreak which was broken by 3 Boots drops in under 100 kills (2 of which were about 30 kills apart).

Getting a bit closer.
