So yeah, the question is in the title ^^^ Is it worth using ruby (e) bolts for the 1st half of the hp still or shall I just stick with diamond (e) for the whole fight? Only asking as I was told to not use ruby, not someone has just said that it'd be better too? Opinions appreciated :) Thanks x

The mummies guide was mine, and i'd like to add that this guide is pretty much exactly what I did when I chinned at ape atoll. I never realised muggi's was gone otherwise i'dve been tempted to write one (very similar to this)! I'd always advise to chin here rather than mummies, the only reason I ever did was because of when they 'nerfed' ape atoll in 'that update'. Well written, good guide, perfect for what people need!

I'm thinking I agree with you, but also I think I brew to early and therefore lower my stats and waste supplies. I think if I just let my health get a bit lower before brewing it'd probabyl go better. Me thinks i'll just practice and see what happens! Cheers for your guys help :

Use a black salamander if you can, by far the best method. Can't remember reqs for it though..

So, slight problems have been had.. Tried soloing arma, died, gave up. Tried soloing sara, didn't get a kill, gave up. Tried soloing bandos, whenever I tried to eat got hit, gave up, quit. So, as far as I can tell I have good enough stats to solo succesfully (If I could i'd prob solo sara mainly) and have good enough gear, yet, things always tend to go wrong. Obviously practice makes perfect, but I wonder if i'm missing anything, order of potion using, when to use pots, HD/SD, resizable window or small etc. Not really sure if it goes in help and advice, just didn't seem to go anywhere else and seeing how i'm looking for any tips thought it might be relevant here. p.s. yes i've watched YT guides and used AOW guides, i'm starting to think i'm just an idiot.. :wall:

grey chins = ~200xp per grey chins = ~400gp per level 91 = ~6mil xp level 99 = ~13mil xp 7mil xp needed 7,000,000 / 200 = 35000 chins needed 35000*400 = 14mil gp These are vague, not included price of ppots etc. (~20 p pots per 2k chins = 350 p pots needed) All approx but there you go

Each chin is around 200xp (a little under before 90, a little over after 90) if used correctly (plus 200 is a nice number to work with) Level 83 = 2.6mil exp level 99 = 13mil exp 83-99 = 10mil xp (yes not accurate but close enough) 10,000,000 / 200 = 50000 50000 chins (vaguelly) So yeah, don't use them just yet p.s. yes this is vague

Back in the day I did 80k fire waves at metal drags and got a total of 2 d skirts. Never disbelieve bad odds.

Back when I did it a long time ago, I did somewhere in the region of 80k fire waves at Iron drags. I'd advise doing it there to be honest, although I didn't get a visage or anything like that, it was still worth it. You make all the money back for the antifires and what not.

I quite often see them just south of pictoris whilst im summoning, obviously is random where they are, but I think they get stuck in that area.

all 400k goign towards slayer for me, that'll save the most time imo.
