I'm simply not going to read the review because you can't hate on something unless you've played it for a while, and judging by the comments it sounds as though they played Runescape for all of 5 minutes. I like the game, and sure there can be improvements (what game doesn't need improving?) but I'll continue to play Runescape for many more years.

To me the best player is someone with the best attitude. I have met some famous people who let me down by their attitude (they are on my ignore list for eternity), and for that reason alone I do not have any idols. I would say the person with the 'best attitude', for me at least, would be Zezima. I respect his decision to talk where appropriate, and likewise, ignore comments where appropriate. I remember days with the 'heart unit' pest control clan back in the day. He came once, followed by a stampede of Runescape paparazzi - and he handled it very well. The poor guy couldn't even play one round/game without being bombarded by people asking 21 questions and trolling him to no end. He deserves that player mod crown. Well earned.

Void knight gloves match 3rd age melee perfectly btw :) If you want the boots to match the void gloves, you could try changing shoes in the Relleka shoe shop for dark navy-coloured boots/shoes. Most people I find usually wear infinity boots with 3a melee, but it just looks wrong - the yellow trim doesn't match anything XD if there aren't any boots that match the void gloves I would stick with the white boots you are wearing there. Unspam: 86M to go!

Ewwww on another EW quest. Those puzzles make me go mental. I can only hope there are some good rewards to make up for my sanity :blink:

I have the background and trim for the master runecrafting cape now, however I don't have an HD icon for the runecrafting cape's icon :-/ if anyone is able to to supply an HD icon of it, I will be able to complete the rc cape :) thanks!

I wouldn't have changed my voting stance at all. I voted yes because free trade gives us freedom. Not only that, but it will be great for the future, such as when a new slayer monster (and drop) comes out and we the players can set the price for how much it should be worth. I don't regret my decision one bit :)

Levelling up when you're a new player is quite fun - though probably because you get so many fast levels! I remember feeling the satisfaction for each level back then. Nowadays a level to me is just another level towards 99, and I'm not really happy with the skill until it's at least in the 90's. After 9 years of playing with only 15/25 skills at 99, it's quite depressing to know I'm only just over half way there to where I want to be. I think I will have to continue buying the materials for more 99's and/or using effigies. For DIY skills, I may do some mining here and there, but I don't think I will do runecrafting at any point in time - effigies ftw!

I'm not having problems. It has been a little laggy some times, but I think that is because of the server overload at the moment - due to the wildy/free trade update.

Master ranged, strength and constitution capes added :thumbup: Edit: 24/2/11 - farming + cooking cape done 25/2/11 - remastered (sorry for the pun) the mining cape - what a nightmare that was! :blink: and added the master construction cape

Thanks for the tip Wolfie! ^_^ I may try again after I have (eventually) made all the master capes. I literally spent 2-3 hours trying to perfect the particle effect to no avail :-( oh well... I have done the master fletching + prayer cape :-) Will do more capes another day, I'm exhausted :wink:

Np Asakiyoshi :) My attempt at a particle effect :wall: Will have to stick to the black particle effect from the 120 dung cape :-( it is exhausting too much of my time trying to get the right look for the particle effect :-/

If there is no game update tomorrow, I will try to get some more capes done :)

Wow, it just goes to show there are two sides to every story. I was sympathising with silent at first (despite his really strange idea of giving his bank to his friend when a simple bank pin would have sufficed if he was worried about security), until I saw the other side of the story - which explains the reasoning behind why he'd give his bank to his friend while on holiday. Cheating is a huge no no to me and I REALLY don't like players who use people IRL to get their way. One thing is for certain. Karma/justice will always prevail.

Oh wow that Lava strykewyrm or whatever it will be called is huge. I can only hope it isn't in the wilderness, as I have a fear of being pk'ed :ohnoes: I suppose if it is, however, I will have to man up and learn how to stay alive in the wildy :-)
